Bought Donuts for St. Patricks Day. Easy rear entrance but you can enter through the front if you have an online order

Omg, Its been a long time since we’ve had Krispy Kreme. I have always loved the original glazed donuts!! I got one box of glazed and one box of assorted flavors☺️ Those were so good and the staff was so kind too, I will definitely buy again!!

One of my fav donuts/ coffee place in Santa Monica area. The service is great. There is a parking lot behind the store.

Nearly my apartment .Just 3min by walk from my apartment .Wifi environment is so great, coffee by coffee bean & leafs is delicious .I had visited here many times and took a seat by window .Oh .Manager is so polite person and always nice to me .Off course employees are nice, too .

I came here with a donut craving and in need of some immediate coffee. It was a nice touch to find that they had the coffee bean menu to choose from. What I didnt like was the donut choices. No cinnamon roll.....no coconut glazed.....most choices are cheap and generic but high in price. I wasnt too impressed with my sour cream glazed; I preferred the boxed entenmanns version at Vons.The service here is nice and inside was pretty clean, yet empty. Not much stood out.Parking is available behind the shop, so it is a convenient in and out of your on Wilshire. Its always a plus to not have to feed a meter to purchase something. For that reason I may come back. Its such a hassle in Santa Monica to go anywhere with the shortage of parking, meters, and preferred parking permits.

I was asked what I wanted without being able to see my options. I wasnt told to come forward. I was standing where it said to stand and to wait to be called. Girl asked me how many I was getting when I didnt know yet. It was annoying because after I was able to select some flavors I asked to see what Ive gotten so far and she hadnt even boxed them yet. For some reason she was really concerned on how many I was getting and what box to use. Male cashier was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

Always delicious doughnuts. 🍩🍩 😋😋. Only thing missing in this small store is the conveyor belt and frosting waterfall in the larger stores that make the doughnuts on site. I like that the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is attached to it in-store.

Donuts are really good, unfortunately the stuff wasnt friedly, Romeo seems to be on a rush and made our experience there not as welcoming.

The next best thing to getting them hot out of the oven. Nothing 10 seconds in the microwave cant fix. As this is the only one in the area, we need to support it so it stays on town.

The lazy staff here closes early and don’t have the decency to acknowledge the customer outside knocking on the door hoping to get a donut. They have so much unsold donuts right now. No wonder why.

This location is infamous for vastly under filling donuts. Seems like corporate should take it over and demand they make items correctly. Its a donut, what kind of idiot scams people on doing that job wrong?! Ultimately the worst KK Ive ever been to.

Dexter was really good with customer interaction. He was funny, upsold me stuff, and even told me about this great water bottle that I didnt see, and totally loved! Great salesman, and I would return because of him. Very friendly staff member, and made my experience at my first American Krispy store awesome!

Your location offerings are shameful to the brand.Your donuts are 35% smaller than several months ago. A choice you made to enhance your own sites margin profit. Penny smart dollar smart foolish.You will lose business traffic with your significantly smaller than standard donuts.The owner should lose his site license. I am notifying the parent company in my next email.

Who doesnt love Krispy Kreme? I know I do. And my belly shows it. This one is cool because its here in Santa Monica. Getting here by scooter was Awesome. Got here just before the rush, too. Got our dozen and it just so happened to be a Free Donut Day too, so all of us got our Free Donut! They dont have the conveyor belt dripping the glaze over the donuts, but its all good. The donuts were still Amazingly Tasty!

This is where me and my wife go for coffee, for our weekend promenades. The staff is great, as is the coffee, and who can say no to a Krispy Kreme doughnut? Well be back!

Store was fully stocked even at closing. The staff was all patient, friendly and helpful. Taryn was beyond amazing! He waited while everyone in the group placed their orders, he was great answering questions and made us feel at ease when making our selections. The store was clean, easy to find and well lit. Its a short drive from the pier. I picked this store for our groups snack because its kosher certified. Thank you to the management for making Kosher choices accessible.

Nice walk from Third Street Promenade. Really allows you to relax as you walk through a relatively quiet section of Wilshire on a Saturday afternoon.

Pretty easy to park behind building. Good selection. In and out pretty quickly. Not 5 stars because they dont have hot donuts like other locations.

Staff was kind and friendly, and as usual for Krispy Kreme; the donuts were soft and fresh. They were helpful in maximizing the available coupons/offers that are currently available.

Even though there was a long line out the door 15 minutes before closing, one staffer was taking out the trash, one cleaning the restroom, and another, who seemed to be a manager only came out of the back to tell the *single* person helping customers she was off the clock leaving her to flounder - it was a pretty horrible experience for her, and us.

The donuts are good for the price. Went on the first Friday of the month which is the only day they have chocolate donuts. They were a nice treat.

I do not go to this place very often, but these donuts were very tasty. If you are going to a Krispy Kreme and you dont know what to get, get their glazed donuts. Theyre so good! Its solid when you hold it, but its super soft when you bite it. The whole donut is ALMOST soaked in the glaze, and it mixes very well with the doughy bread. Very tasty donut.👌

I came here with friends because we had a coupon for a free dozen of glazed donuts with the purchase of any dozen. We came around 9pm on a Thursday night and easily found parking in the parking lot behind the store. Usually I love freshly made Krispy Kreme donuts. Unfortunately, this location doesnt do this. The donuts are made somewhere else and delivered here to be served at room temperature. All the donuts we had were good. The workers seemed to be annoyed to be helping us, which annoyed me. I also had a coupon for a free small coffee, too bad the coffee here sucks. The only plus side to this location is that its the closest to where I live. Otherwise, I would make a trek to a Krispy Kreme location that actually freshly makes their donuts.

You can never go wrong with these treats. I arrived an hour before closing so I didnt get the most fresh doughnuts. They where still delicious but fresh is always better.

Not a huge fan. It was all the rage when they were first lntroduced to L.A. For me, the donut holes tastes pretty good.

Call before you come. Double check to make sure your flavor of donut is available. This place always has great Donuts.

It is a great place to enjoy delicious donuts & coffee. It offers a view of the surrounding streets which is very relaxing. It is a wonderful addition to the neighboring stores & homes in the immediate area.

You can ask to add no super coating if you want less sugar.

Nothing beats an original krispy kreme donut!!! Also very pleasantly surprised by the variety they had and their drink selection. Perfect place to stop for an afternoon snack

Got here exactly at 10pm when they closed the door right as she saw me pull up. Like literally on the dot. My poor timing luck/internal clock.I called, but she offered zero accommodations for the single Original Glazed donut I wanted. Understandable they want to go home on time. So if I bother driving here again, maybe I can update the review. For now, its low for this disappointment.But hey, WiFi is a plus and she didnt seem rude on the phone, just didnt care one bit. The Burbank location gives out samples and is open until 11pm. Just further away in the other direction.

Good donuts, not so great service. One of the employees began getting petty that we walked in at 9:50 (they close at 10:00, didnt realize it was close to closing, I even apologized before and after ordering). So minus one star for that, hopefully wont be treated as rude next time.

I must admit that I miss the old recipe for Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. I grew up with Krispy Kreme. But, I guess the times do change. I really miss the hot right off the cooking machine Krispy Kremes. Other than that I much prefer Krispy Kreme to Dunkin Donuts. The store was clean parking lot was clean everything was immaculate.

Krispy Kreme, cant fail IMHO except the layout seems a bit cold and off. Not very comfortable here. I tried cranking open my laptop while waiting to be picked up from hospital... it sucked trying to get anything done Coffee Bean served up here is great though

The staff at this location sets the gold standard for hospitality. They manage to keep a friendly, home-town atmosphere for all the regulars -- senior citizens, after-school kids, gig-economy wifi bandits -- who camp out throughout the day while still keeping their professional game sharp for traffic throughout the day. Lots of special events tied to holidays and seasonal themes make Krispy Kreme anything but a routine stop. Parking in front and on the side street at meters combined with a roomy parking lot out back make this location easy to visit. Convenient to a post office and Vons grocery just steps away if youve got other errands to run.
