I had such a good experience here! Being a young female, it can be nerve racking when choosing an auto shop. The staff here was incredibly friendly and prompt. Their waiting room was also so nice! They have free wifi and coffee, so I just brought my laptop and got some work done while waiting for my car. I noticed they offered water bottles for customers hitting the road and there was a changing table in the bathroom which felt very inclusive!For maintenance, I came in for an oil change, but let them know I was about to do a road trip home back to California and asked if they can do general checking of the car. They did and uploaded photos to a link that they send to you via text and email!

This company is in my neighborhood so I decided to give them a try when my sons truck had some leaking. They identified the problem and it was something that did not require much work so they did not charge me, they even topped off some fluids at no charge. I am not saying they are great because they did not charge me but it is difficult for me to trust new mechanics and they have earned my trust early on. I will take my vehicles to them from now on. My experience at Christian Brothers Auto was outstanding! I was helped by Mark at the front desk and he got me squared away with my immediate a/c issues and then was able to get me a deal on replacing my timing belt and water pump. In addition they replaced my brake fluid and power steering fluid for a reasonable price. The entire process of seeing what they’ve diagnosed is very simple to view on the link they provide. You’re able to watch a video and learn about WHAT it is they recommend you get serviced and you have time to decide through that and select YES or NO to each individual recommendation. From there it includes the total cost of all the repairs including: TAX, LABOR, PARTS.What I enjoyed most was their hospitality and personal care from each employee. They went above and beyond to pick me up and drop me off wherever and whenever I needed a ride. I recently moved to Arizona and finally decided to get the air conditioner in my Subaru fixed because this heat is no joke! I noticed this shop because it is next door to my storage unit and after looking at some reviews I decided to give them a shot. I called and spoke with Mike to see if they could do a diagnostics to see what was wrong. I brought my vehicle in right after I spoke with Mike, then the owner, John, graciously gave me a ride back home while they did a full vehicle inspection. They provided text message updates throughout the process and sent me a link to the inspection report with photographs to show what needed to be fixed. They called me with a quote and were able to get everything fixed the same day. The total process was only a few hours and my air conditioning works wonderfully! Once my vehicle was ready, they offered to shuttle me back to the shop but fortunately I got a ride from my mother-in-law. The staff is so respectful and I would definitely go back! They even called a few days later to make sure I was fully satisfied with my experience. Being a woman I’m always hesitant to take my car somewhere because people seem to take advantage because I really don’t know much about cars but this company really takes care of you like family. Had my 2012 F150 oil changed here for the first time and great experience. They were quick and everything was as advertised and discussed with Dave. Love the pictures provided with the safety inspection and review of items in need of attention. They are not pushy and emailed me the quote for some items to be attended to. I had a great experience with Dave and the entire crew at the North Scottsdale location. I am from out of town and needed rear brakes as well as a few other general maintenance things done. From onboarding, diagnostics, to the actual repair, everything was handled very well. Their service was hospitable and professional, the work was solid, and their communication was great through each step in the process. Not to mention that the place is sparkling clean. Received my car on time as promised and there were no hidden costs.From the few experiences I have had with repairs, this was by far the best customer service and most communicative. CB was very responsive and communicated very well. I took my car in for an alignment. They called back saying that it was in perfect alignment and didnt charge me for the service. You dont see that very often!

These guys got me in yesterday for an issue with my sons car and took great care of me. The were quick and efficient! The owner John is a really great guy, explained to me and let me know whats going on. And how they are recently newly opened shop. They have a relaxing and nice waiting area and a view of the amazing shop! Definitely reccomend this place if you need work on your car. Mike and Mark at their service desk were extremely helpful and honest about the work that needed to be completed on my vehicle, as well as the options we had. When a price was quoted to me, they remained true to their word and stuck by that price.Their photographic inspections are extremely helpful to display the reasoning as to why they reccommend certain additional repairs, which was very helpful for me (as other places you can feel like they are finding problems).Additionally, they provided me with a ride to my home while they were working on my car. John, their owner, was extremely genuine, had integrity, and was fun to talk to. I recently had my battery changed and was told I needed an alternator. I went to a local Scottsdale Automotive shop and they stated I did in fact need an alternator. John and his team have excellent customer service! I came in for an oil change as part of their first 50 customer promo and everything was handled with efficiency and care. One of the associates even brought me into the shop to show me an issue with my taillight and explained what wasnt working and why. Their waiting room is beautiful and comfortable with water, coffee and even snacks! Wow! I noticed their restroom had a baby changing table with diapers for any parents who may have forgotten. I know visiting the mechanic can be very unexpected so the fact that Christian Brothers has thought ahead to make the experience as painless as possible is very thoughtful! I will absolutely be visiting again and utilizing their shuttle service and I would highly recommend this location.

I went here to get pre-purchase inspections on two used cars, hoping they could help me decide which one to buy. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely communicative. Text updates through the process, and an online interactive inspection report. They explained to me the various concerns and comparisons in perfect detail, and finished both inspections the same day. I purchased the better car, and now I’ll definitely be returning to Christian Brothers for my future service breeds. Also, their shop is incredibly clean and state of the art.

I had see this beautiful building during construction and knew of the reputation of the Christian Brothers Automotive brand, so I was happy to see they finally opened. I got an entire vehicle inspection with photos and a report along with my oil change. They told me what I already knew about items that needed future service so I know they were not just trying to get additional repair work. I felt comfortable around the staff and will be returning there soon to get the other items fixed.

First off, I am a fairly seasoned DIY mechanic so it is not very often I have to take one of my vehicles to a mechanic unless I don’t have the means or the time to tackle a fix. Due to the fact that I do most everything to my vehicles, when it comes to finding a mechanic I trust to do the work right I find my expectations are usually not met. So far, I think Christian Brothers is the only shop that has exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly, professional and down-to- earth. The shop itself is very clean, organized and looks very professional. Christian Brothers definitely has my business the next time something comes up with one of my vehicles.

We were having so much trouble with our Infiniti, we had tried multiple places before coming here and nobody could figure it out or seem to give us a reasonable price, most of all it was hard to know who we could even trust! by Sherlock my husband found these guys just down the street from our house and I really couldnt be happier with their service. Did not complete the first step in diagnosing an oil leak after the car was there from open to close. On the drive home, there was an awful noise, and I noticed that all of the plastic paneling was left loose, hanging by only a couple of fasteners. There was dirt and dust all over the passenger side floor mat and seat. I’m guessing from checking the cabin air filter. I had just had the car detailed.

I had the best service Ive ever received at an auto center or dealership. The guys worked me in on short notice to begin with and then upon my arrival it was the most courteous service, very informative and professional. They gave me a very thorough diagnosis, texted/emailed me with the diagnosis and charges, along with pictures of the problem spots, and all complimentary. They helped me in determining if I wanted to keep the vehicle or trade it in, based on repairs and never was pressured in either direction, the choice was mine. So I was having trouble with my O2’ Infiniti and I took it to multiple mechanics around the valley basically spending the last of my savings; however, they still couldn’t figure out how to get my AC working again. I went on Google and checked out some reviews in the area of my home and I seen Christian Brothers automotive and seeing how much great reviews they had online so I set up an appointment and the company was very professional, sending me every day up-to-date info And pictures of trouble areas with the car. Not once did I get this treatment with any of the other shops that I took it to and it really made me feel comfortable. I just got my car back yesterday and it’s running great, the AC is blowing very cold as well as they took care of a couple other issues that I didn’t even know of that would have caused trouble down the road. The best part of it is that I got it at a very reasonable price. I honestly thought that my car was done for and I was gonna have to go to a dealership to find a new one but thanks to these guys I’m back on the road again feeling cool in this hot summer and I owe it all to Christian Brothers Automotive!!I highly recommend if you’re having car problems to take it over there and see what they can do! We did run into a few hiccups timewise but John was very polite and communicative with me and did accommodate for those issues. He even picked me up for work and I highly recommend this automotive shop.
