We were frantic and needed to get a storage unit rented fast. We arrived at the CubeSmart a few minutes before the office closed. General Manager Kayla King met us with a warm, kind heart and cheerfully completed the necessary steps to get us our unit. She went above and beyond, including staying late on a Friday night to ensure we were satisfied. Excellent customer service at its best.

They get you in with a competitive $ rate, but once moved in, it will not stay at that $ rate. I have had three price increases in less that 2 years. My last increase went up $26.00 Im out of there . my 10x10 started at 127.00 and now there asking 199.00.

The facility is clean. It is easy to access and well outfitted with carts to assist loading. The manager, Kayla King was wonderful and very helpful. She is a true professional and very nice.

Just moved to Savannah about 6 months ago starting new and couldn’t fit all of my things into my very small place. But I knew it’d be temporary so whatever. Came here (very stressed) and Ms Kayla must’ve knew the look on my face, because she got me right and quickly... Needless to say I moved into my new and larger place 2 weeks ago and that was also with help from Ms Kayla pointing me in the right direction. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find but good people are even harder and here they have both!Thanks!

They could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I had to rent a unit at the last minute. It had to be large and climate-controlled. I was pleasantly surprised to find the unit clean and well-maintained. The on-site manager was friendly and knowledgeable. I say all this because I do have a storage unit at a different facility and this is definitely a step above that. Im also paying more for a 10 x 10 unit there than the 9 x 20 unit at CubeSmart!

What a first class place and experience. The best part of the experience was Kayla. She is a gem! She took the time to explain everything and to give us a full tour. The building and the units are clean and obviously well maintained. If you need extra storage space definitely rent here.

This place is awful. They damaged a very expensive leather chair of mine - they said rats got into my unit - and ducked five calls of mine to reimburse me for it. I intend to take them to small claims court if this is not resolved.

From the moment we walked in the front door, the staff was accommodating, very helpful and explained everything.They showed us a unit, we signed up right away. The day we moved in they offered us water and checked on us several times. Awesome staff, clean spacious units ready to go.

Customer service and the manner in which an employee speaks to me both in person and on the phone speaks volumes to me. In search of a storage unit, I called CubeSmart for some rates. Not only were the rates reasonable but (and I made sure I asked and remembered her name) Kayla was very polite, informative, and delivered the best attitude I have experienced in customer service in awhile! Kayla was amazing. Easy to set up account and secure storage space that worked best for us. Many options available but it is filling fast.One suggestion I could make is that when doors, either front or back, are left open by employee to facilitate an easier load or unload of a unit that it be required of the client to inform the employee in front office that they have finished and that the door can be closed.Back door was open on our “tour” and facility was hot & humid.Could cut down on energy usage as well, it being a climate controlled storage facility that we pay more for.Thank you.

Phadra was an absolute pleasure to work with and I have been pleased overall with the options available at Cube Smart. Flat beds and hand trucks are provided which has made moving on my own very manageable. Unit is a great price for climate controlled storage. I am thankful I kept looking around Savannah until I found the right thing. Cube Smart is definitely it!!

The ladies in the office are great and the customer service line is very helpful also. The building is neat and clean and well lit. One thing I was disappointed with is, I was told there would be dolly access but they were locked in the office, even though the building is open until 10pm. Luckly, someone was able to bring me a cart from home.
