Had them repair my 2020 F150. I had a few issues with the initial repair and they took care of it and made sure I was happy with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body repair. Lee, Jeff and Jason are second to none. They care about the customer. Thank you again!

I had an appointment for 2.5 weeks a head of time. I showed up, my rental car showed up. I left my car and drove home. I received a phone call that they couldnt fix my car for another 1.5 weeks. I had to drive back, return rental car, that I will be charged for. NOT happy.

Not very fourth coming on extra funds needed get my car back. Other than that I would say that at this time the work looks great. Only a Little time to see if the paint will match after some sun and weather.

Fast efficient and superb customer service. THE BEST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had with a body shop!!

They made sure to be able to get me in right away to look at my car but then they took their time actually fixing it. It seemed like since I was an insurance customer and they knew my bill was being paid and I didn’t have many choices where to go, that my vehicle wasn’t at all a priority. They would never give me an idea of how long it would take. They’d call me most days to tell me what was going on but never told me why on earth it was taking so long and never once apologized or seemed concerned that I was going weeks without my car for what seemed like rather minor damage. I also have no idea why rear-end bumper/trunk damage resulted in a portion of my front passenger door having a piece removed and left in my cup holder when I got my car back. The body work looks ok but is not completely perfect. I would not recommend JC Lewis collision center to anyone, unless they have weeks and weeks to wait for a mediocre repair job.
