Jean was so helpful throughout the entire car buying process. I saw the listing online and he promptly emailed me all the info about the car including the Carfax. Once at the lot, I was greeted with excellent service and respect without ever feeling pressured. Jean gave me a very fair price on the car, talked me through financing options, and processed all the paperwork on the spot. Great place and great people. Got the car I wanted with a reasonable price in two hours and they got me a fairly good interest rate on the loan. Everything’s transparent, no surprise. I give 4 stars because I only got one key and it only works when I am within 20 foot diameter. Other than that, I am really happy with the car.

This dealer will screw you as hard as they can. Check the Kelly blue book valve of a car before you buy one!!!!

Pro: Buying experience was fast and easy. The whole process took about 30 minutes.Con: Salesman became difficult to reach after car was sold. Was told there are two keys available for my car and the key tag clearly shows there are two keys come with the car. Then was told there is only one key after I signed the contract and what they told me was a mistake (false advertisement?). Then was promised by John I will get my second key as soon as I pay the down payment (which was paid). If I was told there was only one key to begin with and before I sign the contract then I would be fine. But I specifically asked John and was told there were two and that was what both of us agreed upon. Have been fighting back and forth for two weeks and its going to be the third week. I will bring this case to the BBB and the FTC if it doesnt get resolve.

Let’s just start off by saying what a great place to do business! Very helpful and friendly. Was just looking around at there inventory and say a beautiful Audi A7 and the gentleman John was helping me told me to hope in and take it for a test drive and see how I like it,feel in love with it next thing you know I’m signing paper work on it.
