Terrible service. Steven was very rude and practically shooed us out of the store pushing his business card towards my girlfriend and I and telling us to “come back another time”. We had been in the store for a maximum of 10 minutes, several hours before closing. Additionally, the security guard yelled at us to “buy something”. I have never been treated so poorly and with this level of unprofessionalism in a jewelry store.

IT’S TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!! NOBODY SAID THAT ITS ONLY EXCHANGES THERE!!!! THEY JUST WANT TO SELL the STUFF!!!! I ASKED THEM SPECIFIC QUESTION HOW LONG I HAVE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND They NEVER EVER MENTION THAT I CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM!!!!!

They have a lot of options to choose from! Which is great! They quoted us 2-3weeks of arrival and it came in 2 weeks!!! Prices were reasonable. A couple reasons I only gave 4 stars is bc the sales person seemed a little impatient but he was still helpful. Also, the item wasn’t put in a box!!! Just a felt baggy that you can get from Amazon!

Such a nice place, my fiancé has a great experience purchasing my ring here. A few weeks later, one of the little surrounding diamonds fell off somehow and I called them to see if it was covered. Sean answered the phone and assured me it was covered by the warranty and would be replaced no problem. I was expecting for them to send in the ring to be fixed and it would take a week or two, but they fixed it at the store within a few hours. Rest of the staff seemed friendly, nice and sincere, and I would recommend this place to others.

I paid cash and it hasn’t been a year since the purchase. I am starting to regret my purchase at this store. I was told that she could have her ring cleaned, sized etc for free at anytime. As of tonight this does not seem to be the case.This makes me re-think about using a store like this again for my future jewelry purchase.

Paid full retail for a $1000 Tissot. Was told they could give me a discount. Turns out, the discounted price is still full retail. Liars! To add insult, their watchmaker isnt there to fit the bracelet. I end up walking out not even able to wear the watch. Isnt this purchase supposed to be about the experience?Then a couple weeks later a pin falls out. I figured I paid full retail so they would help me out right? Wrong! Charged me $15 for a new pin and gave me a smug no on top of it.Let this be a lesson to those even thinking about about purchasing a new watch. ALWAYS BUY USED ONLINE. Dont support these jokers who just treat you like youre dead after the sale.

The employees have poor customer service. My boyfriend and I went in to look at engagement rings and the staff completely ignored us. When we finally did get help, the staff person offered us little insight about the Tacori rings. We went to another store where they treated us better and offered us advice and information as to how to choose an engagement ring.
