My Tesla Model 3 was damaged from road debris, which broke the fog light, dislodged the parking sensor from the front bumper, and caused some minor paint damage. Teslas Collision Center had no appointments for over a month, so I called a few places and chose Kaizen.When I called Kaizen, I let them know that it was important to me that the vehicle isnt in the shop long term, because it was still driveable and I needed it to commute. They assessed the damage and agreed to order the parts in advance, calling me to bring the vehicle in for the repair later. In my specific case, removing the front bumper wasnt needed to figure out what parts to order.Per my request, they provided two estimates - one for just replacing the parts, and the other including repainting the bumper to fix the paint damage. I chose the cheaper option and was able to buff out most of the paint damage. They also ordered a replacement parking sensor and included that in the estimate in case it was needed.When I went in to have the work done, I let them know that the vehicle was reporting that the parking sensor was obstructed (it was behind the bumper), so I believed it was working. They confirmed it was working, knocked $120 off of the final bill, and returned the extra part back to Tesla without ever charging me for it.My repair was a simple one, so they were able to complete it within the same day by about 1:30PM. When I picked up the vehicle, it looked fantastic. I figured they might run it through an automatic car wash, but it looked like it was detailed. I had an accumulation of bugs on the front bumper that werent coming off from car washes, and they were all gone. The paint popped like it hasnt since it was new - I wouldnt be surprised if they clay barred it. The interior was vacuumed and cleaned, and the glass looked immaculate.My final total ended up being about $428, and that included a $200 replacement fog light from Tesla. This was a very reasonable price, and as a Tesla owner, its always nice when a shop doesnt add a premium for fixing a Tesla, assuming we have deep pockets.I wasnt an easy customer - I wanted the vehicle to be in and out quickly, and I wanted an inexpensive (but high quality) repair. Kaizen accomplished both, and the customer service was top notch. Usually I would say Ill definitely come back here in the future!... I hope I wont need to, but Im sure I probably will at some point!
After an accident involving my Tesla Model 3, Kaizen was my choice to get it fixed up.After some time (about a month) of body and mechanical fixes, I got my car back and over the course of a few weeks, had to bring it back in for a few follow ups. Michael at Kaizen did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the process and ensuring things were as good as new.I finally got my car back and, so far, it feels like it never got in an accident!I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with kaizen . I just crashed my brand new Mercedes and kaizen was the shop recommended it did take longer than anticipated but I understand as it’s a brand new 2021 and the car came out only months ago so parts were hard to come by . They had to replace the coolant system because of the crash and I picked it up on Friday and noticed it was running hotter than it should. I called there office on Saturday which was Fourth of July weekend and left a message . 10 minutes later the owner of the company called me and said he was on his way to my house to help see what the problem was . We realized it needed more coolant and the radiator needed to be burped . He sent his mechanic to my house on Fourth of July weekend from almost an hour away to fix the problem so I had a car to drive for the weekend . The owner then texted me later that day saying he will have to car picked up from me when it worked best for me and would have all the systems doubled checked and another detail . I will say kaizen has great customer service and went out of there way to make sure the customer was taken care of !
The customer service was outstanding. They helped expedite my collision process and made it fast and painless. My car was a total loss and I received my payment from the insurance company right away, Thanks to the Kaizen team.
Very impressive warranty!!I had my Acura RDX repaired at Kaizen Collision Center in December 2018 after a small fender-bender. Nearly 2½ years later, there was a small tear in the clearcoat which Kaizen had repainted.I contacted Kaizen, and they asked me to send a photo. Within minutes they contacted me to say that they would fix it at no cost under warranty.I have just picked up the car and they have done a very thorough job of redoing the clearcoat. I couldnt be happier with them standing behind their work.
Super easy from start to finish. I was kept up to date throughout the entire time my car was there and got several phone calls from Jim. I also got some old body damage fixed in which I paid out of pocket for and it was by far the most reasonable estimate I had gotten. I have no problems recommending these guys to anyone, and would go back in a heartbeat (but hopefully wont have to!) because I know what to expect—Good, reliable, professional service/work.
I had to have a rocker panel replace and Kaizen Collision Center did an outstanding job! The repair looks good as new. They matched the paint color exactly. The front office employees were professional and made sure to provide regular updates.
Let me be honest with y’all, this was the first time I’ve ever dealt with Kaizen Collision Center, but I can assure you it won’t be my last!! Kaizen where have you been all my life? Y’all I truly don’t have enough words to describe how awesome kaizen was, from the second I called they handled everything for me, there was even something I wanted done that wasn’t covered by my insurance, I would need to pay for this out of pocket, and yep they found someone to do it on site and the price was unbelievable, all I’m saying is I won’t use another collision center, if my insurance doesn’t have them in their referral’s, It will be a deal beaker! Kaizen thanks for everything. If you want amazing customer service, quick response time, fast, plus exceptional quality work, then Kaizen is your place.

I was recommended to bring my vehicle here after a somewhat minor fender bender. The shop could not have been more accommodating. I dealt mostly with Jason, who I believe is the General Manager ; as well as Shay - who is just one of those people who you can tell does 5741 different jobs, and does THEM WELL!I was without the car for appx 1 week or so, and was kept in the loop the entire time. Jason did a comprehensive walk-around the car once it was repaired and couldn’t have been more friendly. Not to mention, they guarantee their work for as long as you have your car! We had extensive collision damage on our Tesla Model X. Kaizen team, both in Scottsdale and Mesa did an incredible job to repair or replace sensors, computers and major body work and painting to where we can not even tell where the damage was done. They kept us informed of progress and what was even more impressive and completely unexpected and above and beyond is that because I could not make it to the store to pick up the car their team delivered the car to my home. This level of professionalism, service and passion to deliver the very best work possible to their clients is very hard to find these days. Very happy with Kaizen team and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their expertise.

Jacob and his crew have been working with me for over a year. He and his crew have done their very best to alleviate all my problems that has come with a bad repair job from a prior body shop. The whole shop goes above and beyond any and all expectations, I am thankful that there are still businesses that focus on the human not the dollar. Terrible experience the first time so they asked for a chance to do it right. I really hoped to get a good result the second time and give them a 5 star review but Kaizen Collision Center had my vehicle for 2 weeks total to do a simple B pillar straightening and failed. I still have a crooked part with terrible paint work. Manager agreed with my complaint and promised to fix it and call me... well, Im still waiting.Dont expect much and there are plenty of good body shops that actually respect their clients and take proud in their quality work in the same area (Scottsdale) so Id recommend to look elsewhere. Lesson well learned.Update: manager has contacted me and offered to fix the issue. Will update this review accordingly.
I learned about Kaizen Collision Center through the Tesla Scottsdale Service Center. I stopped by after hearing they might have some paint we needed for our Teslas. They immediately helped me AND they even gave me free paint they had as left-overs from repairs on Teslas. I was so so grateful and told them that if this is how they treat strangers, I cant even imagine how well they treat their customers! If our Teslas ever need body work, we will absolutely go to them. Thank you Kaizen Collision Center and your incredible staff for treating me so well - that goes a long way and I truly appreciate it!! :)
