A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been looking for this IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND yet CRITICAL part for my car for YEARS. Finally I gave this place a try. Daniel Troup went OUT OF HIS WAY to correspond with me eventually locating the right part! I AM SO GRATEFUL! I will say... shipping cost was a little high however... realize this is just because... shipping rates have went up exponentially in recent years- No fault of theirs. Highly recommend if you need ANY parts for your Mitsubishi!

Great service and quick response to enquiries. Parts are shipped quickly and are reasonably priced. We have a right hand drive Mitsubishi imported from Japan. If genuine Mitsubishi parts are available in the USA then Savannah Mitsubishi parts department will find them.

William in the parts department was very help full I had order 2 door lock actuators for my Mitsubishi Eclipse they arrived two days early . Which wasgreat, but it seam to me that one was wrong it didnt look the same so I called Williams up and told him my problem so he said send back the part and when I get it I will send you the right one so I got a email one week later saying it has ship it arrived on Friday .I open it up and it was the same part I just sent back I was pissed I called William up and said this is the same part I just sent you back, William said different part number, and I said it doesnt have the lock actuator on the bottom like the other one .he told me to give him ten min and he call me back .by now I am really getting pissed but like William said he called back and said he has the warehouse looking into it so he suggested to me take a picture of yours and I will give you my personal phone number and text the picture to him .so OK great by now I thinking this guy Williams is really trying to help so I go out to the car and take door panel off and take door lock actuator and bringing inside to take a picture than I look at it closer and I find out William was correct on the part I had gotten mixed up with the left door lock assembly and I called William and explained I screw up my bad and apologize to him so hard off to the parts department at Savannah Mitsubishi (William) thank you very much signed Brian Matthews

Took them 7 days to ship a 7 dollar bushing. 15 bucks for shipping. 9 days and I still dont have the part. Georgia to Ohio. Called and left a message since the shipping label was created but they sat on it for days. Should of just ordered off ebay. Avoid ordering parts online with these guys.

I ordered a relay for my Mitsubishi, the order was slow to process and I have not received it yet. I was prompted for a review without receiving the product. I did end up buying the relay from another dealer so I will have one for backup now.

Great price on the OEM tail lamp assembly for my 2015 Lancer. Item arrived quickly. Very happy with the item and shipping. I will use them again if I need any other parts.

I never write reviews. But not only was there online store cheaper then other websites for oem items but the shipping was fast and cheap even for large items (might be different for others) I will definitely be back here for ordering anything oem. Great service.

I was amazed as to how quickly I received my part seeing I live in another state.Savannah Mitsubishi had it to me the following week.Thanks for the help and I certainly will have them at the top of my list for future needs.

The parts arrived, but I was very lucky. The box was crushed and torn. The Post Office delivered the destroyed box and its content in a plastic bag. Fortunately everything I ordered was there and the parts were not damaged. Savanna Mitsubishi did not place any packaging material in the box. Without packaging material to support the outer structure of a small box it will collapse during transit. Savanna Mitsubishi needs to improve on how they package their shipments.

Called trying to secure particular part for my Gallant, antique Gallant! Had no A.C. in Tampa, Florida! Terrible customer service, ordered a part, they emailed me and said it was not correct for my vehicle, so i had them change it, that part was not right and the flywheel scraped the plate and ruined it
