Will NEVER be back to this dishonest dealership and will ensure our business of over 50 trucks never uses this location. After being charged $200 for an OIL CHANGE on an F-150 - that’s right - $160 in LABOR for a 5 minute oil change after having an appointment and then waiting 2 hours. After questioning, we were told a manager was not available and they wouldn’t give us the keys to the truck until we paid. Zero stars. Terrible customer service and a total rip off.
Amazing staff. Super helpful and caring. Came in after 7 hours of searching for a place to help with a flat tire. They had everything needed to assist and didnt take more than an hour to fix. Saved me a lot of time and money.
I work for Prime inc had multiple tractor issues and the team here did an excellent job on getting me up and working again. especially (Sierra) from start to finish explaining to me what had to be done every step of way. Also i want to add that the tech Clayton professionalism and expertise great job. When my ride need fixin im returning here. Thanks for a job well done!
Best parts in town!! If you need something we ordered for you!!!🤭🤭🤭
This shop provides service and parts as well, which is convenient. They work on larger/heavy duty trucks and also mid size (F250/350 series) diesels. They seem to always be busy but do have a lot of techs on hand. Ive used them for F350 work, from routine maintenance to even engine swaps. Probably not the least expensive, but were reasonable for work I needed.
The best in town!!! Sorry Vanguard
Was told parts were under warranty when they finished the work they then said nothing was covered, the estimate they gave was almost tripled when I went to pick it up. To top it off I still have problems with the truck.
They took my f-450 in first thing in the morning and found the problem right off the bat. Very grateful to the guys at Roberts Ford trucks
By far and away the best parts joint in Savannah. They will have your parts as soon as humanly possible and it will be right. Josh is the man. I look forward to my trucks breaking down because that means I get to do now business with this crew.
When we called about an appointment to have a Check Engine alert light and sluggish starting on our motorhome checked out, we were told that they were very busy and the diagnosis might take the better part of a day and any repairs would be deferred for another day or two. HOWEVER, when we arrived yesterday morning, Adam greeted us and immediately put one of his best techs, Kerry, on our case. Kerry spent a great deal of time checking and double checking to be sure he had isolated the Check Engine problem, which turned out to be a defective O2 Sensor. Meanwhile Adam continued to check in and apologized for any delays. The starting problem boiled down to an older chassis battery. Both replacements took less that 15 minutes to complete and we were headed back on the road in just a shade over four hours. I cant say enough good thinks about Adam and Kerry. Throughout the diagnosis process, they kept me informed and explained what tests were being run and the results of each. Roberts is fortunate to have Adam and Kerry as represetatives of their company!
We traveling in our RV when the check engine light came on. Jayco steered us to Roberts Ford Trucks and we couldn’t have asked for more!! All the guys were helpful and very kind to the stranded travelers!! Highly recommend!!!
My 2008 F-250 was giving me issues traveling from Virginia to Florida. I stopped at Roberts Ford and got help from Dennis. He plug my truck into the computer, found the issues, reset the system and got me back on the road. They didnt charge me anything! Dennis helped someone in need and didnt think twice about it. I wish the Ford dealerships in Virginia were as nice as this one.
My Motorhome had a transmission failure on my way back from a vacation in Florida. I was stuck 800 miles from home and i was not acquainted with any one in Beautiful Savannah Georgia where i broke down. I called Adam Chambers who made it very clear that if i can wait a few weeks he would accept my vehicle for diagnosis and if possible repair or replacement. Adam has been very professional and helpful at the same time. He did everything as discussed and got my vehicle up and running and i was able to drive my vehicle home and my replacement transmission works as it should. To everyone out there: I pray that you dont break down the way i did, but if you do break down anywhere in Savannah Georgia, Call Roberts Truck Center and ask to speak to Adam Chambers. Make all your arrangements with him and leave it to him. He will do the right thing for both his Company and for you. In most cases that is impossible but Adam seems to be able to do that easily. God bless you Adam and all your co workers. Men like you are the reason companies succeed.
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Those labor prices tho.... 👀
They busy but still got 2 trucks repaired for us in 3 days. Good thing cuz we needed them to get home to Knoxville TN. They worked with us on a couple things. Kudos Roberts Trucks. Good work guys.
Just wanted to say that Richard at Roberts ford - body shop did a wonderful job drove all the way back to Michigan no issues great job guys I will definitely be doing business if I’m in the Georgia area highly recommended very reasonable and honest service thank you
WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. CALLED SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO GET WORK DONE ON MY F-750. I WAS TOLD TO BRING IN AND THAT MY TRUCK WOULD BE REPAIRED IN 3 TO 5 DAYS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK I CHECKED ON STATUS AND MY TRUCK HADNT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. 2ND WEEK WAS TOLD TRANSMISSION WAS ORDERED AND TRUCK WOULD BE REPAIRED. CHECKED BACK IN 3RD WEEK STILL NOTHING WAS DONE. DURING THIS WHOLE TIME I NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A CALL OR STATUS UPDATE ON MY TRUCK. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
My truck is currently in the shop at Roberts Ford Trucks and I have had the worst experience ever so far! It has been there since Christmas and is still not repaired. We were told it needs a new rear end so we gave them the go to order one and here it is over 2 weeks later and its still not repaired. We were originally told that the reason it was taking so long for the part was because it was a new part and had to be assembled first before they could ship it. I have called myself numerous times for updates and was always told they had no answer yet and couldnt tell me when it would be in. I offered to make calls for them to get an answer but no one would give me any information. I finally hear back from the repair shop yesterday (without me having to call them) which is rare and they say the part will be in that day. I am relieved that our truck will finally be fixed and back on the road. It being down for so long has really hurt our finances. It is our only means of income so we have been dealing with hard times because of this lengthy downtime. Today I call for an update because I havent heard anything back and am told that the wrong part was ordered. I was is tears at this news. I honestly dont know how my family will survive any more down time. We have already missed payment deadlines and have had to sell everything we could to scrape up enough money to get by and pay for the repairs. I immediately jump in my car and drive down there because my nerves couldnt take anymore half answers. My stomach was in knots. Oh did I forget to mention that Im also 6 months pregnant so this stress is not good for my unborn baby. When I get there the parts manager was very nice and apologized for the mistake but apparently he was given the wrong part number by a mechanic and ordered the wrong part. He assured me that my new part would be there the following day. Now I am even more upset than ever because now I realize that if they had done their job correct from the beginning that my truck would have been up and running the following day. Their problem may have not affected them but it has hurt us enormously. We have lost easily over 10,000 dollars due to their mistake. Now Im sure they are still going to want the money for repairing our truck which is going to cost $4200, but who is going to pay us? I have supporting documents that I can show proving we have lost this amount of money. Honestly they should just repair our truck at this point for no cost. We have already paid dearly due to their mistake. All of our bills are due now, and without our truck running I dont know how we are going to get by. We are a hard working family and this truck is what supports us. Im a mother of 3 with another one on the way and my stress level has been out of control, I have been physically sick due to all of this. The lack of communication has been overwhelming and now we are still waiting. I hope the owner makes this situation right.
So, my truck had the Check Engine warning light come on. I looked online for a Ford service center, Roberts Truck Center was around the corner from my work. Great! My truck was also sitting at just shy of 60,000 miles, I thought to myself I can accomplish both the Service and get my check engine light code read. I drop the truck off at 830 am and tell Steve, the mechanic, what exactly I want, check the reason for the fault and perform the 60,000 mile service. When I get the call to pick my truck up at 430 pm, I pay my $190 for everything and call it a good. I pull out of the lot and start down the road only to have my check engine light go on again! When I bring the truck back about it, I get charged another $114 to clean debris out of my fuel fill cap! I get told, thats how it is and Im out more money. Service was terrible, the truck yard looks like a junk yard of half destroyed trucks and cars. Ill never come back here nor recommend this place to my friends!
While it did take almost 2 weeks for them to even LOOK at the vehicle I have to say that the outcome is what I care about the most. Performance wise my vehicle runs great and although the price is a little on the high side for my taste, I am pleased.A shout out to Adam Chambers. Before I went to drive my vehicle away I had a warning light for a specific setting on the electronic chip for my truck. Adam stopped what he was doing and immediately came out to work on it. Thanks to his familiarity with his computer troubleshooting skills, he was able to fix the problem in 10 minutes. Its the little things that matter the most. Thanks Adam.
Adam was great, he has been extremely helpful with my truck. I will recommend this company full out.
Great company to work with. doing business for 20 + years. no surprises no tricks just good straight business. highly recommend.
John is absolutely there to help and very professional . I feel confident in recommending anyone here .
John is a excellent salesman he did everthing as promised. Very helpful parts department. I will do business with Roberts again.
Best prices and cool people see adam for your needs
Great place for all your medium to heavy duty trucks. Large inventory of parts for your diesel engine trucks. Mechanics on hand as well
Junk. Trash. Didnt know if it was the problem with my sensor or engine.
I went to Roberts today in a real bind. I had had the emergency exit on my bus whacked out of alignment and really needed it fixed. Bryan in the service department came out to have a look, and then grabbed some tools and fixed it himself. What a relief. A million thanks to Bryan and to everyone at Roberts for getting me back on the road.
Great job to Adam and his crew for a great job, didnt have an appointment for oil/ fuel filter change. He got me checked in, and got started right away.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great place to buy a truck, its a big family place, pet friendly
Bought a drag link for my 07 Volvo VNL670 here. They had it in stock, and cheaper than any other place around. Ive bought other things from them before with mediocre results. Overall though, I have no complaints.
Very friendly and honest people. Very helpful.
This is not an honorable business. We paid $3,000 to have our truck serviced and checked for oil leak, and I was told most of the cost was labor due to diagnostics to find the oil leak my military mechanic said was there. When we picked up truck, I was told to my face they checked everywhere but there was NO leak. Month later, truck is leaking oil. Called back, the guy said they couldnt FIND the source of the leak...so does that then imply I paid $3,000 for them to service my truck and they gave it back to me with an active oil leak? Because I dont know any other way to take that statement...I rechecked the invoice, and all that was written about the oil was that they changed it and replaced filter, so because I signed it I cant really contest the issue because the oil issue was not addressed on the invoice.... something I think was done on purpose (purposefully negligent). My husband came home from Afghanistan to see this truck for the first time and right before he has to go back, it has a problem. I was lied to, plain and simple.
