Yuri is honest and professional and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. My family and I have worked with him for 15 years and have always had excellent customer service. I called the shop to find out if they work with automobile wholesalers to see if they give a discount on their hourly rate and who ever answered the phone was very short and had an attitude before I even asked for any discount. Rude and unprofessional and when I asked him why he is being rude for simply asking a question he hung up. You would think with everything thats going on you would want to earn someone business and even if you dont there is a way to speak to someone without having an attitude. For that alone they get a bad review.

Wonderful place!!! The master tech took care of my airbag light on my BMW so fast! And he also quickly explained two other problems I was having which I could never figure out on my own. This is one of the best places to take your BMW or Mercedes. This man has real knowledge and is very kind and professional.

Began using Yuri at Bimmer Benz in 2006 when my 1999 BMW had 42k. Sold the car last year with 176k! Yuri is honest, talented and very fair. Traits that can be hard to find today. This is one of the best experiences Ive had with a shop. This shop has solved an issue with my AMG SL that not only 3 other shops couldnt figure out but the dealer as well. Their mechanic is a master mechanic that has worked on just about anything. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I was surprised they have the same diagnostics systems as a dealership. The owner personally showed me around and explained to me how the equipment works. I would recommend this shop to anybody. They spent the extra time diagnosing a small wiring problem that saved me thousands of dollars from purchasing the whole harness from the dealership instead. Two thumbs up! Thank you guys! I will definitely bring all my vehicles here in the future!

This repair shop focuses mostly on imports and provides prompt, high quality service, my vehicle was examined for free, then I was presented an estimate of what needs to be fixed, I was also informed the priority of my repairs necessary and which ones could wait, that was extremely helpful financiallyAll of my cars that ive had throughout the years have been repaired at this shop and I will continue bringing my cars there, and would definitely recommend it to others.

We have never dealt with an auto repair service like Bimmer-Benz. The gentleman who owns this repair service is the most honest and capable mechanic we’ve ever dealt with. He is very competent, doesn’t over-charge as a matter of fact under charges.
