After going to three tire shops with no luck, I finally found Tire Choice on Baptist church rd. Don took wonderful care of us and had us back out on the road in no time. I had my daughter in the car with me so it’s important I trust the person working on my car. I was worried trying a new place. However, as soon as I met Don, I saw he knew what he was doing and was able to just relax and let him do his job. Their prices are fair, and their customer service is on point. Thanks to Don, I have a reliable mechanic I can trust in the future for all my tire needs. Thanks Don!

ABSOLUTELY, hands down the best most truest customer service I have had in a very long time. My daughter got a flat tire and we needed to buy a new tire and have it places back on the wheel, not her car. They said they had time and it would take approximately 20 minutes. Don was the one who started it off by answering the phone before we even came in. He was very kind and warm. So my daughter and I headed over there. When we walk in we meet the manager maybe? I forgot his name however, he was so personable, witty and still helped us in a very professional manner a long with Don. They made us laugh as well! Great experience. My daughter and I needed that after our whole experience with this flat tire issue. May you both keep it real and keep making peoples day!

I needed an emissions test for my car, and they were able to work my car in that day. The staff was friendly, and even let me know I had a brake light out, and was able to fix it. Sam was VERY professional and still able to be personable.The only thing would suggest is a larger waiting area.

I would definitely recommend. After spending plenty of time doing my homework on tire prices I decided to go with Tire Choice. I have always taken my vehicle to Firestone for service, but after using Tire Choice I think I found a new place. I received good honest service, and while waiting for my tires to be put on, Sam the manager was super nice and has a great sense of humor.

I picked up a nail in my tire and called to see if they could get me in. I drove over and was greeted by Sam and Rick. I waited about an hour and had fun conversation with each guy. The price quoted was what I paid and I was very happy with the service! Would definitely use again!

Needed 2 unusual tires asap and they had them within hours! Called 3 other places before calling Choice and they wouldnt have them for days...only coming here from now on!!

Wait, so Im confused. Outside- same day services are advertised. Is this only if your skin is less pigmented? Is there a separate sign or an asterisk that indicates if youre black- theres a 3 day wait?Im only confused, because after calling in- the same day service policy was still honored.....was the black woman that asked in person the exception?Ricky....you have some explaining to do.

Ricky (they call him Fred) was very helpful and friendly. They replaced my tire in a very timely fashion. I was in and out and very pleased. As a women I also appreciated the very clean bathroom! I would recommend there service to anyone.

Dropped tire off to get plugged. They said the screw was too close to edge of tire so I had to get a new one. When I picked up my tire and went to put it back on my truck I noticed they dropped it on its front and scratched up my emblem

Hello!Today, I made an unexpected walk-in, relating to concerns about the health of my battery, due to it going out and needing to be jump-started just before having to visit this location. (I was actually referred to them by Autozone, who, just prior, had turned down servicing me. They cited they were unable to perform the battery test due to covid restrictions.)I came in, expressed my concern, and was handled promptly. They gave me a fresh new battery in about ~30 minutes, and their demeanor was something so warming. I didnt have much on hand, but I left them a few dollars tip.It was something truly to be experienced, and would happily return there again knowing it was them handling the situation.It was a young man (whose name I regrettably didnt catch), and another man who goes by the name of Rick who tended to me.A very major thanks go to these men.Thank you so much, and have a beautiful rest of your holidays!(p.s., I hope Santa reads this and gives them big gifts this year!)

Wonderful people, great work, honest and up front. Have been a customer for many years and various vehicles once I really wanted them to repair an old car and they said it was not a good idea to do and talked us out of wasting our monies we kind of thought this going in but I really wanted the car their honesty kept us from making a big mistake. They are the best in our book and we have been happy with their work once in many years have we taken a car back and they backed up and fixed without any hassle whatsoever. Would recommend to all family and friends.

So I decided to wait before posting this to see how my car would do. I took my car here for brake pads and an oil change. My car is great. They were super fast and didnt make me feel stupid for not knowing certain things an certainly was very good price for the work they did. An most important they were not pushy in any way. Hard to find good car shops not trying to rip you off. Ill be going back for my next service.

Great, friendly service from the time I called to schedule an appointment until the time I left. Very happy with the oil change I had done & also love the fact that the tire rotation as well as other routine services are included unlike many other competitors who’ll charge extra. Most importantly they’re quick and efficient. Will definitely be returning to this location!

Had to change a flat on the highway in the rain, came over here to get it fixed.While I was at it I had my brake pads and rotors replaced. Gotta say! The customer service and work done on my car was absolutely amazing. So good in fact that even if its a bit out of my way, I will be using this location for every vehicle I own for now on.Needless to say...Im Beyond thrilled.Both Ricky, and Joseph are real easy going and hard working. Got to see them inspecting, fixing and giving me clear results and at an insanely low price! Again, super impressed and very trust worthy! 10/10

I just stopped in briefly 7 hours into a ten hour road trip having to jump off the highway due to a tpms light. The team there quickly diagnosed my issue, verified we were good and got us back on the road to grandmas house! Amazing people!

Went to have my AC check out because it was not blowing cold. The auto tire (Arnold ) I usually go to told me there guy would be out until at least Monday due to family emergency and recommend I take it to the one on Baptist Rd. I Drop it off right before they close on Friday they had it done a ready before noon Saturday. They did a great job I would recommend there services.

Nail ruined a tire. They fit me into their schedule and gave me options for replacement. Ive always felt like they try to do good work without costing too much.

11am oil change and tire rotation. Its 2pm and my car is still an hour from being finished. At least. This is not acceptable for the most basic maintenance to have done on a car.

Ive had my car serviced here several times in the past year - this location is more convenient than some others that I use. on two separate occasions, my car has reeked of smoke. the first time around, i spoke with manager rick and he was apologetic and offered to make it up for the next visit. fast forward to this time, manager beth showed zero concern with the issue. no apology or even interest in the problem at hand -- there are way too many autotire locations (or even other service stations) to consider this location again ---- just brutal!

These guys always take good care of us and are very informative on what work needs to be done, what can wait, and what was done. I take both of my cars here and highly recommend to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable auto mechanic.

I had placed an order for four tires and made an appointment a week in advance. The tires had not been ordered when I showed up for my appointment and the manager acted as if I was mistaken. I went to Firestone instead for same day service at about 3/4 of the price.
