Called with weak A/C cooling. Rafael said if I came right over he could fix it while I waited. Tech. estimated it would take 30-45 minutes. It took 45 and I was out the door. Ill be back for more service in the future. Thanks.

Raphael is an excellent mechanic. He gives me discounts at times. His prices are fairly reasonable. However, it also, depends on the problem with your vehicle. I always, take my Lexus ES 350 to him. The Lexus dealership is extremely, to costly. Raphael, always does an excellent job repairing my car. He repairs foreign and domestic vehicles as well. Took my truck there for a starting problem. They ran a check on the electrical system, put a new battery in and I havent had any problems since. This is my repair shop from now on. Great job yall.Also took my van here new front tires, front end alignment, trans. Oil and filter change. Problem with airbag crash sencer solved. Thank yall again Rafael and Josh.

I took my girlfriends car here while on vacation because the check engine light was on. The guy was friendly and said the coolant hose was leaking. He replaced it within a few hours. We drove the car back to our hotel and everything seemed fine, but we noticed the battery mustve been unhooked while they worked on the car. Later, we tried to enter the car and an alarm went off. The car wouldnt start and the alarm kept going off. We ended up getting the car towed to another car shop. We were told the issue was that the negative battery cord wasnt tightened after Rafaels worked on the car. Our car was fixed, but it seems like they should check their work so this doesnt happen to someone else.

Have been a customer for about four years now. They are pros at what they do. Back their work up. Work on many models, foreign and domestic. Their prices are Very Reasonable! Had a problem with my truck four years ago that Savannah Tire had for over a month and could not find my problem. Took it to Rafael, he got in, started it up and moved it about five feet and told me all I needed was a new clutch. He replaced the clutch and no more problems. My husband Dan and I would never think of taking our trucks anywhere but to Rafael. He is honest and knowledgeable.

I took my car in for Air conditioner check/repair after one week the air conditioner was blowing hot air again.I was told it was a leak and it was repaired.I paid almost 200.00 dollars for that job. I took it back I was told I needed a new system etc...the cost would be 500.00 or more dollars.I am back at square one riding in a car with no air . I don’t like always going to the dealership at least their work is guaranteed.It was a waste of my time and money to have gone there.I only chose them because of the ratings ...😔

Worst disregards for A Customer; Made an appointment for a disable car Brakes ; Rafael made me tow the car and the next day call me to tell me that he will not work on it; I have to tow my car somewhere else! shame on You Rafael !!

Outstanding work have had my truck there twice for repairs both times fast service and quality work no complaints. Only thing is a little on the pricey side, but the timelessness of the repair and quality of work makes up for it.

I would highly recommend Rafaels Auto Repair. We are from out of town and our truck broke down two days before Thanksgiving. Went to five name brand stores and was turned away. This business owner helped us out tremendously, and got us back in the road, and very reasonably priced. He could have really took advantage of our situation, but was very honest and saved our vacation. A huge thank you to him, and his crew.

AMSOIL is a knock-off product that copy cats the synthetic elements of other high performance motor oil like Pennzoil and Mobile 1. You can get those oils at half the price and save your money. Youre purchasing the name AMSOIL not the performance. Save your money its not worth it.

Undercharged a price on the phone to get me to come in for an oil change and it won’t even last the amount of miles I was told. They also added in windshield wiper fluid without asking me. I would have said yes regardless because it’s not expensive, but it’s the principle. What if it was an expensive item and they did it without consent. Seemed shady.

I am always treated with the utmost respect every time I go there for service or repairs Rafael and his son act like I am their only customer. Their staff is very polite and respectful to my wife when she goes in. I would recommend them to anyone.

Came here on the faith of God. Im new to the area and didnt know a good mechanic, my A/C went out in my truck and the place i was recommended to go to only worked by appointment and of course i didnt have. Horrible service. Rafael went so far as to say you people after I called him out on his dishonesty. Changed total amount when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle. Informed Rafael he were supposed to get my authorization before changing any parts or doing any additional work that I didnt previously authorized. Thats when he had a temper tandrum, name calling, physically aggressive (stood up and snatched an invoice from my hand) and cursed me.Still unsure if he were referring to disabled military Veterans whove put their lives on the line so he could enjoy baiting and switching honest hard-working people who want an honest days job or you people as in...🤷🏾‍♀️

Was traveling on a family emergency when had car trouble broke down . Rafael stopped and offered me a hand it was a little more then we could fix on the side of the road . got the car towed to his shop and after i explained my situation he went the extra mile to get my car fixed fast not stoping untill it was done. More shops could learn alot from service like this . im eternally grateful and would recommend them to everyone
