Every time I go in Shaila would be the one to help me. I always lose my phone and need to get my contacts and pictures back on. She has been able to do that for me with no hesitation. I live far but manage to go to this location for her customer service.

My visit was less than satisfactory. In a word disappointing. On this very Sunday at around 4 oclock I entered the store to an associate being very friendly with a customer and the customer being very gracious as to interrupt and end her conversation so that I a new customer cod be helped well after explaining that after a friend used my phone for a short while my SD was no longer mounting she took a look and RIGHT away she assessed that there was damage and that was probably the reason for the unmounting...naturally being shocked I asked what could be done about it...and right off hand she said that it required a special tool to remove the said SD card and that they at that particular location did not have this tool and that I would have to take it to a phone repair shop, all the while Im looking at the tool she is talking about right UNDER HER ARM! Not being from the particular area I simply accepted my phone from her and walked out of the establishment with more nothing than when I walked in...i dont know if she didnt want to do the work or if she didnt know ho1 tondonit but either way this is a very dissatisfied customer and I LOVE Metro PCS...I will continue to be a loyal customer but I will never step foot into this location.

Shaila always goes beyond helping customers. Shell help you with your phone 1 on 1. I always Go back everytime to see her.

Shaila always got my back when I need a new phone. She helps me out transferring my info from a previous phone, hooks it up with case and screen protector. Must see them. She manages the store very well! Clean all the time

Very good customer service. I appreciate the information they provide because I understand what Im paying for. I wasnt pleased about the activation fee they have but after the work they did on my phone and the apps I asked for to get installed I cant really complain about it. Big thanks to Juan and Fernando. I cannot believe this plan I have with Metro PCS. I have called three times to make sure it is not a mistake. Francisco at the PCS Store in Santa Monica CA store took care of me. The service I have works for me to call to and from Mexico. This has meant all the difference in my life. The price is so little for what you get. I am a living testament to the really excellent service PCS is and I highly recommend them as a carrier. I have called the store in Santa Monica several times with questions and Fernando was also a big help as well as a young lady. I am bowled over with their service. Excellent.

I did a port from Cricket to Metro PCS so i came in and Antonio helped me out got all my contacts and images transferred over to my new device that is a LG Stylo. I was delighted how everything went out smoothly. I read the other comments and i find it confusing that people complain about a 20 dollar charge for a SIM card. Overall I would recommend this store to my friend and family.-L

I was there this Sunday two young kids, Jose helped they were both very nice and knowledgeable about their product they told me that all they care was to make their clients happy,to me that means lots, I send them the same day a clients, thank you Metro PCS for caring, way to go .

My boyfriend had his iphone stolen and he bought a new phone and went to this metropcs to buy a new sim card. They wanted to charge $20 for the sim card + $20 for a transfer. I said we dont need to transfer anything cuz his line is already from metropcs. But the guy said that was the deal. So i called another metropcs store that i usually go and they always resolve everything and the lady said i will just have to pay $15 for the sim card and thats it.Some stores of metropcs have employee that act kind of weird and dont know how to resolve problems. I truly felt like the guy was trying to take advantage of me.
