Came in with a nail in one of our tires and they took care of us. They were pretty busy so we left our car and took a rideshare to spend some time by the riverfront for a while. The phoned us when the car was ready for pickup. Friendly staff...would recommend this shop to others.

Did a decent job, paid 160 bucks for a mount and balance which was insane. Had to cut off 2 lugs and didnt even replace them so i was on 5 out of 6 lug nuts. Scratched my wheels. Guy at the desk was rude. All in all go to a different shop. Guy had no personality what so ever.

Always have had excellent service from this company for many yrs highly recommend them, they dont try and upsell you on tires or services once they recommend a better set of tires that was about 100 less for the set, instead of a specific brand I was asking for, that is and has always been appreciated, I hate companies that try to upsell products or services they know you dont need .rutland never has done that

I took my car there at 11 to get a patch. They called me 5 mins before closing told me that they couldn’t repair it and didn’t have a tire there. Then charged me for literally not fixing ANYTHING

I was able to get new tires installed on short notice, and was happy with the service. I highly recommend Rutland Tire due to competitive pricing and a quick turnaround. The service attendant was very helpful both on the phone and when I came in. I also like supporting an independently owned business.

5 stars just isnt enough to say how great they are. The staff is friendly, fair, and honest. They dont try and nickle and dime you to death like most shops. Very honest and helpful. I bring all 4 of my vehicles to them and always rave about them to others. If youre looking for a mechanic shop this is the place.

We have been going to Rutlands for at least 35 years and have always depended on there service to keep our companys vehicles it great shape.Oil changes,tires, front end, and just about anything that needs to be done. We have always found them to be honest which is rare in the auto repair business.

Had a close family member to my wife set up our tire appointment. Was blown away at how amazing the service was and how amazing my car handles now. Never heard of this place until my wife family member introduced me to them. Will be returning again highly recommend.

This place is a good place to get work done on your car. They are friendly, helpful, lets you know what is happening with your vehicle. Very knowledgeable. They get you in and out in a timely manner. [I have had a really bad experience with this place. The last time I got the oil changed, they told me that the water pump was leaking. They wanted to charge 142.00 for the water pump and 175.00 for labor. I got the water pump for 111.00 less than what they wanted. I called them to see what they would charge for installing it. The man I talked to sounded like he got mad at me because I had gotten my own water pump. He then told me it would be 275.00). I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Got my battery replaced here first thing on a Monday morning. They were courteous and knowledgeable both on the phone and in shop, and the repair/replacement was done very quickly and at a more than fair price. Just a well-run shop that I will be coming back to if I need work done in the future.

They just helped me out at like 430p and I know they were closing and tired but they took a few extra minutes to answer a question i had about an oil filter on my car. I take my truck here also and my husband and I are pleased.

I thought this place was horrible and made me wait till 2 pm and we brought it at 7:30 in the morning, he didn’t even fix the wheel just told us to buy a new wheel. He was very rude and terrible service

Went in for a simple oil change at 930. Told me it would be a couple hrs. They call me at 100, to attempt an upsell on wiper blades, and air filter. Havent even started. Took them till well after 2 to finish it. It be different if they communicated better.

I had a leveling kit put on my f150, they did a great jobThe truck rides as good as is it did before the lift and looks great

Great service they did the best I could to align my tires in the front but my wheels are bent the steering wheel does not shake near as much as it used to

I get my oil changes and tire repairs/replacements done here, and drive all the way over from Hilton Head/Bluffton area. I appreciate supporting a locally owned business and more so than that I like that they are very honest in helping me decide what my car DOES and DOES NOT need, I feel like a lot of places try to add on filters, and all kinds of things to up your end price. Rutland does not do this they are very up front and great at explaining all the ins and outs of what kind of service you are getting.

I got a great set of tires here last summer. The lady at the desk was helpful and answered all my questions and I left happy and have been driving fine ever since then. However, I dont know what happened between then and now.... I tried to support the local mom and pop shop but ever since then the mechanics and desk worker (not the same lady) have actually refused to take my car twice.First time, came in for oil change, mechanic put it up and took it down immedately saying the oil cap was stripped on the pan and he didnt want to check it out further? So they filled it back up with oil (which I was charged) and I took it to Sav Tire, they checked it out and got me under the car showing me that the cap was snug and in place. No prob. I can understand the guy not wanting me to be upset with something he didnt do. I get that, but there wasnt anything actually wrong with the cap or pan. Hmmm....So a few months later, second try; I came in at 430 after work and they said they didnt have time for an oil change in case something went wrong even though they close at 5. I explained the oil cap situation to them and that it was fine but I was still refused... so I took my business back to Sav Tire. Didnt really want too but at least I was treated like a customer instead of a headache or obligation. Also the oil change took 15mins with no problems.Thanks for the tires is all I can say. These guys have a great deal on tires but thats all Id really use them for at this point.

The lady at the front desk could not give me any answers to my questions and when I finally decided to go ahead and proceed with the service they told me that my parts would be overnighted and they would call me when it arrives.. havent gotten that call yet and they wont answer the phones. Smh, horrible experience.
