I took my vehicle in recently for some minor body repair. I was initially concerned because I have a unique paint color and was not sure if they would be able to blend it. My initial contact was with Kate who I met at shop and took all pertinent information on my vehicle with photos etc . She was very pleasant and professional. I then met with the GM, Keith who reviewed the damage and discussed options as well as time frame for repair. The also coordinated a rental car which was nearby. The experience was above expectations. The follow up and communication was excellent and they finished the work ahead of promised date. The work and paint looked great!! I am very happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend this shop. In addition, they told me not to use a commercial car wash for 30 days and that it should be hand washed. The offered for me to come in and have it washed if I wanted to. In addition, they offer a lifetime warranty on their paint. Hats off to the entire team at Service King.

Brought our 2019 Jeep in for significant repairs following an accident. Picked up the car yesterday and was shocked by the quality of the work, the car looks like it came out of the factory. Service king scottsdale is great! I had a wonderful advisor named Mike. Service king kept me updated with texts and calls on status of my job. They also worked well with insurance as someone hit my car.Also the prices seemed reasonable, although I am not an expert in this.I will use them anytime I have work to do on my car and recommend them to everyone!!

This place was awesome they take the guess work out of car repair after an accident. They work with insurance from both sides, they have a real time update ready for you at all times and you are assigned a liason that handles your account start to finish. You can have contact with one person through the process they are wonderful. Most places you talk to someone different every time you call and they dont know anything about you so you have to o retell you story again and again.Not with service king they prep you for the process start to finish and if flows effortlessly . They are a well oiled machine they have a system that works and all the employees I encountered were personable helpful knowledgeable and happy. And they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do ...... Does it get any better ??

I am truly impressed with this place! As someone that ranks the auto repair experience only slightly better than auto dealerships, I was very pleasantly surprised.The repairs to my car were approximately 9000.00 after being rear ended on the freeway last year. Not only did they do great work, they stayed in contact with me the entire time. They provided weekly updates, took care of all things rental car related and maintained a high degree of professionalism the entire time.Although I hope I dont need their services in the future, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and will gladly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thank you Service King of Scottsdale for all of your assistance in getting my vehicle back on the road!

The staff was wonderful to work with! We had a claim after our car took a hit in in a parking lot. Service King coordinated our rental car, cross referenced our insurance and kept us informed every step of the way. Our service manager Kristen is fantastic to work with. On the preparation side, Karl and the ladies at the front desk were very personable and knowledgeable.

The service and repairs from my minor damage to my car were fine; my car was only there for a week and it was nothing remarkable one way or the other. However, the communication I received from this business was so over the top. I opted into text messages and would receive text messages, voicemails and multiple calls for the same update. One day, I received a text message, a voicemail in the morning and then THREE back-to-back calls while I was working. Now they wont stop contacting me via text and email to take surveys and leave reviews. Nothing like prolonging the stressful experience of an accident after repairs are complete and having constant follow-up for reviews and communication.

They were quick acting when I pulled in and requested an estimate for some minor bodywork. Their price was in accordance with the estimate written up by the insurance companys adjuster and their work is good quality. Nice to deal with too.

Awful, 3 weeks to paint a tailgate? taking my business elsewhere, avoid, they just shine you on.an update and I dont mean to pile on. so I took my business next door to Gerber. keep in mind I took my truck to service king mid February. Gerber will have my truck ready quicker still than the day told me next week. I only got that day because my insurance called and said what the heck, I may never had got a date. so yes, the owner posted an apology and yes the store manager called but that doesnt get my month back hauling stuff around everyday without a tailgate. my take is they have no management tools to track age of repairs outstanding and according to my rep Jeremy their paint department is way too busy to handle you. So some rep can influence the sequence of who gets done first versus a store manager. its a tailgate! Jeremy was rude when I asked for my keys back and the receptionist tossed them to me when I arrived. So avoid all this and if then neighborhood go to Gerber, they are on top of it.

So much to list... LONG story shortish!The ball was dropped so many times I lost count. Between poor scheduling (1st drop off my car sat for 4 days, outside, before I went back and picked it up and asked them to contact me when the bumper arrives) I NEVER received a call. After 2 weeks I called them. They said the bumper was sent to wrong facility, well call you tomorrow after we pick it up. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL... I finally called them back after 2 days and they said the wrong bumper was sent and they had to order another bumper. (They ordered the wrong bumper) After that, I never heard from Service King again... A few months later I was at Tesla Svc Ctr and mentioned this to the manager. The next day the Service King Manager called me and talked me into giving them another chance. Four weeks later he called and said they have the bumper and I can bring the car down anytime, Im priority. When my Tesla was finally done I had to battle with the Manager over the orange peel paint job. I am now on my 5th time to pick up my vehicle and I noticed there was still orange peel in some spots but, I was worn down and so over it that I accepted the job, after a 7mo ordeal. All of their blame was placed on Tesla. But, after dealing with this company this long, I realized its internal! My story is not the only one like this...Youre thinking why didnt she go somewhere else. I went here because, at the time, they were the only Certified Tesla repair shop. Beware and get other estimates!!! Theyre no longer the only certified Tesla repair shop.I write this review now, 1yr later, because I just washed my car and seeing the orange peel paint job is just a bad reminder of this miserable experience.Im sure they have good reviews and have done a good job for others. This is just my story...

Someone backed into me in a drive through. Their insurance covered the cost for my front bumper. I got an estimate from Service King. The service king rep told me during the estimate that there was enough damage and the bumper would need to be replaced. I picked up my car and it was not replaced; it was just repaired (the service advisor Cody S. never contacted me to let me know about the deviation from their own estimate). Separately, I was having my moon roof repaired and when I picked up my car it was working poorly; they did not remove broken glass from the track and the moon roof was not aligned properly. To top it all off they added a 3.5 inch scratch to my windshield somehow during their work. I’m not happy with my experience; you may want to look for better alternatives for car repair.

My sunroof shattered and Progressive sent me here. They said it was fixed a day early but when I tried to open the sunroof there was grinding glass and it would not close. They tried to just replace the glass even though the insurance paid for the tracks as well. The next day it works fine after they replaced the glass and the track.

Much like others that have posted here I had two unfortunate experiences here with two vehicles at the same time.They managed to put the wrong mirror on one vehicle without noticing that it didn’t match the other side.Then they completely botched the repairs on my BMW.I specified cNEW ORM factory BMW parts.I received greasy dirty “recycled” parts on my car and I would have paid any difference for the new ones like I stated originally.Like others before me there was buffing compound all over the outside of the vehicle and it has dust all over the interior from them keeping the windows down in it while they repaired it.The alignment and fit was off of the bumper and fenders.They did not find a broken headlight bracket so the headlight was flapping around when I went to pick it up.Then to top it all off they when I asked if they recharged the A/C (they had to evacuate it to change the core support) Sal told me that his manager drove the car to the car wash and it was okay. -a few problems here:1) The car has fresh paint on the bumper and you drove it through an automated car wash!?2) The wheels are now scrapped up due to the car wash. It’s a low profile car with wide offset stance tires on it and t won’t fit correctly through them.3) it’s a robotic car wash on NEW Paint!4) The A/C is not cold.5) The Manager did not identify that he car pulls to the right and now needs an alignment and should have been disclosed on the insurance claim.6) Fresh paint and driven through an automatic car wash!Do NOT take your vehicles here as they have zero sense of pride in their workmanship.

DO NOT USE this facility!!!I truly wish I could post pictures here. They Nineveh communicated with me about where my vehicle was in the process, ran over by 2 weeks (I was paying my own rental car), and they did a horrible job on my vehicle. I sent a message to their corporate and they said someone would reach out and no one did.The rear quarter panel still has scratches where they attempted to fix a mistake they made. The vehicle still had buffing compound all over it, when I picked it up. The inside and outside was filthy to include dust from their work.Choose another facility, cannot believe that Liberty Mutual approves this place!!!

Had some issues here with my truck. They dont seem to have very good quality control, or they dont have a checklist before vehicles go back to the customer. I would avoid this one if I were you. Even though they are preferred by USAA, and others, just avoid it. If your insurance is paying for the repairs, go to your dealer.

My Nissan Altima SL was in an accident. Took my car to Noel. The crash affected my A.C. when it was a 120 outside Noel and his team was able to diagnose and get me back on the road. When you need someone to restore your car to the condition you brought it in Service King is the place to go. Unfortunately two weeks after the repair my car was in another accident by two young kids not paying attention. Again no took great care of my car and me and made sure my satisfaction was guaranteed. He now has a customer for life anytime I need anything with my car I will go to him. Thank you to know and his team Im back on the road again and a happy customer.

Employees seemed professional but price and wait time quotes are unreasonable.I came in on Wednesday August 1st in the morning. My front grill was damaged badly and needed to be replaced, as well as hood needed to be adjusted because it would not close. Damaged grill affected hoods seating. Guy named ****** looked around, under the hood, outside. He quoted $5 - 6,000 and 7 - 10 days wait. I tried to explain to him that brand new grill costs only $300 so that even with hood adjustment, it should not be that much. He insisted on them finding alot more damages caused by displaced hood and fixing them. It still did not sound right. It felt like i was not being listened to, I only needed to replace my front grill.Same day I went to couple other body shops in Tempe. One of them ended up telling me that it will be between $600 - 700. They ordered a brand new front grill for my car from their supplier. It was here the next day. Thursday August 2nd, 4.30pm, Brand new part intalled, hood adjusted. Took only about 24 hours and less than $700. So could you guys please tell me, how did you overquote me by almost 1000% of its actual cost? I would really like someone to reach me and explain me how do you allow such incompetent people work there and quote such high ridiculous prices? It sounds like a complete rip off. I should go work for you if this is how much you make in commission. It is completely unaccaptable, makes absolutely no sense, and very unprofessional too. I am sorry for this bad review, but it is just crazy how much you were going to charge me, and how much time you were going to make me wait.

Service King broke / lost the volume control on my Acura.......then lied about to my office manager who picked up the car.....they told me it is only a $3 part....I said then why not own up to your mistake and replace the small part....then I looked at the Mileage IN... 14,600...mileage when I picked up the car 15,600.( they left the mileage OUT off the repair order interestingly enough) ...they knew I was taking a week vacation and decided to use my car worth a 1000 miles......wow....lying and cheating ....turning this in to the Consumer Protection Division of the Arizona Attorney General
