Jake who replaced my part for my emergency break was great. He had our car done in a couple of hours so I didnt have to leave it there all day. He was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone that wanted service there. I give him a 5 star.When we first got our recall we called to see when we could get the car in. Michell told us to call the first of every month to see if you had the part in which we did for 4 months. Every month we would leave a message and she never called us back.My husband asked her finally when she did pick the phone up to call us when the part was in and was very rude and said well yes I guess I could do that. We were very patient with her. Finally she called and we made our appointment but we were not happy with her. I give her a one star and hope not to have her again. I dont need that kind of attitude in my life.
