I had an excellent experience at this Verizon location! I Was greeted very nicely by a woman named Katelyn. I needed a new phone and had been having a ton of issues with my current phone. Katelyn took an extraordinary amount of time out of her day to help answer all of my problems and in doing so had a smile on her face the entire time. Her product knowledge was remarkable! I never once felt pressured into getting anything I wasn’t really Interested in. I left the store after purchasing my new phone with the highest satisfaction in Katelyns customer service! I highly recommend that when anyone goes in there to ask for Katelyn so they can get the same customer service that I had received.

I was doing some shopping in the plaza and just happened to wander in cause I was in need of a screen protector. Upon entering I noticed the store was in pristine condition(in property management so have trained eye for that stuff) and I was greeted immediately with a smile by Katelyn. She was very personable, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and had a genuine interest in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.As someone who has led sales/customer service teams for years. I can tell you Katelyn is an asset to any sales/service team. When you went in for a simple screen protector and walked out feeling that positive about your experience that means the staff/management did something very unique.Even living in Winchester, that will from now on be my “go to” store. Absolutely worth it and very impressed all around.You guys were amazing!

This is the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from a retailer in my entire life. The entire staff went above and beyond to help solve my phone problem and make sure I was able to walk out completely satisfied. I would recommend them for any help you’d need from Verizon or Go Wireless.
