I’ve given Mainline a few opportunities to fix my vehicles. They never disappoint. Last time insurance totaled the truck, but they were very professional in how the treated me and the situation. This time I needed some trim replaced in my 2021 F150. They got the part ordered and installed in a very timely manor. Only place I’ll go for auto body.

They were able to take my car in the day of my accident, they were diligent in informing of all the steps necessary to get my car back on the road. When my 5 series BMW was damaged in a hit and run I took it to Mainline. This was my first time using them. I am amazed at how fabulous my car looks. The last time I went to a auto bodyshop was with Home Motors Chevrolet here in Santa Maria and they did a terrible job pieces wore missing from the car and the radiator was left broken the Speedometer wasn’t working that dealership just basically made it all worse I tried taking the car back the next day but I was just told that was my problem after the car leaves the lot it was the worse experience there i didn’t know what to do but to sell the car. And because I went thru all that worse service A few years ago I was so concerned after my Jeep got hit I was worried didn’t know where I would have to take it after but I had asked the insurance and Allstate recommended Mainline auto body shop. I just love how Mainline sends you reports of what they do each day with the car they’ll send you text messages that made me feel very happy and comfortable also the staff there are so sweet and kind and the boss came out and introduced himself they all have such a good heart. I highly recommend Mainline Autobody, they were highly recommended by the VW salesman who sold me my new Tiquan. They were also recommended by my insurance co (State Farm) I used them twice and the first time my brand new car needed body work due to scratching my car on a brick retaining wall. They helped me to get in touch with my insurance company. They put my mind at ease about the whole process. Customer service was beyond excellent everyone treated me like they were friends, even the staff who walked by, not working with me were friendly. When they were done with my car my car looked as clean and perfect as it did when I drove it off the dealership. At a Home depot my car was hit while I was shopping and again my car was scratched by someone pushing a flat bed cart loaded with lumber. Mainline again took care of my car and again it looks beautiful and clean. I highly recommend Mainline Autobody, they are professional, helpful, and very friendly. I was so stressed the first time and everyone I talked with put my mind at ease.

Mainline Autobody did a fabulous job on my car after a car accident left it heavily damaged on the front left side. It looks like it just came off the assembly line at the factory! Absolutely beautiful work. I was very pleased with the whole process, I was updated regularly on the progress and it was done earlier than the date first given. Friendly and professional staff also. 5 stars is not enough!! My wifes beautiful Honda was involved in a hit and run accident while parked at Walmart resulting in significant front end damage. She was absolutely devastated. Our insurance company recommended we take it to Mainline Autobody, boy are we glad they did. Not only did they return her car to her looking better than brand new the whole staff couldnt of been nicer or more professional. We were provided daily text messages informing us of the progress of repairs and timeline for completion. We cant thank Hector, Miguel and especially Brandon enough for their exceptional service they provided.

I followed a county truck painting a yellow stripe in the road. I was the third car behind the paint truck. It was windy and yes, I had yellow paint all along the drivers side of my car. Mainline Auto Body was excellent in taking care of me and my car! They were very efficient, quick and got the job done in one day so I could continue with my business,real estate. My new 2020 Toyota Corolla car got hit at the Walmart parking lot Dec 4th. When this happened I was in disbelief because this has never happened to me and well Toyota in Santa Maria, Ca recommended Mainline Autobody in Santa Maria, Ca and let me just say that when I went in I honestly didn’t know what to expect because everything was so new to me and my husband. Jason (employee) took a look at our car and literally gave us so much information about what was needed to be done. Bernie (Supervisor) also took a look at our car and literally gave us a tour or the whole entire shop. I was honestly in shock when I tell you that THEY CARE FOR OUR CARS!! They really do! My car looks like it never got hit! 10 out of 10 recommend this place! Mainline has fixed most of our cars, you truly get what you pay for in this world and there is no better example than Mainline! Paint matching is perfect, employees are helpful and courteous, car is always done on time and usually on budget. Love how the car comes back so clean! The estimator even had some cost saving ideas on a older Toyota using Chinese bumpers as its my daughters car and shes probably going to use them again (not a big fan of plastic bumpers)Bob,Santa Ynez

Waited about 20 minutes. Was greeted gracefully. My bumper on my new Mercedes-Benz e- 400 needed adjustment. I scraped it on a concrete parking Space marker.Veronica assessed the damage and had her team adjust it for me gratisIt took 15 minutes.I would definitely go back to this auto body shop for courtesy, Attention, honesty and skill.Thank you.

As far as Im concerned Mainline has done a superb job on my car . The paint match was beautiful! The body work was #1 in my eyes . My insurance company is Allstate so they asked me which Autobody shop I want and it was between Home Motors Auto body and Mainline Auto body. My preference Mainline did such a professional job on my car Home Motors doesnt .
