I am thrilled with my new Tesla!!!Brittany was amazing and a delight to have as my sales consultant. My previous car was a lemon car and I needed a car ASAP. Family of five so a car is essential. Brittany inform me of the standard wait period for receiving a Tesla but that she will use all her resources to expedite the process. My experience with Tesla of Santa Monica has been quite positive overall. In purchasing from this store, I was guided throughout the entire process by Nick Andrews. Nick and the team at Tesla were available at what seemed like all hours of the day. This was especially helpful for a young, first-time purchaser like myself who didnt have much of a clue how the car building and car buying processes work. Took my MSP in for service after getting it delivered only a week ago. Mostly cosmetic fit and finish issues, and the dreadful warning messages (convenience features disabled). Carlos made my first service experience a very positive one. He was very attentive and courteous, and delivered exactly as promised. I got my car back the same day and now I’m a happy camper again. Highly recommend this location for service needs.

Great Tesla showroom. We test drove the model 3 and y, and even came back for a second test of the y. We had Jose help us, he is very knowledgeable, sweet and was super quick to help us find the right Tesla for us. If you’re in the store, definitely ask for him.

Nowadays I see great customer service in LA as rarely as I leave reviews -- almost never. And for someone who stands out, the least I can do is to compliment his competence here, on Google. Alexander Loren at Tesla Santa Monica set me up for an hour long test drive, answered all of my questions (and I had many) and followed up a few days later. His Tesla knowledge and intelligent approach were as pleasant of an experience as driving a Tesla in autopilot mode.If I am buying a Tesla, I know where to go and whom to talk to.

Located in a beautiful new building adjacent to Santa Monica Place and a parking garage, this location offers a superior experience modeled on the the Apple store. Like the Apple store, the sales experience can be variable and sometimes frustrating. Fortunately, they have employees such as José who expertly navigated the often confusing and frustrating process from order to delivery. He was always helpful and available, as excellent salespeople should be. Stop by and ask fir a test drive, you’ll be happy!

Its a neat place to check out new models, however the toy car is not sold there, you can ask where to get it from store employees who are very nice and helpful

My dad wants to get a Model X so what kind of daughter would I be if I didn’t go in and help him shop right? I absolutely love the Model X too. It’s so sporty and luxurious and it is PACKED full of an incredible amount of technology. Unlike my experience at the Century City Dealership, I had a fantastic experience in Santa Monica and bought my car here.The younger David is fantastic. (There are two) He is super helpful and not pushy. This is simply the way Elon would want his car to be sold. You love the car so much that you choose to buy it instead of some snarky salesperson shoving something down your throat.(cough cough century city)Highly recommend going here. It’s also way faster to get the test drive since you don’t have to walk at all.

My fiancé was interested in purchasing a Tesla but his sales person, Josh H, deferred him from doing so. It felt like we were dealing with a stereotypical used car salesman. Slow to respond to any correspondence and came off unauthentic/fake. Seemed to lack basic knowledge of cars and product.

ZACK is a very nice guy and a absolutely remarkable salesman.

Awesome store! Our staff guy was rad and gave us a ton of info and was happy to talk. Very fun experiance.. Definitely will be back

The Future is now

Great team of experts. Will answer any questions you throw at them. Plenty of virtual info and printed brochures available. You can seat inside and touch everything in two cars available. If, you spend more time they will help you to design a detailed plan, which options to buy. Overall very pleasant experience.

I’ve had my model 3 for over a year. Overall I love the car. Just a word of caution I do not recommend getting a Tesla if you live in an apartment, condo or any place that doesn’t have wifi avail from where you park overnight. I live in an apartment and it’s extremely inconvenient about every 1 to 2 months they will come out with a software update which is essential to get for safety and other features. Without Wi-Fi at your residence it will not download over the LTE so you need to drive all the way to Tesla service Center connect to their Wi-Fi and sit there for an hour for it to download. It would make much more sense for tesla to have Wi-Fi hotspots at all their supercharger stations that way you could kill two birds with one stone. Hopefully this is coming, but I doubt it. In the meantime don’t get a Tesla unless you like wasting your time dealing with the software updating drama.

Was hoping to see the model 3 here. The sales reps were extremely knowledgeable about the teslas. It was great to learn some first hand info about the cars and the progress of the company.

Eventually got helped but had to ask staff several times. Needs better customer management so people who have been waiting for a while dont wait around while someone else gets helped immediately

Great customer service at this location. Ive taken a test drive here for a Model S and have also been here as part of a private event where we went out in a Model X. Both times the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am a tour leader very excited about TESLA prospects, took 40 German visitors to SM store at 8PM (!!) and nobody home, doors locked. Every indication was closing time @ 9PM (signs, online). Very disappointed I couldnt share my enthusiasm.Ps: My group walked from SM pier to your upper Promenade store, a good 15 minute walk each way.

Excellent Service, Tesla Motors provides the best Warranty service I have received for any manufactures car I have owned. The team is very courteous, and they always take car of all the issues with the car. They go out of their way to replace anything needed. Many manufactures Ive dealt with before you had to push to get something replaced. I look forward to my next service visit!

This isnt car shopping - its car exploring! The Tesla store does a great job at making you feel like youre simply exploring the car and the company. A clean, beautifully designed store, you are provided the opportunity to sit in the car, view it from almost every angle, and check out customization options. The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful, which adds to the unique experience.I suggest when you enter the store you engage in one of the the Tesla reps and have them show you the car. Since theyre not trying to sell you the car, its a stress/obligation free way to really get a sense of what the car has to offer!

It was WORST test drive EVER!The manager David who did the test drive for us was fantastically unprofessional! I moved stop line for 1,5 meter (I am a foreigner) and he started to shout: STOP! You must stop at this line!!! Stop! I was scary because I thought he could have a nervous attack. All way after he keep silence and said nothing after, he did not even apologized for his behavior.A separate part is cleanliness of the car! If you are selling Tesla model for 120 000 usd, you could keep in clean! The screen was smeared by fingers. And the chair was also in some crumbs.I was surprised about car paint cover that stayd in show room! It was all in small scratches.So, I thought that Tesla have really another level of performance. But this is my expiriense.
