My daughter tried to charge her dead battery and caused further damage to her car. Savannah Autoworx had been recommended to me, so I had her car towed there. I live in Atlanta and my daughter attends college in Savannah, I was flying blind. I can’t say enough great things about the staff! They even offered to show my daughter how to correctly charge a dead battery. They worked diligently to find the part needed, knowing my daughter needed her car during mid-terms. I feel so grateful knowing I have a repair shop I can trust for my daughter while she is in college.

I was in town on a work trip and ran over something that tore up my skid plate. It was scraping on the road as I drove, making a very loud noise. I attempted to repair myself but to no avail. I googled Auto Repair and this was the closest location to me, and turned out to be the RIGHT location. I did not catch the gentlemans name but he stopped what he was doing and removed my skid plate. Thanks to this gentleman a dreaded situation was made much easier than imagined and I cannot thank him enough. If you live in this area, this should be your go to repair shop - hands down!

We wont take our F150 or out Toyota anywhere else. George and his crew including his awesome office lady,are great. They know what they are doing. Great people to know. We recommend them to everyone we know.

I dropped one of my cars off for service on a Thursday and was told it would be ready the following Tuesday. They were done the next day! Im super impressed. They didnt start by promising the moon and not delivering. They gave realistic expectations in the beginning and them exceeded them. Im proud of them. They have done wonders for renewing my faith in humanity.

These guys are the only people in Savannah I would trust with my Tundra, they were able to identify and resolve an issue I brought to Chatham Parkway Toyota 5 times (and $4000 in repairs later) within the first visit and did it for a very good price. Highly recommended if you have a Toyota and dont feel like getting swindled by a dealership.
