I was very disappointed with one of you crew members his attitude and arrogance, when with got there with my family right at the door he told us that youre close but your schedule says that you close at 10 pm and it was at least 10 minutes before 10PM and people was in the store and some still on line getting icecream I think he was angry because he dont want to clean the tables or he doesnt want to be there, we understand that you have to clean and everything but we were planning to get our order for take out but his attitude and the way he said that turning the sign off when he saw us walking, I hope youre taking action with explaining to your crew members that because of the customers they have a job and hours to get pay and always the guest is a priority

Good service it was a nice experience I needed water instead of selling it to me they said I could get some and gave me a cup they are so nice and the girl was very kind

Wow 🤯 mind blown with all the flavor options. You can literally try something new for 2 months straight every day and still not try it all. Not just icecream but fresh fruit and chip/nacho options. Basically every kind of ice cream you can think of is here. This is a great place for your classic goodies or your over the top delish flavors like this bionico that has strawberry, pineapple, watermelon, mango, coconut, granola, crema, honey and possibly more stuff but that is all I can remember. Bottom line... yes get here... you will love it.

Visiting family in Santa Ana and they took us for ice cream. I got a Mangoñada ice cream with Chamoy. It was delicious. My granddaughter got Galletas, meaning, Cookies, in Spanish, icecream.They a variety of ice cream and other treats with the specialty being Mexican style.

The quality and flavor of the items deserve 5 stars but the manager in charge reduced this rating to 1 star. Could this type of attitude destroy the business? Absolutely!He was one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. He was rude, disrespectful, and showed no empathy.I felt bad for his colleagues because as a “manager”, he did not model ideal behavior but treated his customers poorly. I cannot even imagine how he treats his colleagues.This young man needs to realize that he works in a customer service role or just leave it.I allowed him to be rude to me twice before I pointed it out and to my amazement, he stated, “I’m sorry YOU feel that way” as if I was the one with the problem.I am an educator in the public and private sector and an MBA graduate. I am willing to offer My services to this young man on how employees build company culture. My message to the Michoacána is: train this employee or fire him. You are losing consumers.

Came here with family. There must been 6 employee and seem none of them could make up their mind wether or not they were going to prepare couple bananas splits. They were behaving like they were at at chilling pad and were trying too hard to put on a swag attitude. Just looks like they might not like what they do but if they are on the clock I sure hope they earn their wages. Not to mention they love trying out their ice cream.

Theres a great variety of choices to chose from and employees are friendly! Totally recommend coming here!

Ice cream is good and everything but esquite tastes like water with corn D: so bad I think is made of frozen corn or canned corn. Plus it was expensive D: $7 for canned corn that tasted bad.

I tried the corn in the cup and it was nasty, i ate it because i did not want to throw away the food and waist it. I been to so many michoacanas and by far this is the one that give me the worst corn in the cup, I guess I should go to my regular corn guy. Ice cream is good though, i see them talking to their friends alot when i get there. which is why i give them a two star becouse i have to wait everytime for them to finsh talking. Not going back there...

Of all the La Michoacanas that I’ve been to, this one is the worst. The staff do not know the first thing in customer service. They are very rude and do not know how to treat customers like guests. On top of the horrible service, they do not have the same food quality as the other locations.

Had the worst employee at this place. His name is Kevin and he from the beginning looked as he was not happy to be there. He did not make eye contact at all while I placed my order and obviously did not listen because he was serving me the wrong ingredients. Got very defensive when I told him that is not what I wanted and rude.

And theres somebody they can speak English

Avia a big line the girls were with a super calm we asked for some crepes one girl asked the other we are no longer making crepes and the other said no they were no longer 7:30 and they no longer sold us very bad service of these girls as a week I went and the girl who was at 9 in the car made us crepes and these girls were in a bad way attending very upset I felt

There is no hygiene security, some employees wear face masks, others do not use gloves, and when they get paid. They did not lick their handsAnd even Una scratched her head

I only gave it a star. I went to buy a banana split and they came out with me that they didnt have bananas. Its supposed to be a very large place, a prestigious paletería with many varieties and there were no bananas.
