My fridge suddenly stopped working and I had a busy weekend. Called around and wasn’t sure how good these repair/exchange appliance stores were. Luckily I called appliance exchange and briefly told them what I needed. I never felt pressure or anything. I stopped by a couple of appliance places and checked them out, then went to Appliance exchange store and looked at a couple refrigerators that fit me best. Much better prices and Maggie was very helpful and friendly. They delivered the fridge next morning clean and functioning. And With a 6 month warranty, I can’t be happier!Thank you very much.🙏😊

I needed newer washer. Could not afford new. They sell used appliances. Free Delivery. One year warranty. Take credit cards. Not a lot to pick from however.

The owner Moe sold me a washer and dryer for a really good price and then 3 months later the washer broke and he personally came and fixed it for free. I shopped around theres no better deal and warranty they give you. Ive been ripped off by other used appliance dealers so moving forward Im only using his services

Was looking for a fridge for our new apartment. Stumbled upon this place after looking at another place that was charging us way more for an older model than what this place did. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that most of the fridges he had was already sold. He had one fridge left and it was perfect and was basically brand new due to being used for only 4months. Unlike other places they give you a 1 year warranty. Really recommend this place.

I bought a washer dryer set from them 4 years ago. They have run great, I love the 1 year warranty. The dryer was loud the first 6 months, I called and they came out and got it to run more quietly for free.Their prices are amazing. I just bought another set of appliances for a new house. 2016 $5,000 fridge retail and a set of HE washer/dryer for $1500 delivered!Update!A fridge I bought from them stopped working well after 18 months, called them up, they came out same day and only charged me $100 for a failed relay that was caused by a recent electric issue in my home.

I purchased a laundry set here and couldnt be happier. They deliver appliances at no charge for ground-level installations in Orange County and even connect/test everything for you. They give a one-year warranty on all appliances, which is longer than any of the other used appliance shops I spoke with. Their pricing is very competitive and they also sell refrigerators. I highly recommend Appliance Exchange.

Could not believe the deal i got here.Super friendly lady helped us. The fridges were in great condition and way cheaper than anywhere else. With 12 month warranty and delivered for FREE by a lovely guy who was super helpful .It was such a relief as I thought the fridge buying process was going to be a nightmare.absolutely recommend these guys

There was a misunderstanding, they took care of it and were the ones to call me back and explain what happened. I have to give them credit for that. They did rectify the situation fully and to my satisfaction.I tried to delete my other comment but I cannot. They are standing behind their products, and for one year.

ZERO STARS. They sell dangerously, illegally modified appliances! Our dryer stopped heating and turning so we called a repairman out. He revealed that the built-in safety mechanism that prevents overheating and an electrical fire was DELIBERATELY REWIRED so that it no longer worked if the dryer overheated! Thats right, this place knowingly sells illegally modified appliances with the safety features deliberately disabled! We have a small child and this could have caused a fire! The repair and proper rewiring cost me $250 too.

This place is fantastic. We went here for the second time in several years to get a used fridge for our condo. I first spoke with Maria over the phone to confirm they were open on Saturday, not sure why Google Maps says they arent. Maria was also manning the service desk when we got there and was very pleasant to deal with, and also helped us narrow down what we were looking for.We had been to two other scratch and dent / used appliance stores before this one and both were way overpriced in comparison (like $225 for an apt-sized fridge here, versus $400+ at Sears scratch-n-dent, or Appliance Depot).This place delivered our fridge for free (within a certain radius, probably), and we also got an ice maker installed for like $35. Very happy. 5+ stars!

The owner of this company is also the delivery and installer . We have given this company a lot of business over the years but they are terrible at installing the equipment and delivering their product on the delivery date.Recently we ordered 4 dishwasher and a stove from them and because we are used to their terrible service we made sure they understood beforehand that they were to install the stove properly.Unfortunately the owner got here with the stove and again wanted to install it four inches away from the wall. So we asked why he was installing the stove four inches from the wall and he got upset and left taken the stove and dishwashers back with him. Mind you they were already two days late on installation .There are plenty of companies out there so please dont waste your time with moe and his attitude .

The people that work here are so nice and do quality work too. I found a washer dryer here when I couldnt afford a fancy new one and it ran like a champ for years. Now Ive moved and they even bought it back!
