AIRPARK AUTO CLI NIC (AAC) deserves a 10 STAR REVIEW.They have been taking care of my Infinity G 35 for several years.My 2004 G 35 (manual transmission) is 17+ yrs old & does 0 to 60 in 5.5 seconds.The EXCEPTIONAL care of the owner Alex, Ted & his staff is the reason I have no intention in trading my car in anytime soon.It runs better than the day I drove off the lot brand new.An example of their quality diagnosis & service....AAC changed the air conditioner blower motor several years back & anytime I have a passenger with me they all say can you please turn down the AC....its freezing....(Not bad for a $300 blower motor repair), I can only imagine what an Infinity Dealership would have said I needed & would have charged.I could go on & on with numerous positive outcomes.Alex & his staff have consistently gone ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations in taking care of my G 35 needs. Just brought in both of my cars: both German diesels. Oil changes and using the right oil and filter is critical to maintaining these diesels and these guys knew exactly what to do. Price was also very competitive and I was in and out with both in less than 2hrs. Very happy.

Been using Airpark Auto for 8 years. At one point they were servicing all 4 of our cars. Now some of the kids are on their own and they know where to go when they need help. I never have to worry about Alex or Ted taking advantage of young drivers, especially girls, who arent that interested in whats going on under the hood. They only fix and maintain what needs to be done. Yes, over the years I have price shopped them, as expected, but like I said, we have been loyal customers for 8 years. Everyone still treats us as though we are new customers walking thru the doors for the first time. The service is still always great and the only thing that has changed is that Alexs beard has gotten a bit grayer. Sincerely hope that these trying times do not impact his business negatively.

Alex and Ted were wonderful! The A/C went out in my suv when AZ was experiencing 119 temperatures. Ted was able to get me in the same day, ordered all the parts, and my suv was finished by the next morning. The A/C now blows colder than it ever did before! I highly recommend this place if you need fast, quality service. The communication was great, the shop was clean, and they even let me get on their wifi so I could work while I waited for my wife to pick me up. Superior service.

I cannot recommend this auto shop enough. I was recommended to go to this shop by a friend of mine and I have to say that I will now be recommending this shop to everyone I know. In an industry that is often extremely frustrating and costly, Airpark Auto Clinic was a breath of fresh air to work with.They were transparent, honest, and straightforward throughout the entire process. I had a gas tank leak they broke down the cost (which was very competitive) and they even held the part just to show it to me at the end.

We found Airpark Auto Clinic about a year ago and have had our bmw and Lexus serviced by them. They treat you like family - they are considerate of your time and frustrating car issue - they are thoughtful in the way they treat you - and they are very fair only doing the necessary repairs and a good price.

I had my brakes replaced on a Friday and then didnt pick up my car on time before they closed. I worked over the weekend and needed a car and was freaking out because they were closed for the weekend. The owner, Alex, checked the company email and saw my plea for help and met me at the building after hours on the weekend to get me my car. Then texted me a few days later to make sure everything was working well. I really appreciate you guys!

Alex and his team were an absolute breath of fresh air to work with. For me and many car owners going to a auto shop is almost as bad as having to go to a dentist. I walked in and felt genuinely welcomed. I had some noise from my struts and they were able to replace it by the next day! I can’t express how appreciative I am with the expedient and awesome service I received here. Their techs were friendly and happy to walk me through exactly what was going on and a couple options to fix it from the cheapest possible way to replacing all parts needed. When I got a break down of the parts and labor I did some research on the parts they used and it was right in line with cost from factory. I will be entrusting all 3 of my vehicles with them till the end of time and if this helps anyone I would implore you to do the same.

My son first went here on the recommendation of a neighbor when he had a major problem with a vehicle he purchased. Since then, we have become regular customers and big fans of Airpark Auto Clinic. I have had a variety of daunting problems with a high mileage vehicle (such as problems with leaks, the engine, passing emissions testing, etc). I could go on and on in this review about the different situations where repairs were needed. But suffice it to say that Chandler and Alex always go way out of their way to help, and to do repairs at as reasonable a cost as possible. The bottom line is that they do quality work and provide great service at fair prices.

My 2010 Mercedes Benz SLK350 was diagnosed needing new tires (rear tires, especially) with only 19000 miles which Alex could not reasonably provide. He directed me to Costco (as an authorized dealer with discount repairs) who was able to provide four new Michelins at an incredible price point and value. The B service was incredibly reasonable, efficient, and thorough. The shop itself is modern and spotless and the wait time was minimal. Need to kill time? I was having overheating issues while driving to Tuscon From Phoenix. Had my vehicle towed to Airpark Auto Mechanic thought they were trusted because they are AAA approved. This was not the case. It was after hours and there is no drop box to leave keys. When talking to the mechanics they seem very nice the whole time i talked to them. When it came to a diagnosis. They tried to charge me $500.00 for a diagnosis, $300 to see if the engine block was cracked and $200 to $300 to get the head and valves tested. This price was outrageous to just diagnose the issue. Paid to have my vehicle towed to another mechanic and it turned out that it just needed a thermostat and new water pump total cost of repair $355.00 at another shop. Dont trust how nice these people are.

If I could give a zero I would this place stole my water pump and our gasket. We bought our parts from auto zone brand new and payed air park to install the parts for us. When we though all was well a few days later our car started leaking fluid again and when we called they never called us back. We thought maybe it was just condensation but then we had to drive to Dallas and all of a sudden our car started leaking dramatically. We found a nice little shop right outside of Dallas that gave us a free exam and told us the water pump was leaking and that it was the original water pump in other words had never before been changed. I was totally shocked and so sad that someone would actually take my parts that I bought from people I trusted. Never going there again.

Thank you to Alex and everyone there I did not have a rolls Royce but I was treated so good as if I was driving a rolls Royce . The experience was positive and great detail and expertise I feel safe in my vehicle I say 5 stars!
