This auto repair shop was recommended to me by a friend in the business. The receptionist checked me in soon after arriving. It was quick and easy.After a while, I talked to a very nice guy named Zack. I think he may be the shop manager? He was very knowledgeable and persistent about diagnosing the issue with my SUV.I will pick up my car tomorrow after a fairly minor repair. For now, they are going to replace all of my spark plugs and go from there.I feel like their prices are probably pretty fair. Im sure much cheaper than going to the Jeep dealership.The only reason Im giving them a four is because time management could be a little better. This was a very busy garage though. Otherwise, I feel confident that they will repair my vehicle and all will be ok.I recommend calling to schedule a repair first. I had to wait a week because they were really busy.

Our needed an alternator replacement unexpectedly while on our way to Tennessee from South Florida. Even though they were busy they squeezed us in and got us back on the road in just a few hours. Great hospitality & professional service. Highly recommend.

Was told by dealership that my brakes needed to be done. Went to Mall Auto for brakes and a oil change. Received it a call a while later and was told to brakes were not needed. Only oil change and tire rotation. I am so thankful that they were honest and did not see a female customer with $$stupid$$ written on forehead. Will be using Mall Auto for all my car needs and will refer family and friends. Great service!Edit:Used Mall Auto again today and they ROCK!

I used to get oil changes at Savannah Tire, but every time I would take it there, another problem would occur. I’ve never had that type of issue here. They always tell you what’s wrong and tell you around how much it will be from the start. Only con is they’re always booked so you have to make an appointment up to a week in advance. Other than that, great repair shop.

Best mechanics is Savannah. I have been bringing my car here for 12 years and have always been taken care of. I knew I wouldnt go elsewhere when they saved me hundreds of dollars by being honest with me after another mechanic was trying to say things were wrong with my car when they werent.

An amazing experience. The front desk person quoted me a very competitive price for some brake work... BUT IT GETS BETTER. The manager called me to inform me the work I had requested to be done didnt need to be done at all, that all the components I had been told needed to be replaced all had half life or better on them. Saved me about $600 dollars worth of work when they could have EFFORTLESSLY taken advantage of me based on my misinformation. Paid for belt replacement belt slipped and made terrible noise after that made appointment for 8 n the morning told me b first so wouldnt have to wait called to verify appointment told me I complained to much said need to go somewhere else after spending thousands there dont bring car back if job done wrong a drunk will call and b rude word is no good

Mall Auto is the only place that my family and I take our cars. Even when I lived in Statesboro if my car had an issue I would bring it to Mall Auto for them to look at, if it was able to drive. They are extremely trustworthy and will fix what needs fixing, and they always do it at the best price that they are able to give. On top of all of that, they also get the job done extremely quickly. If youre looking for a place to get your car fixed, I would highly recommend Mall Auto.

Mall Auto is top notch. I have been asking mall auto to repair my truck over the years and they really are a stand up shop. From minor typical maintenance like oil changes and radiator flushes, to servicing my timing belt, water pump, radiator, etc... Mall Auto is two things that is seemingly hard to find in a mechanic shop - reasonable and honest. They’re prices are reasonable and their opinions and motives are honest. Will never use another shop. Try giving them your business, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

They did a shotty job on my vehicle. Paid for new tires and got used. The receptionist was incredibly rude and she even argued with me about it when I called it out because I use to work at a tire shop myself and i know what used tired look like. I do not recommend this place to my worse enemy. The lady at the desk needs to be fired like yesterday.

Lets admit it, when a car breaks apart it is not going to be cheap. Nowhere. But, this place gets five stars because their price is down on Earth.Also, they are very trustworthy and straight to the point and they dont ruin 10 things so they can fix the 1 that it needs to be fixed.Excellent service, very polite, they explain everything to you and strongly suggest everyone to take your cars there.

This place is by far one of the fairest and most trustworthy places in Savannah. I have been to other mechanics in town but Mall Auto has always been honest with what’s wrong with my vehicle and does not try to sell me on repairs I do not need to make a profit.

What a bunch of people! Wow! I went in and as soon as I walked in they took care of me. I explained what I need done and they informed me to wait for like 10 minutes and took my keys. I saw them looking at it. They fixed everything and gave me my key back in 10 minutes. From the time I went in till the time I left, they took really good care of me. The place is clean, the people are good and nice and its an amazing vibe! I will definitely go there again for the OUTSTANDING service! wow.

Hands down the best auto repair store in Savannah. Zach is following his dad in performing quality work at a fair price. Rest assured you will not pay for an un-needed repair. I was told by a Honda dealers maintenance that a $860 repair was needed for my car. Mall Auto quoted a price at a quarter of the price. After inspecting the car Zach said the repair wasn’t needed yet!Zach and his staff are friendly, courteous and professional. If you’re not getting your car serviced at Mall Auto you’re not getting it serviced by the best Savannah has to offer.

Ive been here a few times, thank goodness, but when I have had to go, its been the best experience possible. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable about whats going on and why, and he can explain it in a way that someone whos completely auto-ignorant can understand. This is not a stop in and wait kind of shop, and Im okay with that. Im comfortable knowing that these guys know what theyre doing and arent going to charge me an arm and a leg to make my van right.

Zach and his crew are the best. The mechanics arent on commission so there isnt any motive to do or suggest repairs that arent required. I have used Mall Auto for many years. I started taking two new Toyotas to them after their first trip to the dealership for oil changes under warranty. Dealership are always trying to sell or suggest unneeded repairs. No less than three times, at Mall Auto have i taken my vehicles in for scheduled oil changed and was told it was not necessary at this time. Because of the trust that has been established over the years, if Zach were to say I needed some repair it wouldnt be questioned. Honesty with a fair price, in this business is a rare breed.

Paid $900 for a brand new AC compressor kit and full AC system redone a year and a half ago. It just stopped working. They only give a one year warranty. Be careful on any work you have done here, most places have more than a year warranty.
