Super friendly employees and they helped my son and I get the right game system. He left with what he wanted and they were the only place in town that had the game system we were looking for. They have a big selection games and asessories.

I kinda have a love gate relationship with this Vons.Great parking all most all the time.They are always out of Tropicana OJ (no pulp)The meat department needs to step up their game.The long lines have gotta be addressedThe cooked and warm food folks are very nice and on it.It might be kinda welcoming if they cleaned up the entrance and washed the sidewalk as well.

Always happy to go to the game store rather than shop online. So far there was only one time where some customer kept chatting with the manager who was the only one there, and they talked for 30 minutes, I waited in line with 6 others.. it was a little annoying. But generally I go and Im the only one there, and it is all quick and easy.

Edit after SS launch - the employee handling the Skyward Sword launch was very nice and I was able to get the limited joycons as well. He was the only one in the store but working at the fastest pace he could while also handling phones.The hours issue below still frustrated me and some others but the actual shopping experience was positive.------Me and a handful of other people showed up at 10AM - the hours listed here on Google Maps - for the Skyward Sword launch only to find they are not open until 11.It would be nice for GameStop to actually update their hours so that this doesnt happen and that users dont have to do that for them.

Very friendly employees happy we stopped by as my daughter was able to find pokemon cards in stock. The employees here were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be stopping by in the future. The store is really clean and they have a limit in how many people ca. be inside at a time.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, and the only one within a 30 miles of Santa Barbara. So glad they plan on keeping this store location open. Show your support gamers and by hard copies of games. Digital copies are gonna kill places like gamestop!

I dont like to boast but I like to think of myself as a gaming connoisseur, being as highly intelligent as I am, I thought this store was going to be like every other mundane and monotonous gaming store, but upon entering I was gleefully greeted by a person of the opposite gender. Now this doesnt happen to me often so it struck my quite off guard, albeit a smile crossed my face. I proceeded to then browse upon shelves and shelves of AAA games, the same as every other store - nothing really stood out. I was approached by this same woman, she had a kind smile on her face, her name? Kat. She proceeded to take me around the store and offer me some recommendations, I was dumb struck, I didnt know what to say! This woman was going above and beyond for me! Now, I like to think of myself as a ladies man, I can talk to anyone woman about any game, but I find that they are usually to low IQ to understand the concepts of deep philosophical meanings woven into video games but this woman, kat, knew exactly what I was talking about! I couldnt believe it! Not only that she recommended me the new breath of the wild game for my switch! Ive been playing it non-stop. Ill definitely be coming back to this store for more recommendations in the future. 5/5 customer service but I can only give it 4/5 for the games it stocks!

Ok so your website says it closes at 9 pm on Friday. Went to the store at 8 pm and the employee in there says they are closed. Why did he close early? I was there when its supposed to be open. Yall really got update your store hours or just make sure the employees close on the right time .

Bought a preowned game but couldnt play it since the disk was damaged.Wrote to gamestop customer care but no one responded.50$ went down the drain.Pretty frustrating. Dont think I am going to purchuse anything from gamestop again.

Tyler spent 45 minutes helping me order a phone and also checked out my damaged Xbox One to see if he can get it to work while he was also attending all of the needs of his other customers, Gamestop is great store and Tyler is definitely the man, Thanks again.

Stop by to exchange a game for something else and was helped by this really rude associate named Nicholas. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I usually don’t care but for some reason his attitude really made me not want to shop there anymore.

In spite of the website showing, on thanksgiving night, that it would open at 5am on Black Friday, it did not. Several people waiting in line, freezing cold. Tried calling and the phone number didnt work. Checked the website again and it had changed overnight to say opening at 7am. Several unhappy customers waiting outside in the cold.If zero stars was an option, Id choose it. If the website says itll be open at a certain time, dont change the hours in the middle of the night. 😡
