Kindest people ever. My car front breaks came off and they serviced my car right away because I told them I was just driving through savanah from Charlotte. They treated us with so much respect and made sure my car was safe to drive. God bless you all. I will never forget your kindness.

When calling to see if they could do an alignment for my husbands truck due to certain requirements it has Zack was helpful and set me up an appointment and when I left the truck before they opened Joe called me per my request they call before starting work and gave me an estimated time for completion and it was ready right about that time. Very professional and friendly. I will be doing business with them again and I will recommend them highly!!

Talk about a place you can trust. As a woman, I have gone to some other local shops around Savannah and really felt like I was taken advantage of but not here. Everyone at SOS is so caring and knowledgable. They are sure to explain every single thing my vehicle needs and they always call if something unexpected happens or something needs to be added. I never feel unsure of what is going on with my car. Im sad it took me four years in Savannah to find them! I will never take my car anywhere else to get serviced - and it needs a lot since its a 2007 vehicle!

I had breaks done on my truck, afterwards I noticed damage to my rims from outside from tech removing lug nuts, also a nice size scratch on inside which I can only assume is from tire machine when checking tire. They did send rim out for repair which took about 3 weeks (was told 3 to 4 days, a week tops). Finally got rim back after having to call daily to find out status, and the rim still has marks on inside ( repair guy said it probably happened in transit, as it was in back of his pickup on some floor jacks) 3 of SOS techs stood there while I was asking repair guy about it and said nothing even after I said thank you as I was still not satisfied. I will never bring a vehicle to them in future.

Great visit to SOS Tire Service today-it was my first, but certainly not my last! I had a rear/inner tire on my wifes food truck leaking down. Jose jumped right on it when I got there, and found the valve stem tire pressure sensor to be the culprit. He put the two tires back on, and said there would not be a charge, because he didnt do anything! He found my problem and resolved it and didnt charge me! What a great American business! Just like the old days...

Our 31 foot P30 based Winnebago broke on exit 35 N of I95 on Memorial Day Weekend. Getting towed was a nightmare and finding a shop that would take in over the weekend was even worse. I wasn’t alone, my diabetic wife and our two dogs were riding with me from FL to PA. After 36 hours of hell, we were directed to SOS in Savanah, 1 hr in the opposite direction from our destination. But it was well worth it. Although they were closing for the weekend and we arrived shortybefore closing time, they took us in, provided water for our furry friends and allowed us to stay in the RV and get a few hours of sleep before heading home in our rental. They fixed our RV, were very accommodating of our needs and schedule to pick it back up and prices were very reasonable. A special Kudos to Mike Bennett, the truck shop service advisor who not only ensured my vehicle was ready and accessible to me after hours, but also called me on Tuesday to make sure we made it home alright. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone with service needs in the Savannah, GA area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While I was traveling alone through Savannah, I ran over something and my tire was quickly losing air. I pulled into SOS in such a pinch, was super stressed, and had JUST bought all new tires not even a month ago so very sad lol and Joe really took care of me. My Sprinter Diesel delivery van recently broke down in savannah and upon a recommendation had it towed to SOS. The service in the medium duty repair shop was outstanding. Knowing I was from out of town I expected to get price gouged however not only was my repair dealt with in a timely manner they repaired only what was necessary and didnt over charge me. I was very happy with the repair done and overall experience. (Hopefully I wont be broke down in the area again, but if I ever was... these guys would have my business)

Went in with a bad tire while on vacation. These guys were amazing. Got me in first thing in the morning (before official opening time) diagnosed and replaced the tire. Didn’t push for any more than was necessary for me to get on my way. One difficulty while traveling is not knowing the reputable places to go if you have an issue. I would absolutely recommend SOS Tire & Service!

So much for the saying first come first serve got there with in 5 minutes of talking to a representative on the phone and got the runaround 🤷‍♂️ one of the other guys was more worried about trying to sell me a new tire and tube for my piece of equipment instead of fixing what I brought them

I’ve spent at least a couple of thousand dollars at this shop on multiple Honda Pilots. I spent over $500 on poor quality breaks that were warped at about 2000 miles after install. Unfortunately, I was on a trip to the West Coast and couldn’t turn around for warranty replacement. I called the shop first day back and was told I warped the rotors going through Tennessee’s little mountains. All I asked for even on install was a quality rotor. I absolutely got an inferior rotor install and ultimately lost $350.

We had some car trouble while traveling through the area and stumbled upon SOS Tire & Auto. They werent able to inspect our van since it was closing time. Thankfully, we have family in the area we could stay with. The next day, SOS promptly looked into the issues we were having. Even though they werent able to get our van to reproduce the issue and thus were unable to pinpoint the solution, we were extremely satisfied with the prompt and friendly service we received. And to top it off, their response when I asked what the charge was for the inspection? No charge, and we hope you have a safe trip home. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be repeat customers. Thanks to Joe and SOS Tire & Auto for the fantastic service!

This shop exceeded my expectations! My air compressor was shot and Mike got me in as soon as he could and went above and beyond to make sure my time there was as good as it could be. The price was very fair, actually below what I thought it would be. Even got a tasty home made spaghetti lunch!

These guys are just the best. My first time here (about a year ago), I needed a tire patched on my old hand-me-down car, and I didnt realize at the time that there were security bolts on my tires that I didnt have the key for. They called me up, mostly concerned that I would end up stranded and unable to put on my spare. When I gave them the OK, they broke off the bolts for me and replaced them. When I came in to pick up the car, they had removed the security bolts and patched my tire, and they didnt charge me a dime. Needless to say, these guys are very kind and trustworthy, and theyre where I take my car now whenever I need a tire patch or an oil change.

Great folks and knowledgeable about cars and trucks. Use them all the time for all sorts of repairs.They recently started working on medium level trucks, like Diesel F-250/350 and that had been a life saver. I get my F350 serviced regularly and always needed a dependable and knowledgeable shop to do it. With their new crew I was able to get a few reliability improvements done and am very happy with the results.

They do a good job with tires and brakes, but I will never take my semi back to them for repair. They kept my truck a week. I spent $1700 on repairs and after I picked it up, not even 20 miles later, same issue. Evidently, they didnt test drive it very far.

They are awesome! Friendly, honest, knowledgeable; they do good work at a fair price. They were able to complete all repairs within a day. Would definitely recommend to others.

Every time I have something messed up with my car, I always come here. Had to get a tire replaced. The wait wasnt even that long plus theyve got a snack machine and a cool waiting room, but my tire is perfect. I will be returning.

Good safe truck repair. They fix other mechanics problems that you may have let/try to fix on your big truck. In this area they are the go to guys or they can come to you, but only if you want it fix correctly.

Work truck has been sent off to have the actual fixed 3 time. It did not get fixed until we sent it here. They will be getting every truck I need fixed.

Horrible customer service charged me for new brake pads that I didnt need and should have been replaced under warranty. Use to be very reliable and trustworthy when Sam ran counter but no more. WILL NOT GO BACK AFTER MY SO CALLED WARRANTY EXPIRES ON BRAKES.
