I bought my car at one of their locations but they lost a customer today. Yesterday I called a trusted local business and asked about an oil change because I have to go out of town this weekend. I knew it was last minute, but they said if I brought it in first thing they could have it done by closing. That was great but would mean I needed transportation. I called Vaden on the off chance that they might have an appointment. They said “sure! No problem! 3:00, 3:30, 4:00…” I took the first appointment 3:00. It would take an hour or so to service. So I go in for the appointment expecting an hour/hour and a half wait at most. At about 3:15 the technician calls and says. “We won’t be through with your car until at least 6:00. Because we’re backed up.” I explained that this was exactly what I wanted to avoid. Don’t offer quick turn around services if you can’t schedule and provide them. I complained about the problem and was offered 10% if I wanted to reschedule. Thanks, no thanks. I would have been better off going with my first choice of a smaller local business. I have had my service at Vaden before but never again.
Took the brand new truck I bought from them in for its 1st oil change and they dented the side and left the oil filter loose oil leaked out of the engine all over my driveway before I noticed And have not yet fix the Dent. Have been back-and-forth with the service manager and keeps coming up with excuses and saying he will call me and never does. The 2nd time I took it in for my oil change they scheduled it for Saturday and told me they didnt have a lift big enough to rotate my tires. Reminded them again that the dent needs to be fixed and theres other issues with their truck like brakes squeaking and play in the stirring wheel truck doesnt even have 15000 miles on it. They said the manager would call me 1st thing Monday it is now Wednesday have yet to hear from anyone

Bought a 2019 Escalade and also bought the extended warranty as well. I brought the SUV in four plus time for the same issues and all the times i was called to pick up the vechile and nothing was done. Nothing except an oil change and the last time that wasnt even done. EVERY time it came back with the same issues. Dash blacks out was the main issue. Ive been waiting now 5 weeks to get it back in and they keep passing the buck. Ive asked Neil Wilson the GM to contact me but for some reason he advoids me. I thinking they knew they sold me a lemon and now theyare supposed to honor the warranty and wont. Its sad to think you purchase a 2019 escalade with 13,000 miles on it and it doesnt run properly. Is this is the Vaden way ??????Chris E.
RUN!!! The dealership agreed to do some work after the sale. Three weeks and six days later all I get is Sorry My sales person wont even take my calls!I paid $500.00 for a hitch to. Be istalled!!! Took my money and gave me excuse after excuse!!!
I purchased my car February 6, 2021. My family and I couldve died while driving this vehicle.I later found out there was an issue with a bolt in the rear suspension that was loose, which is like walking on a broken leg.I lost control of my suv several times with my children while driving on the home, which was 4 hours away. I was without a car for 4 days. I had to pay out of pocket for a rental and later refunded. They couldnt find my second set of keys. I had horrible experience.I have told them I do not feel safe in this vehicle.I was placed in a downgraded vehicle from the beginning and now they wont make it right by giving the vehicle I wanted from the beginning. Told me to wait until next year they will try give it to me then.I am not sure if they would have preferred my family and I not make it as living beings through this experience and have a lawsuit, or if they are willing to best address this situation.Which includes showing me they are a trustworthy place to do business by giving me the vehicle I have purchased.Please let me know how we can make this right.The reason why I turn in my last suv because they had a UNcertified cadillac specalist saleman sell me a basic vehicle that I was 25,000 upside down in. I gave this company chance after chance to fix this problem.To add to insult they (GM) off me 1,000 dollars accessory credit!!!!!!GM has deleted my facebook and Instagram post and messages!!!!!
Went to trade my car in for a Jeep and Cameron Vaughan worked magic and got me the exact deal I wanted. I would suggest any and everyone that’s purchasing a car to ask for him specifically. Repaired front and rear bumpers. The finished product was well done. Most impressive was Ashley, my representative in the auto body shop. She was knowledgable, responsive, informative, and friendly.
I was scheduled for diagnosis for my vehicle on Monday at 10 am they didn’t even touch my car I called they said that they were going to get to it the next morning never did I got my car towed and a guy who repair roofs not cars fixed the issue I don’t not recommend these guy to anyone they are not actually mechanics.
The service is good. The only issue that I have is when you walk in the building service reps dont speak and have you standing there until you say Hey which person do I go to? Some act like they dont see you,type on the computer with their heads down, either to not make eye contact or that they might be actually working on something. Overall, the service on my car is great.

In short, do not take your vehicle here to get serviced. They had my truck for 8 days. I have called countless times, just to be greeted with a voicemail that Im guessing does not get checked. Initially they told me they would not cover my services under warranty, when I questioned this I find out that they logged my miles incorrectly. If you have a vehicle under the GM umbrella, I recommend going to Critz GMC for warranty work. At least you get updates and a staff that is present there.I did speak with the service manager at Vaden, and he was very professional and helped me get a loaner when his team couldnt. Its a shame that his team isnt on the same level.
Giving one star is to generous I just waited there for 3 hrs and they hadnt touched my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOUR TIME AND GAVE A WEAK APOLOGY. Keep in mind I asked the service rep repeatedly about my vehicle and he lied and lied!
I got a 2018 Chevy Camaro convertible and it leaks they have the car more then me I really just want my money back it crazy the sad thing is that nobody can tell u anything I will never never buy a car from them so it will be a year soon and the still have no answer for me give me my money back

We thought we had a warranty on the car, so my wife brought it here. My wife took the car to get a fan put in. Told them exactly what was needed, since I already had the car diagnosed at work. We found out that our warranty didnt cover the fan. They charged my wife $115 to diagnose the car. They will rip you off to get your money.

Horrible customer service and complete lack of respect for your time. I dropped my Silverado off on last Friday at 9 AM and when I got there they asked if they could keep it overnight in case they had to finish it up on Saturday which I said was okay. When I called Saturday morning, I could not get anybody on the phone in the service department. After several phone calls, I finally got in touch with someone from service and they said that my service advisor was off for the day and my truck was not ready. I picked it up that afternoon with zero work done on it. There is a reason their reviews are God-awful and it is due to their pathetic management and customer service. Save your time and money and go to another dealer.
