Great prices and great customer service! Sketch area of town and a sketchy people walking around outside of this place. Its $2 per person to go in, not so bad.

I enjoy cash and carry auto parts very much. They almost always have what I want and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Drove an hour to this location, only to be told they have a dress code and doesn’t allow kids under 16. Nowhere on their website is any of this mentioned.

I’ve been three or four times and found the staff ( manager) to be extremely rude and unfriendly. In two days they checked my bag 6 times. It’s easier getting checked into county then leaving cash n carry

Initially, my first impression of this business was not negative in any way, however, my mind was VERY quickly changed!! I just hate that Im required to give them 1 star because they truly deserve a -5 star rating!! I was left with such a bitter taste in my mouth by this place that I would rather walk everywhere than to EVER give them one red cent of my hard earned money!!To make a long story short, my fiancee and I quickly headed over to the scrap yard immediately upon getting off of work at 3:30pm, as their websitd atates that they close at 5pm. We arrived a few minutes prior to 4pm and walked inside. Several minutes later we were assisted by a very personable young lady who politely let me know that my open-toed flip-flop type shoes were not permitted out on the yard. Knowing that a Family Dollar store was just up the road, about 2 miles away, we told her that we would run super fast to grab me some acceptable shoes and that we would be right back. To this the young lady replied Dont worry about it love, well wait on you, we dont even close until 4:30! Once in the car, I told my fiancee what was said, and we discussed that they apparently cut off allowing new entries to the yard 30 minutes prior to their stated closing time of 5pm. So, we quickly proceeded to the store, acquired appropriate footwear, and arrived back in the parking lot at exactly 4:23pm. As we made way to the door of the office to pay our $2/each cover fee, at exactly 4:25pm per the Sprint mobile network time settings, this front door was LOCKED TIGHT, and the female associate that had so kindly told me not 20 minutes earlier that they would wait on me because they dont close until 4:30pm was behind the counter making it a point to not acknowledge that I was at the door with tools in-hand and ready to go quickly retrieve the small and easily accessible part that we had come to purchase... So I proceeded to call them, only to watch them completely ignore the ringing phone. So at 4:28pm, I was absolutely flabbergasted at this turn of events, and at the level of BAD BUSINESS practiced by this establishment by locking their doors AT LEAST a good 5 minutes prior to their closing time as quoted by their employee, and 35 minutes prior to their online listed closing time of 5pm!! Ultimately, my mind was made up with little deliberation, that there is absolutely NO way, not even over my rotting corpse, that I would EVER provide patronage to Cash-N-Carry in Savannah, GA!! NOT EVER. Im an avid deal shopper, and I almost refuse to pay full price for anything because, if you do your homework, most things have a dicount of some sort somewhere that could be applied to the purchase; but if it came down to paying triple the going rate for the part I need or going through this business and recieving a discount price, I WOULD GLADLY PAY TRIPLE ANY DAY OF THE WEEK AND TWICE ON SUNDAY rather than give them any money of mine!!

Staff was very helpful and had a big selection of vehicles for me to choose parts from at affordable prices

Fair pricing, decent yard, rarely car not there when they say it is.

It was great they made selling my car fast and easy I got a quote Tuesday and it was picked up on Wednesday

Please do not go and buy anything from cash n carry if you not sure if you are going to need it you will not get your money back the associate do not carry about there customer they do not inform you about there return policy and the owner do not try to work with his customers I will tell you to ho to LKQ they are way better and you get your money back if you purchase in 30 days. I just moved to Savannah and my husband needed a part for his car thats why he went there and they are not good all they want is your money

Worst place I have ever been! Tried to come help my husband and they wanted to charge me just for me to walk in the door with him even though I was not going to be taking anything from the vehicles myself. I was just an extra hand to help him carry stuff back to the car! The lady at the door was rude as well and could care less. Very poor customer service! This is not a way to work a business!! I would understand it if we were not together and coming for multiple types of vehicles, but if I came here just to help my husband carry stuff and they want to charge, it’s stupid, and they need to lighten up a bit.

Best yard I have ever been to. Pricing fair, entire yard has gravel through out. Well organized and friendly service puts it over the top never had such great service in a salvage yard. Im visiting from out of town but I wish this yard was near me because I would be frequent customer.

My first time at this salvage yard was great. The lady at the check-in got me a free entry and my part pulled in a timely manner. My only issue was the gentleman at the register was on his cell phone when I walked up to pay. He needs better customer service.

Gotta love cash n carry. Inventory rotates on a regular basis. Prices more than reasonable. Many similar type businesses do not operate quite like Cash n Carry. Staff is friendly and helpful. Top notch.

The place to go for second hand car parts

After pulling parts we needed off of cars we get to check out and they wanted to way overcharge us. It was the same exact parts we got the last time we were there and they doubled the price this time. Wondering if they make it up as they go along. We told them what we paid last time but the guy didn’t budge. Needless to say that after doing all the work for about an hour and half we left it on the counter.

Have been here a hundred times or more. Never left without what was needed. There are hundreds of thousands of cars you may pull your parts. They will pull them for a fee. They also stock all kind of items for most any car and if not they will do there best to get it for you. They also about 1 to 2 years ago started selling cars. The staff did and continue to do there very best to work with you on your down payment, trade in, Anything to make it easier and reasonable for there Customers.I do believe that rarly are they not able to help someone. Last trip I gave a ride to a friend who needed a battery. He walked in and before I could turn the car around he was done. They have been in the Savannah GA,area for as long as I can remember and I have been in Savannah GA all 52 years they have been in the same place yet expanded. Its worth your trip....

This is a auto salvage yard people. Lady at sign in helped us right to all cars we need .Found part and was gone. Female cashier could try being nice but everybody else carried her.

Sketchy pricing. If you call, get a name. About every time I go in there there is something frustrating. Last time I had to wait over 20 minutes to get checked out. I was told everyone was in a meeting. They did have Ive girl down the but apparently her only skill was collecting $2 and telling people that everyone else was in a meeting.

Called before I left South Carolina to go there sat on hold the whole time i arrive I walk in. No one is on a phone yet I have been sitting on hold for nearly 40 mins and never left you are the 3rd person in line hold and so fourth . I dont review places even if they are horrible. The companys website is misleading - in multiple places on the site they solicit scrap auto parts and provide a phone number in over a dozen places to call for a quote. The phone number has been disconnected. After calling the main number on the site, I was transferred to another extension. The person who picked up the extension talked so fast I could barely understand her, and she ended up giving me another phone number to call. After calling this number, I was told that they dont buy automotive scrap, regardless of what is on their website. None of the three people I talked to were concerned that a disconnected number was on their site, nor did they seem concerned that their site provided inaccurate and generally misleading information. I have been a fan of this place in the past, but the service and outward pride in the company seem to have degraded. I am very disappointed in my experience.

Called them to see if they buy junk cars and they told me they did. They called me back right after I tried calling them and told me theyd pay me way more than I thought I would get. Immediately sent a driver to pay me and tow the car. He was friendly and got it done quickly. Id recommend them.

Staff was rude and couldnt give me ONE price for specific part. Hmmmmm so I left...going to LKQ they have better business ethics.

Just what I needed, parts related I went for a exhaust and had more than what I needed! Customer service was excellent; beautiful personality!

The people were nice and they had a list of were all the cars are located which helps . And they have a good return policy . I bought a starter there for $10 . Most of the cars there are already ran thrue by allot of people but still lost of things there . And they had water out in the middle of the yard for free which was great .

I called them to get a hood for my Trans Am. They said that they definitely had the right hood and would pull it for me and have it ready withen an hour. So I drove 80 miles to them just to find out they not only didnt have the part but the guy never even looked for the car at all and just told me that sucks I drove so far for nothing. Pathetic service
