We weren’t even considering a Mazda for my daughter until we saw this one and took the time to stop and talk with Autumn at J.C. Lewis Mazda in Savannah. Turns out these are awesome cars! If you haven’t looked at one before, you should definitely get in touch with Autumn and set up a test drive. Like us, you’ll probably be sold immediately. Autumn was so pleasant to work with and took her time explaining things to my daughter and I. She was also very responsive to our requests, and there was no weird intense sales pressure like most cut throat dealerships. That, along with a great price, all of our questions answered, and a friendly sales team made all the difference to us. Autumn was a pleasure to work with. After about a week of negotiations, I was able to get what I wanted for my trade in and continued business with J.C. Lewis for my new car. It was worth the drive from Florida to do business with them and I will continue to do business in the future and will recommend my family members and friends.

I originally went down to the dealership with the intentions of only test driving a CX-9. When I showed up, first of all it was unannounced, I had no appointment, and only had the intentions of testing driving the car. Scott, the sales manager, helped me get into a vehicle so that I could test drive it. Before getting into the vehicle I explained to him that I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle from there location because the car I wanted was in Jacksonville. He said no worries, take it for a spin and that when I got back Zabet (sales associate) would be able to help. Once I returned I met with Zabet and told her what I thought of the vehicle and though I loved it it was not the color I wanted. This did not stop them from providing top notch service, instead they contacted the dealership and worked out a deal so that I could get the vehicle I wanted and not have to settle. Not once did they try to sell me on the ones sitting on their lot. Before I left their lot Scott had approval from the Jacksonville location to pick up my vehicle the next available business day. On Monday Zabet called and stated she was actually the one picking up my vehicle because the runner was not available. The following day I showed up to sign and the process was smooth. Zabet even went out of her way to hand wash my beautiful car and get her nice and clean for me. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this dealership and their team. Even the finance manager answered all my annoying questions with a smile and I never felt rushed. This is also my 5th Mazda, I left Mazda for a short period of time only to come running back because my experience with the service department with a particular brand was not up to par. There’s something to be said about great service and a great car. It will definitely keep you coming back.

I have a 2021 Mazda 6 carbon edition. I really feel like ALL of my concerns are swept under the rug. I have gone to J C Lewis twice now, to no avail. My paint is not holding up at all. They continually dismiss this to outside factors. It is very hard for me to understand how a brand new car could be falling apart so rapidly. I park next to a 2018 GMC Sierra that has been pristine for 3 years now. It’s definitely not the vehicle, it’s the paint. Please keep this in mind before you buy from j c Lewis Mazda. It’s ALWAYS your fault…

Arrived at the dealership yesterday (Aug 11 at 10:45am), granted unannounced, and we immediately noticed the few cars on the lot. Understanding the current environment and the challenges of having new cars, we still, expected a salesperson to be in the building. We waited around about 5 minutes thinking someone was in the bathroom. A couple of desks had their computers running and coats jackets flung over the chairs. It was a ghost town. There were no brochures for the CX-9 anywhere. I assume maybe the single person was out on a test drive.We leave but notice there is one red CX-9 out front and it is unlocked so I check out the interior and rear cargo space. I would liked to have test drove it but……

At 65 years old this was by far my best car purchase experience.I was told at the start the price offered was the best they could do. Other dealers offered similar pricing, but when I checked what it would cost out the door there were many added costs.The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the price quoted for my trade in was what they gave me.Before purchase they explained much more about the vehicle than another large dealer I had visited. They are very nice people who do what they say they will do. Unfortunately this is a unique experience with new car dealers.We drove 2 hrs to this dealer and was hesitant I would really get what was quoted. I would have driven twice that far after such a wonderful car buying experience!I can not say enough good things about this company and people.

I went to J.C Lewis to see the vehicle I wanted in person and to give it a test drive. I was thinking about driving to Florida to get a vehicle because the type of Mazda I wanted kept being sold out. I came in and was greeted by my awesome Saleswoman Zabet! I told her I had a specific vehicle and trim in mind which was the Mazda CX30 Preferred. I was excited and between colors that I wanted which were Metallic Machine Grey and Crystal Blue. After seeing the colors, Grey was my favorite 😍!!! Zabet and I went on a test drive and she showed me how to work all the features and this made me want the Mazda even more because it was giving me so much luxury for a nice price. From there we went back to the office and discussed numbers. I told her I wanted Metallic Grey but if they couldn’t find it then the Blue. She contacted Scott and he came over so we could all talk about my preferences. Zabet told me Scott was good at finding vehicles but I thought it would take 2 weeks to a month. But no, within a week, the exact vehicle I wanted was found. From there I had to wait for it to be shipped. When it finally arrived, I was beyond excited! My beautiful new baby looked better than I could have imagined. This whole experience was wonderful and easy going. I was nervous to buy my first vehicle alone because some car dealers are tricky, but this was such an easy laid back experience! The best I can do is get sales to immediately answer but, when they transfer me it just goes back to ringing and then a voicemail. So, I cant really judge your service on anything other than lack thereof since I guess you guys dont want to even talk to me.

Worst service I’ve ever experience!! I made an appointment with this dealership to get the many recalls on my vehicle fixed. The appointment was scheduled through their recall center and I received email confirmation from both the recall center and the dealership. But when I arrived to the service department they claimed to not have any record of my appointment. Did I mention my husband I drove 2 and a half hours for the appointment? Yeah and the guy I was speaking with was extremely rude to me and tried to tell me that the recall center doesn’t make appointments for them but then proceeded to tell me I missed my first appointment even though I never scheduled a previous appointment with this dealership and all correspondence dealing with this matter has been done through the recall center... So? I think he found joy in wasting my time

We bought our CX5 about a month ago and had a great experience with Johnny Payne! He worked with us and really helpful at explaining all the different features. He was quick with all the initial paperwork! 10/10 recommend Mr. Payne. Unfortunately, when we got to thr paperwork aspect of the deal, we have been ripped off twice now. The gentleman who signed all our paperwork has conveniently missed two documents that we were supposed to sign. The first paper was a week after we bought the car and when we went in, he informed us our monthly payment was going to be higher than we initially agreed. He just called again today saying he missed another document regarding the title and the temporary tags expired in less than two weeks! Now we are rushing to finalize these documents so we can get the title. Be careful with what you sign!!!

Jackie (Service) & Daniel (Parts) went out of their way to make the service arrangements & obtain difficult to source parts for my 31 year old Miata. Service was delivered 2 days later. On that day of service, Service Advisor Steven Scarano was superb. I will add, Daniel & Steven were totally upfront about prices & costs. If I were a local resident, JC Lewis Mazda would be my service shop. Great job!

I was very pleased with the customer service and buying experience at this dealership. The employees went out of their way to secure the vehicle I wanted even though they did not have it in-stock initially. Pricing was fair. Ask for Zabet she was great.

Called about brakes. Randy in parts didn’t seem to be very interested in helping. He was short and not very friendly. When my wife went by to grab the parts, she let them know that she was there for the brake pads and all he did was point at them. She asked if I had mentioned ordering the rotors and all she got was a “nope.” And then he went back to doing whatever he was doing. I’m not saying that we were mistreated, but definitely not worthy of 5 stars.

When I began looking for a new 6 months ago, I knew I found the right place at JC Lewis.
