Incredible experience. Found this place after reading great reviews of Bumper Doc in north Tempe, which this operation apparently merged with or otherwise assumed control. Brought my small self inflicted ding on the rear bumper of My Forever Car for evaluation. Price was a welcome surprise as a self paying customer rather than going through insurance. Brought the car in and in 36 hours I thought the bumper was fixed. Looked great from overhead... But squinting my eyes I saw a dimple still visible in the bumper from the side. Without a breath or blink of an eye the estimator avowed they would make it right without additional charge. When I had a chance to drop the car back off, they did exactly that, with service with a smile! Making good on a misfire is the highest testament to good customer service and quality workmanship. Bumper looks like new! Incredible for the price. I will be bringing in my other car and its ding sometime soon.

First Class Auto Body is just that: FIRST CLASSI just had some detail body work done but I was referred to them by someone that had had major work done and was most pleased. Their pricing is more than fair and the work second to none. My couple hundred dollar job got the same good attention as my friends 5k job.

David and the crew at 1st class auto body are top notch. I had my truck there last year for a complete roof repaint and a moon roof repair and it turned out great. A couple weeks ago my break light had a small leak in without hesitation they took my truck in and had it fixed within 24 hours free of charge. Their customer service and commitment to my site and commitment to my satisfaction was more than I could ever ask for.. Strongly suggest 1st class auto body for any of your repair needs.

The service that I have received at First Class Autobody, Civic Center Plaza, Scottsdale, AZ, on two separate occasions, has been extremely satisfactory. I requested their services very recently after my car was hit by another driver. Although the repair was done under the other drivers insurance, the repair was catered to my needs as if I was the one paying for it. Mr. Rick, the manager, and his staff provided high-quality service. They went way beyond my expectations. By the time I picked up my car after the repair, it looked as if it were brand new. Man this place is great. They had good country music playing when I got there. Everyone was friendly and they had some memorabilia and personality to make the place welcoming. I had some damage to the rear bumper of my BMW 2020 M240i. The color was metallic Long Beach Blue which was a tough paint to match. The job was perfect with 24 hour turnaround. Just unbelievable service and professionalism. The owner, David, and his staff, were great.

If you are in need of any body work for your car, truck, any vehicle! I highly recommend First Class Auto Body.Here are my reasons why:Handling the Insurance Claim:This isnt something you consider until you go through it, but hiring a body shop that has relationships with the different insurance companies is extremely important. My initial claim estimate came in way below what the actual cost was -- because of; the rarity of the car, hard to find parts, and claim adjusters job to get it done at the lowest possible price. I was concerned they might total it when they saw the counter quote, but First Class Auto Body has a great relationship with my insurance company--- Geico --- who by the way is great --- and the the quote was approved no problem.I was emailed the paperwork that they put together for Geico and no wonder insurance companies trust FCAB! It was an extremely detailed 25 page document with exact part quotes, schematics, photographs, etc.. I dont know how long it took to put that together, but First Class obviously has a process and its impressive.The counter quote was approved in one day.Customer Service:This has become quite the buzz word lately. Its prevalent in most marketing. Many businesses, if not most, claim to have Great Customer Service! In my experience this is more of a saying than a truth. Not so with FCAB. I was emailed at each step, but what really stood out to me is I was called. Thats right.I got to talk to a human!Id get calls from Andre, Fernando (you guys are awesome!!!), and even the owner, Dave. I was always kept apprised of what step they were on, and if there were complications, they always had a solution.You want solution-minded people -- and this is a whole team of them.Quality of Work:I struggle to even come up with the right words to  describe the high level of quality of work performed!Exceeded my expectations is an understatement.This is a 13+ year old car that looks better today than the day I drove it off the lot with only 50,000 miles and garage kept. I think it might look better than it did when the original owner drove it off the lot brand new!They didnt just fix the obvious damage from the accident (its impossible to tell it had ever even been in an accident), they made sure the rest of the vehicle matched. Its even beyond that. Ive attached some pictures to this review to hopefully show it better than I can explain it, but the detail job on this Cadi is so beautiful its hard to take it all in. Even the headlights have been restored to a clarity I would have thought not possible. The paint and whatever magical finish they used just draws you in.Its flawless.I could go on but I should probably bring this review to a close.First class quality of work for sure though.If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing body work after an accident, rest easy. Tell your insurance company you have a body shop you trust and want to use. Theyll probably be happy when you tell them its First Class Auto Body and Fiberglass in Tempe,  Arizona. Im sure its a lot better experience for the insurance companies when they get to deal with pros who have processes in place that make THEIR job easier too.Plus, hopefully anyway, the insurance company is going to want to deal with a reputable company.I know I said I was going to bring this review to a close, but allow me to add one more section here.We all know trust is earned, but if you havent had any dealings with that person, business, entity, whatever, you can usually base your initial trust on their reputation.Show your insurance company these stats if they try to force you into using their company or another less reputable one.Reputation:- Been in business for over 45 years.- More 5-star reviews than I wanted to take the time to count.- BBB accredited since 2009 with an A+ ratingOk.Im done.Thanks again First Class Auto Body.Im heading out for a cruise! These guys rock and really showed up for me in a huge way in Late July 2020. Half-way home to Phoenix from Vegas I ran over a gnarly piece of metal and blew my two passenger side tires which also caused some body damage to my car. I had to be towed back into Phoenix and I chose to have my car towed to First Class simply because they were close to my place and had great reviews. I had never stepped into First Class before my blowout and I was greeted as if I was a regular customer. Andre listened to me talk about the accident and really made me feel better about the whole situation. First Class gave me an honest quote and let me know when prices needed to be changed which I greatly appreciated. What meant more to me than anything was another employee, Ryan, giving me a ride home when it was 110 degrees outside in his personal truck even though the shop was busy. Thats not just great service, thats compassion and love for the people that walk in the door of First Class, even if its your first time! My car looked great when they were all done and they even washed and detailed the inside! I highly recommend this shop and the people who run it. Much Love to the First Class Team!

First Class Auto Body gave me one of the best experiences Ive had with any company recently. Trevor, Fernando and the rest of the crew there are exceptional. If/when I ever need to take my car in for body work again, I will definitely take it back to First Class.I needed to have the side view mirror on my 1999 Prelude replaced after someone opened their car door on it and broke it. Mind you, this is a 21-year-old car, but its been kept in a garage and is in really good condition.Since someone else was paying the bill (she didnt want to go through her insurance), and the quote I received from another well-known Scottsdale body shop seemed high, I offered to get a second estimate. Trevors quote was considerably less than the other one, and I didnt have to take my car in to get the quote (like I did at the other place). He just took my VIN and was able to proceed that way.Long story short, they did a fantastic job matching the paint, and they cleaned my car so well that it looked almost new again. They even gave me a loaner car to drive overnight while they had my car. All for less than the other place would have charged.I highly recommend First Class Auto Body. Even if you live in another part of the Valley, its probably worth your while to check them out. Im really glad that I did!

This was hands down the most amazing auto body shop experience I’ve ever had!!! I worked with Andre, who made me feel like I was family and handled everything impeccably. My car was hit and totaled at about 2 p.m. last week. I had no idea what body shop to take the car to and luckily found First Class Auto Body. Their service couldnt have been better. They offered me a car while they were taking care of mine. Trevor was the most kind and helpful person. He went way above and beyond in what I would expect from anyone in any service. He gave me honest information and my car and then also gave me his opinions on the best ways to proceed, when he did not need to. Another worker there helped remove my audio system from the car for no charge and it seems this is an all around fantastic body shop. Ive never come across one in any realm similar to this shop. We brought our minivan here - it had been rear-ended at a stoplight. It was an insurance claim on the person that hit us and we had never been through that before. The people at First Class Auto Body - especially Fernando - were absolutely amazing. They explained everything in detail and helped guide us through the process. I think we are more thankful for how helpful they were in dealing with the insurance company than for fixing our van! But they did do an amazing job on the repairs too. All in all this is a good shop with good people. They will always have my business.

I got a referral to this place and didnt know them from Adam, but they are impressive from start to finish beginning with a super-sharp and highly professional staff. This shop is great! They are friendly, professional, helpful, hard working and communicative. I was rear ended and my car was declared a total loss. I have never had such amazing customer service like I have at First Class Auto Body. The Geico insurance company of the guy who rear ended me wanted to put AFTER MARKET PARTS on my BRAND NEW CAR (it had less than 3,000 miles on it!) First Class fought for me and got me the OEM parts I needed to help keep my warranty. My car looks amazing, you cant even tell that I ever got hit! They kept me in the loop, called the car rental company for me and even returned my rental when it was time to pick up my car. I will never use another company for my auto body needs. No work was done on my vehicle, but the experience has truly been First Class thus far. I write this from the experience of having worked with two other shops within the last couple months. This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been to.- well managed (Trevor & Fernando will take care of you)- excellent technician team (your car looks brand new after they fix it)- amazing communication (they call you with updates)- technology-first (you can schedule an appointment online)They know what theyre doing. They know how to work with car insurance companies. Our estimate was $5,500 for car damage on our new RAV4. Not only did they work it out with State Farm, we walked out the door only paying the deductible ($500).Best shop in AZ.

Ridiculously amazing service! VERY honest and truthful, as well as friendly. Got the job done as soon as possible and in the same breath saved me about $500. They replaced my radiator, fixed my cooling fan, and some bent metal for around $830. Another service would have charged me +$1300. But the crew is awesome, although i did not meet them they got it all done quickly. AND cleaned my car for no charge inside and out. Don was the man i had spoke with most of the time, really good attitude and a definite love for customers if not people in general. BTW I believe the owner is a christian, so you know hes an honest and loving man. All glory and praise to God and Jesus for that! I have had two repairs done by First Class and both were a great experience. The staff is so helpful and understanding and they were willing to go the extra mile to help me with the insurance company that was covering my repair which really took a huge stress lode off me! I couldnt be happier with the work they did and I will definitely return if I am ever in need of future repairs.

Always a great experience. Unfortunately, we have had to use First Class 3 times (LOL) but we wouldn’t choose any other place. Dave is excellent with communicating the status of the work and it is always completed on time as promised. The car is returned cleaner than when we dropped it off. All around a wonderful experience.

This place is absolutely amazing! I took my 2007 Red corvette to them after someone ran into my baby. Not only did they match my bright red paint perfectly, the body repair work with my fiber glass body was perfectly and carefully done. First class autobody is truly a first class body shop! After they repaired and painted my baby, they also put a clear protection coat over my entire car that makes it looks shiner than ever ! My corvette looks better then it did before the accident ! They did much more than what was expected. I am so thankful I took my car to them and only them. The staff are all professional and exceptionally nice! Excellent shop. Customer service is rare to find nowadays, but it couldnt have been exhibited more from Andre, Fernando, and the rest of the team there. Dealing with insurance companies can be one of the more exasperating issues to deal with, but they handled everything and I was able to just focus on my daily activities, with little frustration. I rarely give reviews unless something exceptional has happened and I rarely recommend anyway as well, but I highly recommend First Class Auto Body.

THANK YOU! Above and beyond. Don was great. Great communication which made it so much better after needing to deal with the Hit-and Run drivers insurance company. The quality is more, much more than I expected. And the finishing touches were an added amazing touch. completely cleaning the inside of the car removing black marks that had been there for years, and also including cleaning the headlights that were completely fogged. The body work, as mentioned, was the best fixing some dents and scratches that werent part of the accident. All of this made the Hit & Run easier to deal with. So...a BIG Recommendation for a First Class job, Don, Fernando and the rest of the team that helped me.

I found out first hand that First Class Auto Body lives up to the name. I was offered a detail and Glare sealant treatment along with window tinting at a very reasonable price as well as a car to use while it was being completed. Upon completion, I was amazed to see what looked like a brand new car. Every square inch of the car was given careful attention and polished to perfection. Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Made my 2017 Mustang GT look like new!

I was visiting my daughter in Scottsdale when I had an accident while driving her car. I had no idea where to go for repair. She had just recently moved here from SD. Her insurance company gave her some places and we went with the first one. Then during the night I looked at reviews of that place and I was not a satisfied mom. I needed to know that she would be taken care of with as little stress as possible. I then started looking at top places in Scottsdale and found First Class Auto. I began reading the reviews and as a mom I knew I had to have First Class Auto fix her car. Everything that is written about them was absolutely true. They gave me that hometown feel, were so helpful and did a super job of fixing her car and making it look like new. Such pleasant people and such caring people. As a mom I highly recommend this place of business. Thanks you guys.

Fernando was great! He helped me figure out the best options to fix my car after being rear-ended. He kept me up-to-date with that was going on, when the parts were supposed to come in and when I could expect my car to be done. I truly trusted his input and updates!They fixed everything in just a few days. When I picked up my car, it was as good as new! They had detailed it. The windows, mats, tires....everything was shinny and clean. Really appreciate the help and great service. Id recommend anyone go here.

About a month ago, I had the fortune of contracting with this company, which turned into a most pleasant experience with the service, professionalism and attention to detail, that I received from the staff. I brought my car in for an evaluation and an estimate for cleaning of the interior of the car. A few days earlier, I went to a fast food restaurant who shall remain nameless but it has golden arches, and ordered my food through the drive-thru. When the food was handed out the lid on the coffee cup was not secure and as I grab it it spilled everywhere. The damage was extensive and if youve ever dealt with coffee before in a car or in a rug you know its hard to get out.From the moment I walked into the office with a car what should be serviced I knew that I was going to be in good hands by the way they greeted me they treated me efficiently and quickly. From the very first moment when we walked out and look at the car will I receive the estimate and I brought the car in and they went back to get it it was smooth riding all the way they put me at ease and they delivered on the product that they promised they could.I got the estimate on a Friday and on that following Monday took the car in and it was completed by Monday afternoon. The price for the estimate was great the service was great efficiency and quality all of those good words that went into what I received.When I pick it up that afternoon not only did he man who gave me the estimate make an appearance but as well the young man that did the work on the car. In my experience its unusual to see the person who actually did the work theyre usually hiding behind some door or in some cave and you never get to talk to them but to my surprise I got to talk to them greet them took my hand and everything. Insurance company cut the check I was reimbursed everything was great. What is walk out to the car to look at it after it been serviced I was amazed honestly I was amazed the car look better then the first day when the car was purchased and thats hard to do.I applaud this company 4 again delivering the product that they promised for great customer service Im doing it all at my convenience with a smile.Its rare that we see this type of service nowadays and I appreciate that I was able to meet these guys and work with them

This place is the most amazing auto shop! I had my first experience of being hit and it damaged my car extremely! I was about 6 months pregnant the time of the crash and definitely needed transportation. The shop owner Fernando was so kind and talked me through everything that needs to happened and how he could help. Being a woman it can be hard to trust auto shops but he did not let me down! He saved my car and helped me in a extreme time of need! I appreciate him and all of his loyal crew that helped get me back rolling Thank you all!! I would recommend this place to anyone it truly is great!

Cannot praise First Class Body Shop enough! I was referred to them by both corporate and personal referrals after I was rear-ended in my vehicle. From the moment I got onsite they were professional, extremely thorough, made sure all my questions were answered, and walked me through the process step by step. Fernando M. handled the initial intake of my vehicle. I then dealt directly with Andre P. who was simply the best at providing updates and overall excellent communication. When the ins. co tried to pick-up my vehicle without my knowledge or consent, Andre immediately reached out to me and did not release the vehicle until he did have my consent. Having been through a non-fault accident before, I made the mistake of going to an auto body shop recommended by the insurance company and it was a complete nightmare. This time around I am so thankful I went to FCBS as they had MY best interest as their #1 priority.

Had to get a cosmetic repair done recently and was recommended here. They were incredible from step 1. Fernando at the front is super courteous and provided superb customer service. I also had to get a rental and they called the rental company to meet me at the shop and to pick up the car when my repair was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you David, Fernando and Crew for the outstanding treatment and repair to my vehicle. Just a super nice group of folks to work with and so fulfilling to see that they will fight your insurance company to ensure you get what is best for your vehicle. What I mean by that is some shops may cut corners or concede to the insurance companies who bully them into using cheaper reconditioned or used parts but in my experience these guys do whatever they can to ensure they get the materials that will look right, to get the job done correctly. Over 95% of the parts used on my repair were OEM new parts and I REALLY appreciate that! Fernando was super friendly and attentive to me, anytime I called in to pester them about status or ask dumb questions. The owner Dave offered to give me a lift to my house, after work, when I dropped my truck off. When I had to turn the rental car back in, they actually gave me a free loaner vehicle to drive for about a week. When I went to finally pick up my vehicle they had fixed some dents for me (Paint-less Dent Removal) and they had my truck detailed up very nicely. It literally looks better than before I dropped it off. They have earned my future business hands down and I will not consider another shop before these guys in the future.

Id give 100 stars if I could. They have been nothing short of amazing from day 1. After our car had a small collision I was desperate to find a place to tow and was referred here from Whiteys. Fernando and the owner stayed 2 hours past closing time while the tow truck worked to get the car over there. Theyre customer service has been OUTSTANDING! Fernando has worked closely with us to make sure that our insurance dealt with this matter accordingly and that our car was replaced with only the best parts. I cannot rave enough about how excellent they have been and I would refer everyone I know to them. Thank you guys!

This place is amazing! All employees I spoke with were very polite and attentive. The owner, David Lindgren, is very kind and easy going. He had a successful shop in his hometown in the midwest and decided to move to the sun and start another from scratch with FIRST CLASS in Scottsdale. He knows what he is doing. At no time did I feel I was being talked down to which is a common experience for a woman at a car repair store/shop. They ended up doing my repair for free!!!

My driver window broke just as I left work. It was 103 out I called several local auto repair shops none could help. When I called them they immediately set me at ease and with only 30 min left in there day they so wonderfully offered to help. Now my family is driving in a safe and cool auto thanks to there help. If you have any auto body needs call them first.

Brought my car in after it had rubber up against the side of our house. The door needed to be resprayed and get some body work fixed. These guys got it done in two days, the paint matched perfectly and Don kept me updated the entire process. Cannot be happier about the work done on my X5. Coming back for any future work I need done!
