The Chapman Auto Team make it convenient to get your car serviced! Not only was it easy to set up a same week appointment to have my Jeep looked at, the team quickly found the issue and ordered the new parts immediately. I felt they were respectful of my time as they easily set me up with a nice rental car at no cost to me! The team is open and honest about what the car is needing and the options we have. I worked with Dan B. and truly felt he had my best interests in mind and that he was working for me as a customer! I’ve worked with him in the past and trust him to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Dan is the man! Would definitely recommend Chapman Auto. I drive more than 30 minutes just to come to the best!

I would not recommend this service department to anyone! I took my jeep in for a recurring issue with my ignition and my key. They also diagnosed some engine ticking and I spent $2200 to have them correct that. In that cost was an $80 charge to replace my windshield washer fluid parts which were working fine. Upon picking up my jeep, there was an electronic issue that I didn’t have before their work on my ignition. I took it back it, but they claimed this was not their fault and simply a coincidence that it began after leaving their shop. I asked them to cover the simple and cheap repair of this issue, but they refused. So, now I have paid for services I never needed and they refuse to correct an issue that began at their shop. I won’t be back.

My first call to Greg in parts was very well received. Greg listened to my concerns and why I needed immediate attention. Greg personally walked over to Ruth and assured me I was in good hands. Ruth listened just as well and made an appointment for me for the very next morning. I was there on time for my appointment at 9 am and was out the door on time in just a few hours. Problem solved and I couldnt be happier. The attention to detail and the true understanding of what needed to be done was nothing short of professional. I cant thank this team enough. This is the most incompetent service center I have ever dealt with, took my truck in for warranty work, they had my truck for nearly two weeks never fixed the original problem. Hard to get a hold of a real person when calling and asking about progress, parts are always a day away. When they finally got the parts it wasn’t the problem. Turns out to be the electronic brake module which is back order for 6 months but they have absolutely no problem telling you tough $hit when it’s its obviously a safety issue with the brakes. Zero integrity, zero customer service and the service manager doesn’t know a thing about how vehicles work or why vehicles should have fully functioning brake systems or how that could be dangerous for my young family including a new born and 7yo. I have never dealt with such horrible service, if you’re looking for a dealer service center steer very clear of this place!

Probably the best service I’ve had at any car dealership. The service department is well organized, the service advisors are knowledgeable about the vehicles, and they have Lyft as an option if you don’t want to wait for your vehicle. Ruth, my service advisor, was personable, kind, and was able to get everything I needed to be fixed taken care of and the parts ordered without a hassle.

The dealership are clean and sanitized. From what I could tell there was a regular routine for cleaning the bathrooms and keeping the place safe. My salesman, Michael Brill, was awesome. James in financing was wonderful to work with.Very pleased with our new (used) Ram 2500.Brought it home today. 🙂

When I arrived the first time I had an appointment the guy I was working with was not on it so I left and rescheduled when I went back for the reschedule I worked with Chris Bradford who has awesome customer service. He was friendly, polite and respectful. He greeted me, I told him what I wanted him to check and he would get on it. I told him what I might need and he was honest about what my vehicle needed. Never coming back to this location. Would not recommend at all!! Came here twice to do an oil change, and the first time thought they had made a simple mistake by leaving something loose underneath the car. Had a big piece of the oil panel fall off while driving. Second time, went back for another oil change.. drove my car the next day now its overheating. Car was perfectly fine before we took it in for an oil change. They are careless, and sloppy!

I recently purchased a used 2017 Lexus ES 350 from here. Peter is my salesman, he is very friendly, professional and not pushy at all. Peter earns a 5 star. However, the service department only earns a 3 star. First, they kept postponing the rim rash repair they promised. Secondly, when they finally had the chance to take care of it, they did it the cheap way. They basically just sanded the damaged area and repaint it without filler. The rims do look a little better from a distance, but if you want high quality repair, go somewhere else.

There are not enough words in the world to describe the level of professionalism and customer service that my Service Advisor has shown me. Christopher Bradford greeted me when I came in for an oil change for one of my Rams and I informed him of other problems I had, he referred me to an advisor on the main line for those repairs. Yet he still was in contact with me about those repairs even though it went to another advisor. I am the Vice President for American Ram Club Arizona and we will be recommending members to come see Chris whenever they need work and come in to see him! Thanks again Chris!

This establishment is way more courteous and conversation friendly, even with a lot of people they still took care of me in a swift manner compared to the Tempe or the Bill Luke location. If you need something done go here, plus a 15 mile lyft if your service takes longer than expected.

Horrible service experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I took my car in to get the AWD system checked and radiator replaced. When I got the car back the AC was making a weird noise so I took it back in. I was told the AC motor needs to be replaced even though it wasnt an issue and making any noise before I brought it in. They did not take any responsibility for messing up my car and insisted they were not at fault. Do yourself a favor and save your time, money and frustration. Go to a different dealership.

I scheduled a 9am oil change and tire rotation appointment. Was told on the phone it would take 1 1/2 hours. Once I got there on time and checked in, my service advisor told me it would take 2 hours. I was planning to wait at the dealership while it was serviced and even though it was a bit longer than originally was told to me, I did choose to wait.I ended up waiting 3 hours total for an oil change and a tire rotation.Once it was finished, my service advisor made a comment something to the effect of Did you get pretty bored waiting back there. There was zero apology for the long wait or thank you for being patient with us.Once I got in my car it smelled like oil, there were no protective coverings on the floor mats, and it did not get run through the car wash.

Great Service and Price. Wanted to share a few items. I went to Chapman Ram (Scottsdale, AZ) and was Very Happy with a RAM 2500 Laramie Mega Cab that I ordered and purchased. Price was good, service and follow-up was great and consistent. Again, Chapman Ram was very good to me and thanks to Renate, Tyler F, and Lui.Side note; Chapman Ram was the second dealership I went to after the first Ram dealership in my town of Gilbert provided what I felt was poor customer service and rather pushy tactics (would not recommend).

My husband and I always go to Chapman Dodge Jeep Ram in Scottsdale for service of our 2 Jeep Wranglers. Unfortunately this time around, Chapman couldnt make us the right deal on our new vehicles and/or they did not have what we wanted, and had to purchase our Jeeps elsewhere, we ALWAYS take our Jeep Wranglers to Chapman because they are honest, friendly, professional and always show that they care about us, the customer. No other Dealership that we have gone to goes out of their way like Chapman. If you want the best service for your vehicle, Chapman in Scottsdale is the ONLY PLACE to go. Then I still was going to buy the car and right before signing the contract their service manager comes over and says there is a recall on the vehicle which is brand new... Went to buy a used truck and we agreed on a price Mike, The Sales Manager, and my father signed the agreement. We put $500 as a guarantee we were going to pick up the vehicle. Then they told us they needed to check the vehicle, OK, it should be ready in 2 or 3 days. Then they said the finance company wanted the vehicle to have a warranty. Vehicle is 20 years old but this warranty from Chapman Dodge. I already have Car Shield for my vehicles which is better than the warranty they tried to sell me for $2000. We told them NO We Have a DEAL they said OK the truck is being checked now to give them 2 or 3 days, OK.Now they said the truck has something major to repair and they cant sell it so they were going to return my $500.I call them asking for the truck as a new interested buyer and another sales man said Let me check to see if its still available? He gets back to me in a couple of minutes and said Yes its available I could schedule a test drive and see the truck. They Didnt like the amount they agreed on and signed after the Deal was Done. They only want to Rip People Off Cant Trust A Dealership Like Chapman Dodge Because They CANT KEEP A DEAL!!!

Went in after getting promotional mail that had a great offer on service and was disappointed that I drove all the way up to Scottsdale only to have someone tell me, verbatim, I can see why you would think this is such a great deal, but if you read the fine print... if a business has to be misleading just to get you in the door, imagine the sleaze youll be dealing with as a customer. The only good thing to come from this is the knowledge that I wasted my time to find this out so you wont have to.

My truck sat for an entire week 7 days I called 12 times within that week, nobody could return a phone call much less give me answers when I did call. Incredibly horrible services. Saw their red 2017 54k miles F350 online for 69k. Called and spoke to Fidel who assured me it is 72k before the 7k in fees. Clearly they manipulate the numbers on the fly.Saw another 2017 F350 with a higher quality trim for 56k and 4K more miles.Shop elsewhere before you go to these guys. They use the old bait and switch.Dishonesty lost them this sale.And do your research. All the fees they are trying to impose on you with even a used vehicle are all nicole and dime fees.Invest your money in an honest dealership.Don’t trust Fidel at this dealer ship who is in direct reflection of management and theway they do business...... I took my car in for regular service and got the oil and break fluid replaced back on March 14th. I took my car to another dealership today for a parts recall and after the inspection was told that the break fluid was in critical need of replacement. The trip odometer since my last service wasnt even past 400 miles. To verify, I took my car to the regular mechanic my family has been going to for years and they also agreed that the break fluid couldnt have been replaced at my last service. I have the work order and receipt showing they charged me for a service that two different mechanics agreed wasnt actually done.

Honestly I will NEVER come back to this dealership again even if they have the vehicle I have been wanting for YEARS. I was left to walk the lot for about 30-40 minutes, even asked to speak with someone and was caught with attitude from the front desk. I asked where the bathroom was and they pretended I wasnt there. I went searching for it and was lucky enough to find it.Still waited for a sales rep to speak to and literally no one was there at all. It was like a ghost town. I felt that I didnt belong there and that no one wanted to help me whatsoever. I finally just got back in the car with my service animal and drove away because of how unwelcoming this business was. I honestly have never felt this way in a long time. And was very saddened to witness that people still judge others or treat other poorly.I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I called and schedule a repair on my 2017 Ram 1500.0 I explained to the advisor it has an exhaust leak from the passenger side exhaust manifold.. She explained to me this is a very common problem with the Hemi. (After doing some online research this is product defect by Ram). I asked her the cost range for the repair and she stated $550.00 (which seemed high). I asked her why if Ram is aware of the issues its not covered under a recall and she stated good question. She advised I call Ram Customer Service and see if they will assist. I made the call and only excuses as my truck was 2000 miles out of the 5/60K coverage. So, I called back set the appointment which I was given the exact time of 12:30pm on 7/26/2021. When I dropped it off I had a male service advisor and told him I needed the truck back by 7/30/2021 and was told that should not be a problem. I called on the 30th no response, I then called and ask to speak with a manager and was transferred to a blind voicemail (no sure who the VM went to). I called again expressed my problem to the person who answered the phone and she told me she will get me a live person to resolve the issue. After holding 10 minutes she came back and stated the manager is ties up but is aware of the issues and will call me right back (no response)? I called again on 8/5/2021 and left another message. On 8/6/2021 I receive a text message with a link to show the needed repair and the cost was $780.00? I called the dealership back on 8/7/2021 a 9am and again nobody was available to take my call? I elected to respond to the text addressing my concerns about the cost and the time to respond. ** The response I received was Hello Sir, I had sent a quote over before? I responded and said this is the first message and you failed to respond to any of my concerns (again never heard back from the dealership). Today 8/10/2021 I sent a message at 7:11am stating please let me know what the status of my truck as its has now been 3 weeks. 7/11/2021 11am still no response so I called again and was put to a blind voicemail again! I called back and asked to speak with the GM and was send to another VM! I left a message and still have not heard back... Chapman Dodge Ram has cost me over $500.00 in rental car charges!! They clearly do not care about the customer and from other reviews it seems this is common!!

Zero I e department can’t answer a phone call, return a phone call, or en email for that matter. Waited 15 minutes in service line without being approached, waiting another 15 minutes after informing front desk I was there for an appointment. My suggestion is to use another dealership. Also, their pricing on services seems much higher than other valley dealerships. Would not recommend this dealership.

Ive had very good experiences here, was just here today for oil change and a recall issue ony Jeep. The service advisors have always been very nice, all the staff have been incredibly nice. I know its a job, but they do it well and it makes the visit easier.When you pull up your greeted by a very personable staff member who lets youre assigned service adviser know that youre there. Then the service advisor comes out to double check what youre there for. They use plastic to protect your car, its just a very positive experience (aside from the fact that Im taking my car in for servicing ☺️),they make it as positive as possible. The only suggestion I would have for them is they have two TVs and the waiting room, maybe not have both of them be on sports, not everyone wants to watch sports.

My experience with Chapman Dodge was very pleasurable and stress free. We came in from out of state because they were the only dealer that had the vehicle we needed with the options we wanted and willing to work with the auto buying service we were using. Daryl was our sales contact. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We did almost everything over the phone and online on the drive out!He was very respectful of our time and the fact that we were making a 6 hour drive to purchase the car. He was waiting for us when we arrived with our new car parked out front. Everything was ready to go. He immediately began going over all the features of the car with us and setting up the technology stuff. He then turned us over to Nick in finance who was very friendly and personable and fast! We were done signing paperwork in about 45 minutes. Probably would have been faster if we didnt enjoy chatting with Nick so much! These guys went above and beyond to make our experience great! It was totally worth the drive out to Scottsdale. Would do it again for sure. We went through so many shady dealers and sales staff before we found this dealer. They were truly a blessing. Awful. Made an appointment to get my oil changed at 7:15 am. Dropped the car off. Called several times throughout the day and no one could give me an update. At 2:45 someone lied to me and said it was up on the blocks getting the oil changed. My husband went to pick it up at 5. Nothing had been done. We were lied to by this entire team of totally incompetent workers. Do not bring your car here!! Took the keys and left and will get the oil changed somewhere where it wont take several days...

Very Rarely do I give 5 stars, this morning was one of those days. After a long drive in from Canada I walked in unbeknownst to Marc at the service counter and introduced myself. I asked him about my Jeep and the tire having a foreign object In the tread. He then directed my to Chad, he grabbed my keys and drove off parking it in the bay. The store is clean very clean, everyone’s extremely friendly especially being Canadian. They couldn’t of taken care of me any better! Awesome job everyone! I had become increasingly disappointed with the dealership where I usually take my Jeep, and when they told me it would take 3 days just to tell me what was wrong with it, I decided to take it to Chapman. My 2011 Jeep GC badly needed a lot of suspension work and it was going to be a large expense for me. I am thrilled to say that I received phenomenal customer service at every step of the process. My service advisor Eric was a rock star, providing accurate timelines, and consistent updates. He worked with me on some tough decisions, and explained things very thoroughly. The work was nothing short of perfection and the vehicle drives like new! I wish Id brought it in 30k miles ago. I had been shopping for a Ram 2500 crew cab in billet gray and Chapman had recently received one. I have been shopping and communicating with several other dealerships on other trucks when I walked into the show room, pre approved, to see this truck.My sales person Brittany was fantastic. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and do extensive research and homework before I purchase. When I walk into a show room, it’s because I’m ready to buy, know what I want, what a reasonable offer is and what I’m willing pay. It was obvious that Britany immediately picked up on this and dispensed with the BS. We spent a few minutes nailing down the numbers and the rest was wrapping up paperwork. I do most of the work before I walk in so that I don’t have to waste time once I get there and I very much appreciate when this is reciprocated and it was throughout the entire process. Will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Warning! Theyre happy to help you when youre buying a vehicle, but its almost impossible to get a hold of service. Ive never been able to get a call back. Ive literally had to drive down there and stand in front of them to get answers. Horrible experience! When buying a vehicle, look for a service department with good reviews, not this one.

Processing was simple enough.They did not have a courtesy vehicle for me after saying they would, but did get me a lift to enterprise. Which will be at the company expense for 24 hrs. If my truck has to stay in longer. The rental cost will then be up to me. Fair enough, i guess

We love a good scam, unfortunately this is the 1st and only one we have fallen for but Im not exactly sure who on the marketing team thought it would be a good idea to trick people into thinking they won $1000 prize when in reality it was a $50 voucher. Yes, our fault for falling for a scam and trusting a car dealership but I cant imagine who thought it would be a good idea to get people through the door under false pretenses and then try to sell them a car? We actually happen to be in the market for a car for my boyfriend (Toyota RAV4) which I saw on the ad but will be taking my business directly to a Toyota dealership or 3rd party seller other than Chapman. Dont love snail mail spam thats a lie tacky and terrible business practice.

Just try by yourself, starting that they take forever to answer a call, and after they answer super nicely the advisers never call you back fir an appointment, I been trying for a call back service and diagnostic service for almosta month and after 7 times that they answer they promise to have an adviser ti call me for service and never do

Wasn’t a bad experience as far as car dealerships go, just couldn’t come to agreement on price. Typical experience where sales guy runs back and forth to sales manager on price. Car was going to auction this week and needed some repairs. We were probably off by not that much, not sure why they would rather take less from the wholesaler. We were ready to buy, oh well. We will keep looking..UPDATEJust wanted to give a quick update on my experience. The general manager (Renate Steinbach) reached out to see what she could do to help. She was beyond awesome, and helped us work out a deal where everyone was happy. My wife picked up the car this afternoon and is thrilled. I am changing my rating to 5 stars as Ms. Steinbach went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I needed another car...

Excellent dealer at least for the service area they are the best, I went from NV to Arizona to vacation with my family and my dodge grand caravan 20 minutes before arriving started to like jumping in the back or something like that at first I thought it was a flat tire but was not because the next day none of the tires were flat, I was definitely in trouble because I had to go back to NV. I decided to go to this dealer to check what happens and They automatically decided that my tires werent good .They were very professional, the service area was very clean and the service was fast even without an appointment.I have to say thanksss DAN BOARDMAN and the young guy who was working with him that day tuesday 15 about about 10 am, I also I have to say thankss to another guy who came outside with DAN and the young guy and was who detected what was the problem in my van .thanks to all of you guyss!!!!!!!

From my initial interaction with Ruth along with meeting the service manager (Mike), this was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at a dealership. Don’t come here if you expect to not be spoken to. Walked around the lot for about an hour with my service animal and had no one come out to speak to me. This wasn’t the first time this has happened to me. I walked inside and no one greeted me, I asked where the restroom was and was given an attitude when responded. I just feel like if I went somewhere else I wouldn’t have had this kind of experience. I sincerely hope no one else has experienced this here.

I bought a 2017 Prius in January. My niece, who works for a different dealership, accompanied me. I had made an appt to see the car so it was sitting in front of the office. We walked around it many times looking it over and took it for a test drive. It had no accident report and seemingly was in great condition. We went and got food while the salesman drew up paperwork to buy. We were gone 20 min. When we got back I signed paperwork...the sales person seemed very nervous at this point but signed anyway.It was dark when we got home. The next morning I noticed a huge dent on the passenger side, with grease and dirt still in it. I contacted Chapmans many times....to no avail. While we went to get food someone ran into it and they knew it. They are dishonest and would recommend anyone looking fora car to seek another dealership!

This is the second car we’ve purchased from Chapman Dodge Scottsdale. The staff there is genuinely nice. The young man who sold us the car has an infectious positive energy which I really appreciated. The finance “sign here here and here and initial here and here...” was super kind too. As a mask wearer during this pandemic, I was also happy that, although Scottsdale lifted the mandate on mask wearing, many of the employees still wore their mask. I witnessed their public area cleaning process and felt very safe. Overall, the experience was amazing and stress-free! Thank you!

Saleswoman was checked out before we even made it back from touring the lot. We were asking for a new vehicle so she couldnt have cared less. Thanks for a waste of my time. Your sales staff is awful if she is a representation of your crew. The service dept is on the other hand great. Dennis is a great tech. Too bad sales was beyond sub par.

Not one to write reviews but this location has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. First time the general manager blatantly lied to my face explaining i wasn’t able to cancel my Mopar care warranty. I ended up having to contact Mopar care representatives to assist and they easily issued me a refund for care not used. The second time I went in, I went to get my truck serviced and they were literally pulling cars around mine in the service line as I stood outside my truck waiting to be assisted for a good 30 minutes WITH an appointment. Not to mention I was one of the first customers there the minute the store opened. I will never step foot near or recommend this dealer to anyone.

While I haven’t always been a fan of dealers, I have to give props to Ruth in the service department. She helped me through a very difficult and expensive fix when my SRT threw a piston misfire code while backing out of my driveway. The deplorable quality by Mopar’s hydraulic lifters in the SRT that year are another story! In spite of a complete lifter and camshaft fail at 58,000 miles, Ruth showed great empathy, gave me a loaner car, and really worked hard to bring down the price of the repair. The techs who rebuilt my engine were also amazing. Communication was awesome too. I hope you never have to have repair I did. But I do acknowledge the empathy that Ruth and team showed in bringing my favorite car ever back to life!

Jordan, service advisor is the best service advisor there hands down. I’ll keep coming back there because he was so professional, courteous, and friendly! He even walked me out to my truck instead of tossing me the keys and pointing at it from the bay lol. I’ve worked at a dealership and this guy deserves more than $25/hour because if he doesn’t get paid that, I’ll gladly recruit him to a job in the mortgage industry that pays at least that.

Took my truck in for a simple oil, filters change and tire rotation. Service department quickly transferred me to the quick lube arm of their business because they could complete the service much quicker than the two hrs. it would take the service department techs. Seems that gentlemen only takes care of the big ticket items. Never seen that before.Representative was excited about how much money he could save me over the typical dealership. Great! This service at any other dealership takes 1.5 to 2 hrs. to complete and costs approximately 500.00. The service took Chapman five hrs. to complete. Reason, a great deal of time trying to upsell. List was comprised of many items with an approximate cost of 2,000.00. They claimed an issue existed that they could correct for around 200.00. Windshield wiper sprayers needed replaced. Claimed the tubes were all hooked up but when I got it home a checked. Task took about one minute and I found the tubes were not hooked up. Coupled the tubes together and wiper sprayers worked like new.I reviewed the receipt and identified they used non synthetic oil. This decision was the obvious driver in their cost savings plan. Instead, I now need to complete an additional service in half the mileage run. No savings but a huge inconvenience. I will now schedule an appointment at another dealership and pay to have the oil drained and replaced with synthetic.In the end, service took twice the amount of time to complete, cost was aligned with any other dealership, they utilized an oil product that forces me to complete another service in half the time as usual.Best part of my experience, they scheduled a Lyft driver to take me home and bring me back when service was completed. Needless to say, Chapman Ram has been removed from my places to conduct business list. Only recommendation I will provide is the recommendation to go elsewhere for Ram service.Mike Ellis, In appreciate the clarification regarding the blended vs full synthetic oil utilized and the clarification on how you prioritize service dependent on whether the customer remains on site.

I had to take my car into get serviced after hitting the curb. It needed quit a few things repaired to say the least. My service advisor, Dan Boardman, was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept me in the loop, sent me pictures of exactly what was broken, and got my car to me quickly. Especially considering how much had to be replaced. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which can be the case when you’re a women at a dealership/ auto body shop. He, as well as all of the other service advisors there, are great. I have taken my car in for oil changes and alignments before, too. Always great service!!
