This is a first class company. First of all they asked me if I needed a ride home which they would provide as my car was being worked on. Also they are very professional and did a complete evaluation of my car which I asked them to do. They were very honest and professional and their fees were reasonable. I have recommended them to my entire family.

Never thought I would LIKE a car place, but this is as good as it gets. They’re friendly and super honest. The diagnostic reports with pictures and honest feedback on what needs work and what can wait makes a huge difference. Been going there about 3-4 years with different vehicles, both old (2012 Camry) and new (2018 XC90 and 2020 suburban), and extremely happy with their service and pricing every time. We are moving out of town and I’m not too hopeful that I will be able to find a place I like and trust nearly as much as this place.

I will never go to another mechanic now that Ive found CarLife. The service was incredible. I appreciate the text service--they send you a link to access the repairs needed for your car. They rate those repairs in severity from non-urgent to urgent and they include pictures! Cassi was the person I spoke with and she was awesome. She answered all of my questions and I could feel that she was an honest person. I love the transparency in cost and how easy it was to communicate with the shop. Turn around time was fast, too. I scheduled an Appt on a Tuesday, dropped it off Tuesday night, and had it back before noon Wednesday. 10/10.

My car needed a lot of work after putting many miles on it over the past 12 months. The crew at CarLife did an excellent and very thorough inspection, and made sound recommendations. The work was completed very efficiently, and the total cost was less than expected. They were able to fit me in for a same day oil change appointment and I left extremely satisfied. Service was quick and they even texted me a hyperlink with my vehicles inspection report, prior to anything being preformed. The report showed points of inspection ‘passed, non urgent, and urgent’, very few places I’ve been to in the valley provided this much detail. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on!

Carlife was able to diagnose the issue immediately, and they worked with my insurance company to facilitate the repair. Once the insurance company gave Carlife the green light to do the repair, they were able to finish it within one day. Id highly recommend bringing your business to them.

They are honest, trustworthy and fair. I love their text message/email service with a full inspection with photos sent to me. It makes it easy to understand and see what is going on. They answer any questions I have. The entire staff is always friendly. I would recommend anyone to this shop!

We have used Carlife for the last couple of years and have been more than pleased with their work and professionalism. However, we just had an issue with the fuel door not opening due to accidentally bumping the food while open. Once closing the door we were unable to open it again. We took it to Carlife and explained this. They charged us over $130 to diagnose a problem that was already explained to them, marked up a fuel door housing by 40% and charged over $250 in labor. Total bill almost $400 for a bent fuel hinge. So disappointing as we feel as if we were really over charged. Since we’ve always been happy with their service before it’s sad that we don’t feel confident about taking our vehicles there in the future.

If you feel like you arent sure where to take your car, or who to trust with it, try this place! After taking my car to a dealership for many years and having bad experiences, I gave CarLife a try. Much much better. The thing I love the most is that they send pictures of your car while they work on it, so you can see for yourself what it looks like. This is something a dealership would NEVER do. Additionally, the prices are great too. You never feel like you are being overcharged and they do not push unnecessary work on to you. You only pay for what you need done. A bonus for me is that while the car is being worked on, I can run to Target, get coffee, or head to Guitar Center. Lots of options while you wait. Definitely have been happy coming here.

Be aware!! This place is a ripoff. Never thought I have to paid $415 dollars for a old infinity spare key. That’s outrageous compared to the dealerships. The lady named Aussie greeted you nice to get you in but then you in, you’re stuck. All I really hear echo is lie lie lie.I’ve to rent a hotel nearby because she told me she will take care of it first thing in the morning,but it didn’t till 6hrs later. My kids are furious because I’m late. She won’t compliment to pick me up, only 1 mile away. What a joke 🤬

I was sent by referral to have an issue fixed on my truck which was a diagnostic code found by a mechanic of another garage. The owner was kind initially then appeared crabby when I called to know the status. Ive been left soured with confusion. They completed what I asked them to fix, was told it didnt fix the problem I had wanted to fix and that there were 10 more codes which showed up as issues. What is confusing to me are a few things. For one, theyd rather do the diagnostic and fix accordingly and not go by another mechanics diagnostic test for codes before doing a repair. I understand that reasoning to a point. Well, apparently they did do a diagnostic test anyway because they told me there were 10 codes. And what confusing me more is that they didnt call me to discuss their finds or give me an option for an alternative fix. I respect that they wanted to do what I requested, however, they knew the issue I was having and I believe I could of at least been afforded an option or told hey, we found this and you might want to consider this instead. Secondly, upon picking up my truck I was not given a receipt or the codes they found were wrong with my truck.Ive worked for two independent Goodyear Service Centers and in my years of service weve never performed a diagnostic and not give the client a copy or not called them when we found something BEFORE fixing their car. Matter of fact, weve had clients come in and want something fixed, Id write the ticket and our mechanics manager would call the customer after checking out the problem because he found a better solution. Ive run out the door to catch people leaving without their receipt, even mailed them. That type of service gave us return customers.Now, this place came highly recommended. So, Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and say it may have been an off day, we all have them.My truck runs better than it did and still need a few tweaks. Ive taken step to complete each code I have and each time it helps a bit. Eventually it will be a final fix like the pieces of a puzzle.Would I return to CarLife Auto Repair? Well, my first experience wasnt a good one so I dont see reason to go back for seconds. Unless someone can give me a good reason for a second chance.

But, I though I must write one for CarLife.There is so much good I could say but, I’ll just say that I have been bringing my cars to CarLife in Scottsdale for years and Never had an issue, Never got charged for unnecessary work and Never have been disappointed. What made me write a review this time was the work and service I got on my wife’s car. I brought it for a rattling I kept on hearing in the mornings thinking it was the heatplate but they went to the source of the problem; the motor mounts! I would’ve not guessed that!But, when the motor mounts were replaced and took the car home, the rattling came back but different this time. Brought it back and Without giving me a hard time, they took the car and they noticed the motor mounts were too rigid for the car; so they replaced them all for softer ones.I know that if that had happened at a different shop, they would’ve given me a hard time; believe me I had had that type of experience somewhere else. But Elsie and team stepped up and got it resolved in a stellar way!!I know right now they are conveniently located near me. But, I know that I would drive across the valley to bring my cars to CarLife!!

The receptionist was very cordial and she immediately addressed my needs. Not once did she ignore me(which you see at alot of bodyshops and auto repair). They offered me a ride and explained what needed to be done. The place was immaculate, and she was well groomed.

Last week I had the unfortunate experience of needing service because the car would not come out of park. While I did everything from checking fuses to the owners manual for a release switch location, and nothing was working, I called AAA for a tow from Mesa to Scottsdale CARLIFE because I wanted the car to go to people I TRUST. I called and spoke to Elsie explaining what happened and that my car was on the way. After they checked it out, keep in mind working it in because it was a roadside failure, they promptly called and explained what the problem was, how much it would be to repair it, and they could get it done by close of business that day! I knew there was a reason I liked these folks!! Honest, efficient, accurate and fair. Then I threw in the curveball. Could you also change the oil and rotate the tires being Im only 1150 miles from that service?, We sure can! That was exactly what I wanted and needed to hear. We live in Globe was down in Scottsdale for my mother in laws dr appointment for her lung cancer appointment then she wanted to go shopping at Goodwill. When I parked my truck I smelt the strong smell of antifreeze and after investigating it the radiator in our truck let go. First of all, Elsie is a GEM!!! Its so rare to find a car repair facility that you can trust. Elsies personality and insane knowledge about my car was unreal. I dont know many guys (if any) who know more about a car than she does, and her natural way of dealing with me was impressive. I felt like I knew her for years and she made me feel very comfortable that I was at the right place. The repair was fast and much more affordable then I would have thought and Elsie made me feel right at home while I waited. CARLIFE is the real deal and Elsie is the greatest!!!!

Casi and their staff are awesome. I need a small job done, and felt guilty taking up their time to do it. Casi said thats what were here for. I stopped in yesterday, they did the minor repair w/ only a 5 minute wait and didnt even charge me. I take all 3 of my vehicles there, and I trust them to be honest and fair with their work. Their shop is high quality, and they text you as you get your work done. I couldnt recommend them more highly.

Ive been coming to Car Life for several years, starting at their first location in Glendale. Since I moved to the other side of the valley, about two years ago, Ive been been coming to this location.I have found the advice and patience of everyone here to be amazing, specifically of Elsie. The prices are fair and they never try to push anything I dont need, but will ensure Im aware of the immediate and long term needs of my Lexus.Its a great shop, and Im happy to entrust them with the safe operation of my car.

Amazing experience, saved 50% by choosing them over honda. Had a plane to catch and was able to get work done quickly, next day. Very friendly. Spent some time waiting for vehicle, bathroom was pristine so bonus points. Keep it up!!

The quality of service I have received at Carlife Scottsdale has been consistently excellent. I have taken my Jeep Liberty there for maintenance and for any extraordinary issues (my a/c compressor had to be replaced today) and each time I was very pleased with the service. The pricing is very reasonable, they offer shuttle service and the waiting area is very comfortable. Elsie, the store manager worked with me on the a/c compressor issue as it was an unexpected expense. She agreed to take a reduced amount today and let make payments on the balance. I really appreciate her kindness as well as the excellent service I have consistently received at this location. I would recommend Carlife Scottsdale to anyone who is looking for a clean, well run, car repair shop that consistently offers excellent service.

Love this place! Elsie and her team are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Love getting texts messages to let me know exactly what services will cost. The online service overview with embedded pictures is a great feature. Last visit they found a strut leaking hydraulic fluid and snapped a pic for me which I could then send to the dealership (still under warranty). Also re-checked my brake measurements after dealership told me they were in urgent need of replacement--even showed me the measurements myself. (Dealership was NOT being truthful.) And they drive me to work, about 3 miles away, after I drop my car off. Awesome!

You simply cannot do better than Elsie and her crew. I used to completely DREAD taking my car in for service.....up selling....attitude.....you name it...it is prevalent in the industry.Elsie the owner will know you by name....and what needs to be done gets done...quickly and well. I no longer worry about taking the car in....that is a weight off my shoulders ... and Im grateful to have people and a place I can count on.

Clean, professional and honest. Id give 4 of 5 stars only because it takes 1.5 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate the quality, but it shouldnt take that long. If you have the time, then come here. They offer a shuttle/rental service too.

Well, people...my turbo fell off (rpm goes up, but I dont get up and go very quickly). Elsie and her crew figured it out quickly and painlessly. They took care of me and my turbo baby. I am a faithful customer to this business. I go for oil changes and routine maintenance and have referred them to quite a few friends...always a good review.

Heading back to New Mexico after taking my friend home from surgery at Mayo I decided she needed cleanest air possible and wanted to change cabin filter in my Subaru. After calling around Scottsdale and getting nowhere I found Carlife. I spoke to Elsie and not only did she have the part, she told me to come right in and she would take care of it. I was surprised to find her at the front desk and she immediately took my keys and took the car in. The repair was done in 15 minutes and for half the price I had been quoted elsewhere. I told her I felt like I was in an alternate reality. If I ever have any car trouble in Scottsdale I know where I will be heading. I first heard about this place from my cousin. I went in with her when she got her car serviced and they were so helpful with her and explained everything they doing with her car so well that I decided to bring my car here and they were so helpful with my car, explaining what was wrong with my car and the best solution to get it fixed, whether it was now or later in the future. They even went as far as to speak with my dad, because he lives out of state, and tell him what was going on with my car. This place is super nice and clean. The waiting area looks more like a custom home than a car repair shop. And the professionalism is definitely a cut Above other places. Once I took it in for an oil chance and they also replaced a vacuum hose for free. Very nice place, highly recommend.
