So my mother little SUV got totaled and I wanted to do what ever I could to get her into a new car. We have been through so much in life, she’s in her 60’s, not in the best of health. By far the least stressful and easiest experience I have ever had with a dealership. Purchased my car and had it delivered to me without even having to go to the dealership! Came to me exactly as described and didnt charge me a dime for the 250 mile delivery drive. Everyone from my salesman, to the wonderful financing lady (Robin I believe?), and the two gentlemen that delivered my car was great. They charged me 500 dollars for a positive battery cable 4 inch long cable that costs 27 dollars and they did not solve the problem my car keeps failing I took it with an autoelectric and it took 5 minutes to find the problem was the fuse relay box. They charged me 150 in total with parts. Ford took a week to do nothing. I thought they were professionals.

They kept switching through cars we were trying to look at, as soon as we (me and my partner) decided on a car it would somehow be switched and we can no longer get the car. Then we found one we liked signed paperwork and everything then the next day were told something went wrong or someone made a mistake and we could no longer get that car had to wait the entire day (unpaid called out from work) for them to figure something else out. Finally settled on one and they didnt even clean the seats they just sprayed something black on it to appear clean,and gave us a car with one of the back tail lights are out when we brought this to their attention they acted like they couldnt see what the issue was eventhough we had day and night evidence. Pretty much after we got the car they didnt want anything else to do with it. The smiles and jokes went right out the window.
