Paul has taken care of our vehicles for years with complete satisfaction. Only once did a repair need a redo and he was on it super fast. Nothing they did wrong just one of those things beyond their control.He stands behind his work and in a very timely manner. Cant really ask for more than that. Just recently he got me the battery i wanted. Installed it for a total price so good it was not worth me buying it online and installing it myself.

They are helpful, friendly and provide good service. I highly recommend them. A real gem in the neighborhood.

So far so good! I had a few crazy lights coming on in the dashboard and they made it a point to squeeze me on before the end of the night to get a look at it. There was no pressure or Rush and they took the time to explain everything the best that they knew it. I have some follow-up work to do but so far the service has been excellent. On top of that, they probably have the nicest bathroom of any auto shop Ive been to. Its so good it was worth mentioning! Other than that the rest of the facility is very clean and accessible. Anytime you call the phone is answered and they are friendly.

Ive been going to Bauer automotive since 1983, that enough should explain everything.I was broken down,Paul came out and took me to work, retrieved my car, fixed it that afternoon, he and another employee dropped my car off and took a huge stress factor out for me. No jokes I could text so many outstanding stories that make Bauer automotive outstanding, that it would cause me to get A blister on my texting index finger. they are good, they are honest and they are fair. I will be going to Bauer until the day I can no longer drive.

Paul and the Guys have been handling my autos for a little over 16 years. They are interested in you becoming a regular customer, not in squeezing as much as they can at one visit.These guys have bent over backwards to help me out of more than a couple of spots.Prices are excellent.

I brought my car for help with an air leak in one of the tires. They began work immediately, even though I didnt have an appointment. Service was fast, spot-on, and at a GREAT price!! They quickly found the problem, fixed it right up, plus put air in all my tires, and I was blown away by the great price and friendly, helpful service. Im glad I live nearby because I will be bringing my vehicles whenever I need work done!

Went above & beyond! Brought my out-state-vehicle in for a safety and emissions inspection. Not only did they perform quick, efficient and fair priced work. The shop handled all of my non-missouri paperwork. Definitely worth the trip if you need an honest garage.

While I didnt go here, my car broke down in the intersection nearby, I had called them to ask a question and their guys came and helped push me into a parking lot. Thank you for helping me to safety. Your staff is friendly and clearly willing to help!

Ive been having my car serviced at Bauer for many years. Ive always found their work to be excellent. Their pricing is very reasonable. They have never tried to up-sell me to more services than I really need. In fact, several times theyve found something minor wrong and have told me it wasnt worth spending the money to make it perfect as it would keep functioning just fine as it was. I feel very fortunate to have found an honest mechanic so close to my home.

Woke up on this cold morning to discover that my car battery was dead. After calling unsuccessfully to area auto repair facilities, including AAA Roadside assistance, Bauer Automotive was the only one willing to come out in the frigid conditions and jump my battery. Even though the battery turned over and seemed to be charging, I decided to have Bauer replace the 5+ year-old-battery. All in all, I was very pleased with the prompt, curtious service I received....
