When we went to the dealership we only went to explore the probability of buying a new car. When we left the dealership we were the owners of a new car. This was in large part due to the quality and a value of our new SUV. But in equal measure, our sales person, Art Suliman, was a real pro. No high pressure, No making us wait around for decisions. Utilized the Genesis Concierge services at North Scottsdale after a different Genesis dealership would not provide the level of service I was expecting by purchasing such vehicle. I was surprised how easy and convenient they were to take care of me, unlike the other dealership where I have friends at. I will not name them because I know its not their fault since they in sales but the service for Genesis customers really need to take a page from North Scottsdale. They really do seem to care. Will continue to use them for my services on my Genesis. Thank you Nazy and Jason.

I never even thought of owning a Genesis prior to a couple of weeks ago. I had just sold my MB E400, walked into Earnhardt Genesis North Scottsdale just to peruse and met Julian Foldes. He was amazing to talk to, very knowledgeable and not overbearing at all.We took a test drive in the G70t 3.3 and I was in love! The car had amazing power and almost every option I could ask for.The price was not where I wanted to be, so the deal was off. I walked into the dealership and met their GM, Tony Femiano. He was amazing to work with and was able to put me in this beautiful vehicle at a price I was very comfortable with.The paperwork was a breeze and Marcus Turiano was great to work with in the Finance Department. I also met Michael Smith, who will be my Genesis Concierge, which is an incredible part of owning my Genesis.Back out to the car; Julian went over everything with me, showing all of the cool gadgets this fast fury has (and it was his Birthday, but he still stayed after hours to see that I was informed and ready to take my baby home)! Apologies to Mrs. Foldes for keeping Julian after hours, but I have to say, I am very appreciative of the attention I received.I switch cars every 2-3 years and owned everything (BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Chargers, Challenger, Rams, Mustangs, H2, Cooper, Saabs). This was a great experience and I love my new G70!!! Thank you!!

We recently visited Scottsdale on vacation and have been wanting to experience the GV70 for awhile now. We stopped by to pursue a test drive and Greco was the one we were fortunate enough to work with! He was kind, patient, and professional to showcase the amazing features of the GV70 and still took time to answer all of our questions even though we werent going to purchase right away. We both work in the car industry and know how important it is to make people feel welcomed and supported. We are incentivised to purchase from our own dealer group with employee discounts on vehicles but we are still considering purchasing from Earnhardt because of how awesome this experience was! Regardless of our personal direction, if you are in the market for a Hyundai or Genesis, you will have a remarkable experience here! Thank you!

Responded to an add for a Hyundai Kona 2018 that was advertised by Coatco. John Blesse was the sales person. We wanted to use our Costco membership for a $850 minimum discount and trade in our 2012 Ford Focus. To make a long story short Earnhardt in our opinion did not give us a fair trade in, nor did they give us the Costco discount.There were times durning our discussion with John Blesse that We felt uncomfortable. Mr. Blesse would say things like I came in just for you guys on my day off. Mr.Blesse said I gave up my time with my family to sell you this car. Mr. Blesse also said look what price this car was when it was new 2 years ago!!We did buy the car, its has many safty features and is a quite smooth ride. Were happy with the car. Were uncomfortable with how the sale went.

Salesman brushed us off, gave information and never heard back.

Being only the second time my car has had an issue I was not sure how things would be handled, but to my surprise everything was completely under warranty including the rental car! Everything was repaired within two days good as new. After 45+ years of driving I have finally found a dealership I can trust and be happy to visit!

I had a flat tire (really big nail) and went into the Genesis dealer where we bought the vehicle. I was told that it would take about an hour to fix. It turned out to take 2.5 hours. Not very happy with the timeframe, but it was finally repaired without cost. That was the good part.

Norm and Mike in the service department are top notch. My G90 had a dead battery and Genesis road service had someone here in an hour (out in the country) and towed my car to them. I rode with the tow truck and in a short time had my car running and all checked out with a new battery. All under warranty. They treat me like family and I always look forward to going there. We were treated very well, and the only problem we had was they had not done a good job of flushing coolant from the motor and it was left to burn off.Which required us to do a 70 additional round trip, to get the car flushed off again. The smell was alarming. You don’t want to smell that knowing it generally means something is leaking. After they did the second flush we are still smelling coolant and I’m writing this to document that fact. Getting to take a 1500 mile trip and I’m not looking forward to breaking down because of problem. June 23, 2020.

Many phone and email questions were answered promptly by salesman Don Piombo. After purchase and before delivery, he even arranged to have the car delivered and picked up at a local chip protection film installer - twice - when the installer found a slight paint blemish that Earnhardt quickly fixed.Price negotiation was quick, easy, and to my satisfaction. Will have to see how their service is down the road.

My wife and I visited here twice in the last 30 days to test drive the scintillating new G70. Not wanting to enter the showroom cold, we called ahead and asked the very kind receptionist who there would be a talented and not pushy salesperson.After a minute, she told us Bobby was such a great guy. He picked up the phone and we shared our concerns and how picky we are in engaging.Long story shortened, he was waiting out front when we showed and had the G70 we specified. Had a great connection with Bobby (last name is Gentile) as he was wonderful, bright and genuine.We were not ready to buy and ended up returning this week.Same connect and Bobby continued to be genuine & respectful. In the end, the G70 did not suit my wife.So all the time he spent with us yielded him a no sale, yet we will return to test the new Santa Fe with him. A truly stand up guy and consummate professional.Earnhardt is fortunate to have Bobby representing their Brand.

Love the valet service for my 2019 Genesis G70 - what a wonderful convenience! The gentleman who picked up and returned my vehicle was friendly and personable. Great dealership and the Genesis is the best value for the money of any luxury car on the market.

Great Service always no matter what you bring the car in for, although the Genesis is such a great car, it does not need much except for standard maintenance.

I bought my Genesis G-80 almost eight months ago and over that period I have left a least four messages with the individual (will leave his name out) who is responsible for answering questions on the technology of the car, and not once did he call me back. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail at this dealer. Very disappointed with my experience with the dealership. I have previously owned a Lexus, Cadillac, Mercedes and Infinity and never have I had an issue with those dealerships and service. Love my car, but, not the service. I will not be coming back for another purchase.

I purchased a Genesis at another dealership last weekend. I noticed an issue with the alignment, but Earnhardt is closer to where I live, so I went there. I thought they might try to charge me to do the re-alignment. Despite the fact that the alignment was still within the appropriate specs, they further fine tuned it and did not charge me. Paul, Adam, and Nasi were all very kind and helpful. Ill surely continue to take my car there for service in the future.
