Mark I is my go-to for any auto repairs. They were recommended to me by my brother-in-law (as a native St. Louisan) and I always trust what they are telling me. Great customer service and honest opinions, what more can you ask for when it comes to a person who knows nothing about automotive repair? Thanks Mark I!
Mark is very friendly, honest, reasonable, and gets the job done as efficiently as possible. Very flexible with appointment times and has a comfortable waiting area.
Excellent service. Care about me professionally & personally. Very accommodating !
Always professional and do the best work on my vehicles.
Mike has done the impossible to get us repaired and going again twice. Once in Valentines day and just recently when the battery died and the alternator died as well. Very helpful he has our business.
Ron and his team have been working on our cars for several years. Hes always honest and fixes what needs to be fixed. We wont go to anyone else!
They work with you very well and help you save money.
This auto repair shop is so great!! They were very nice, squeezed me in on extremely short notice, and fixed my car by the end of the night. The price was fair, especially considering the fast and professional service. The rainbow sticker on the door made me feel welcome as well :)). They also were super accomodating and let me pick up the car after hours. Thanks guys!!
These guys are great! Extremely fair pricing and they do their best to get your repairs done as quickly as possible.
Always helpful. Great service. Will continue to take my car there!
Be very cautious of any vehicles Mike or Ron try to sell you. I bought a 2000 Ford Ranger form them that they said they were selling for their customer. They had done head work on the engine. Four weeks after selling me the truck the oil pressure gauge started jumping. Took the truck to our trusted mechanic who put another gauge on and it did the same thing. So, he dropped the oil pan and said there was metal shavings in the oil pan. Our mechanic also indicated that doesnt just happen. They also indicated there were a couple bolts lose that should not have been. They indicated that the only thing that would fix this is a rebuilt engine because the metal shavings are throughout the engine. The car had been driven 1,000 miles since we bought it. Mike and Ron refused to give us a refund of any of the money after I asked that they keep the money that they used for the work they did which I estimated to be $1,000 of the $3,450 they sold me the car for. They refused and wanted another opportunity to work on the truck but said once they do the additional repairs needed and I drive it off the lot, its a done deal. And that if it only need cam bearings that that was all they were going to repair which my mechanic indicated has nothing to do with shavings in the oil pan. They also indicated that if it needed a rebuilt motor they would put one in. I trusted my mechanic to do the repairs correctly and had them repair the vehicle by putting in a rebuilt motor. Now Ive been substantially more than the vehicle is worth which is exactly why Mike and Ron didnt do the correct repairs to begin with because the vehicle wasnt worth it. They did the minimal amount of work hoping it would run and sold it for top price for a 2000 Ford Ranger with $139,000 on it.
My family has been coming to this shop since they moved up here years ago. And let me tell you, Ron is the man. Hes as honest as they get, and he does the job right. If it isnt fixed, they will fix it. They wont shaft you on parts pricing or labor, and you can feel safe asking questions. Every interaction Ive had here, even if I had to fix something expensive, has been pleasant. You always get proper paperwork, and any other issues will be noted.
Great guys always honest and always take care of the customers

Amazing people and very helpful 👏
You did me right sir! Actually, I recently had to bring in a 300zx for a bad starter and the starter that was replaced was ALSO bad....so you quickly informed me of the issue and kept me up-to-date on its progress until it was all good to go...I cant ask for anything more than that! Kudos to Mark 1.
