This local shop is great and David in particular! My iPhone 6 battery died a few months ago and they replaced the battery within 15 minutes. Today my screen cracked and again it was replaced immediately for a very fair price, $60. They have the best customer service, I recommend it highly and it also supports our local SM small shops.

I have been here several times for battery replacement and screen repair. They are always incredibly friendly and probably some of the fastest service around! Much better than spending hours in the retail store and cheaper too!

Updating my review to add a new experience here with a different device. Was away for work and my computer suddenly turned off without warning. I thought it was dead so I plugged it in and gave it a few minutes, but it wouldnt turn on. I took it to Apple and they let me know that it would be $500 flat rate and 3-5 business days to fix. Given that the entire computer cost slightly more than $1000, it didnt seem worth it to put half that price again into an old one. The one issue was that I didnt have a single thing backed up.When I got home I brought it to iPhone Screen Repair & Fix Mac Cafe. They said they could replace the same part as Apple suggested (logic board) for $300, which to me was more reasonable than the $500. However, it would take 2-3 weeks to get the part. Unfortunately I needed the computer for work, so I asked if they could at least help me get my data off the computer so that I could just invest in a new one but still have my stuff. They said they would for $60-100, which I agreed to. I let them know Id come back.I shortly got a text from John letting me know that theyd actually be able to get me the logic board within about 5 days, which made the decision of what to do even easier. I brought it in for the repair, but after a few hours, it turns out that while the logic board replacement finally got the computer to turn on, it now wasnt recognizing the hard drive, indicating that both the HD and logic board had been fried when whatever went wrong happened. This meant that while my computer was on and running, none of my data was on there anymore. John tried a few more things and let me know hed have to replace the hard drive to a working one so that Id at least have a working computer. I asked if there was anything else he could try and he promised he would, but that he needed some time so to take home the new working computer and hed let me know if anything worked.3 days later, I get a text that John had finally been able to get the hard drive to work!!! All my data was back! He let me know he was going to back it up in case something went wrong again and that I could come in to get the old hard drive and hed put it back in.This was a huge help and relief - the lower than Apple cost, quick turnaround and having all my data back was the solution I had been hoping for but seemed far from possible. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his patience and determination, in addition to expertise because John is 100% the reason I have my stuff back! I highly recommend them for not only their services which have been amazing, but their customer service more specifically.

The Best on the West! I’ve broken so many screens and so have my 4 kiddos. Its a painful, annoying experience and happens to everyone. Luckily, Jeff at Iphone repair takes the pain away from the replacement process. He’s fast 15-20min, fairly priced (i called around) plus the team is pleasant to work with. And there’s douglas park across the street if you want somewhere to go reflect on how you aren’t going to drop your phone EVER AGAIN!(Forgot to to take pics but its a nice bright store with tons of cases and stuff to chose from)

I had by far the most amazing experience at IPhone Screen Repair. David quoted me 30 minutes and was finished within 20 . My screen was cracked and blurred on one half of the phone and now it looks brand new . The service was amazing and the price was super affordable. He’s conveniently located on Wilshire Blvd a couple of buildings down from Starbucks so parking was easy . Usually when I have to get my phone repaired I wait in long lines but I was in and out in minutes. I never write reviews but because of their excellent service I had to!

If you need your iPhone repaired, don’t look further, this is the place! I needed my old iPhone fixed so I can give it to my father...among other things both screens were broken and I took it to this shop. It was not an easy fix because one of the sensors died in the process. Most places would have given up, but David from the shop continued to work on it until the phone was fixed and fully functional. Great customer service and beyond responsive staff...I highly recommend this place!
