The worst experience ever! Took a whole month for waiting ( They told me it only would take 2 weeks when I purchased it).Every time I go back to store,they told it would be another week. At the end, After a month and 7 days. Associate call me said that the UPS lost the package. Without any apologize or even just said sorry!😡😡

This is our go to place for glasses and frames, and it’s always a home run. All their lineup is limited edition, constantly changing and ONLY from high quality sources, and locations, some have made too. Their service is on par with their quality product, professional and always with a smile.

My experience at SEE has been nothing short of outstanding! Although SEE has a most unique and stylish selection of eye wear to fit the most discriminating buyer, it has a staff like no other. Professional and knowledgeable staff patiently help you make the very difficult decision on which eye wear suits you the most to ensuring that intricate details are taking into account in the proper fitting and ordering of the lenses. I am very picky when it comes to glasses however while shopping at the mall I decided to try SEE. I was greeted by Chantale, she was extremely helpful and really took the time to listen and help me find exactly what I was looking for. After trying on two different styles, I couldnt believe it they had the pair I was searching for. For quite sometime I had been holding off on buying a new pair of glasses in hopes to find a pair that my father once wore. He had a very unique signature look, sort of an old hollywood retro look. I couldn’t believe it, she somehow knew exactly what I was looking for, she def seems to have a passion in helping people find that perfect frame and the whole experience was truly fun and very heartfelt. I will be back again and highly recommend SEE.

SEE Eyewear provided me with two new sets of killer frames! I like funky, atypical and loud fashions and SEE has just that. I have both a pair of glasses for near-sightedness as well as a pair of non-prescription sunglasses from SEE and I am very happy with them. They are both made of durable, high quality material; additionally, they are both adorable and framed beautifully to my face. I get compliments on them consistently! I look forward to returning to SEE for more eyewear in the future.

They have the worst costumer service. All they want to do its just selling but if you go back to fix the problem they give you a big attitude . I gave them my glasses to fix, they told me in one week it would be ready which I never had this problem with lenses crafter, its been 2 weeks now and they didnt bother to give me a courtesy call and when I called to fallow up they almost hang up on me.I do not recommend to nobody to go there .

My experience at see eyewear in Westfield Mall has been amazing. I was going to pickup a pair of glasses for my gf after I called in and they said that it was in the store. When I got in, there was some confusion about where the glasses were at because my gf had requested a transfer to another store. Both Chantale and David were really professional and courteous about handling the situation. I was really impressed. Thanks!

I love SEE Eyewear. They have great styles and good prices. The service is usually excellent, they give good advice. I have bought glasses from them in New York City, San Francisco and San Jose.The only reason I would not rate them with 5 stars is because the manager at the Valley Fair store is a bit whacky. She is inappropriate and overly gushy with her compliments and they just do not sound authentic. One of the reasons I choose SEE Eyewear over Warby Parker (for example) is that I really enjoy the feedback from a professional perspective. Anita the manager would gush about every, single pair I chose which did not help at all. I go there to pick one, not five they ALL look fabulous on you pairs. (Their prices are not THAT great ;)Brian and Chantal are wonderful and helpful. Just avoid Anita.
