Wondering how this Optometry got good rating in the Internet. I just fooled my self with the current reviews. I have learned a good lesson from them also decided to go back to my previous Optometrist.1) The staff were polite in the first visit only. Doctors room attached with some other shop which makes hammer sounds through walls.2) Staff helped in selecting the frame however I feel they are influencing us due to limited frames availability as we dont find any nice frames. Selected frame did not fit to me so staff said they will adjust during pickup.3) When I went for pick up they did not allowed me to come inside finally they agreed me to come inside. Frame adjustments were poor and they said they cant adjust any more. So most of the times my glasses fell down so I have requested them again in email however they said they are busy new patients and I have to followup for appointment. Sounds like they are not ready to fix as they already claimed my insurance and nothing left.4) They denied to give a Lens cleaner for free, my previous Optometrist offers one free cleaner per year (we have to pay for second one).

It was my first time visiting an eye clinic here. The staff were so friendly, patient and polite. The doctor was very nice and answered all my questions.I also had to choose my frame and the staff were helping me out. It took me an hour of going back and forth. They were so patient and explaining the pros and cons. I loved my visit there.The visit definitely made my day.

It was a very good experience, staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Dr. Chung answered all of my questions carefully, she is so professional. If you need an eye care professional, visit there. You dont regret it.

Super quick and efficient. The doctor and staff were all really nice and quick in conducting a simple eye check up. The process is easier if you book an appointment. The doctor did a good job of explaining the test results for the eye check up.

I went there to get an eye exam the staff was very rude and seemed like I was annoying them with the questions I asked and when I was getting my eye exam the machine kept falling and when it was falling it was resting on my face which was pretty heavy I told the examiner and all she said was “it’s okay” and lifting it up to my face every time it started falling which was pretty often she said my eyes got better but not sure that’s accurate since the machinery wasn’t operating at 100%. After the exam I asked if I can check out the glasses and I get it we only had 30 min an appointment but they rushed me out without even letting me really look. Poor service and poor equipment, definitely should have just left.

Staff is managing the place well. I was taken in for my appointment in time. It was a bit busy yet I didnt have to wait. Staff rotated around to make sure Im getting taken care of and my time felt valued. Dr. is soft spoken and went over my eye health in detail. Overall very happy with the place.

Me and spouse visited them for our eye exam and getting new glasses, I dont think I am going to visit them again :1. We went during time when we were not getting vaccinated, but only the health care worker. One of the worker there was hardly wearing proper mask as it was constantly getting below her nose, and also the Dr. was closing the door making the area less ventilated. I felt very scared due to this.2. We in total ordered 4 pair of glasses, and they did not even gave a single bottle of cleaning liquid. When i asked for one, they asked for $5.3. During ordering they had taken various measurement so I was hopeful they would fit good, but the glass does not fit proper at all, to the degree that most of the time I end up wearing my old glasses. I had told them and they even asked me to sign waiver that further adjustment might break the frame and they seemed least interested in fixing the issue.

Went here for the first time for my routine eye checkup. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The doctor explained everything and was very knowledgeable. They had good collection of glasses. Ill definitely come here for my next checkup.

It a really nice place. They have a retinal scanner so theres no need for you to get your eyes dilated when the check your retinas. Plus the staff is pretty friendly and they accept lots of different types of insurance

Thorough eye check up. Collection for shades is not that great. But great collection for glasses.

I came across Eye Boutique Optometry through a recommendation and since they had good reviews online made my annual eye exam appointment with them. The staff and doctor are great and very friendly. They do not pressure you at all. Dr Chung is the best optometrist ever! She’s very thorough and knowledgeable. Also, she’s patient and listens to your problems and concerns. Extremely helpful!I would definitely consider returning to this place when I need new frames. Overall a great experience.

This place takes COViD serious and are extremely helpful. My appointment was moved up due to an open availability. I received a phone call and text. Checkin in was simple “text a number and wait in your car.” Received a reply to come in. The staff was efficient and friendly. Try this place out! You won’t regret it.

Always enjoy coming in for my yearly check up.Staff is friendly. They’re definitely following COVID-19 precautions. Staff wears masks, changing gloves regularly. Dr.Chung is very thorough, she found hole in my daughter’s retina! Saved her vision. Leading technology and eye care.

I am so glad that I found this place. Dr. Chung was very kind and explained throughly about different options other than my coke bottle glasses :-) They have a good selection of designer frames. The staff are super friendly and they know what they are doing. The quality of the services I would recommend to all!

Best selection of frames I’ve seen with a lot of unique styles and brand I can’t find elsewhere. The staff was courteous and got me in and out of my appointment quickly. Liked the fact they accept my insurance.

In my opinion this is the best optometrist in the whole Bay Area. Professional service, by the entire staff. Dr Oh is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the exam. She is also an authority on Orthokeratology, a non surgical solution that eliminates the need for glasses. What a great find in Santa Clara!

Lady at reception desk was lazy enough to open Silhouette catalog and check frame part number: I dont know this part number.. It took me 1 minute to find this model in on-line catalog later.
