I have been dealing with Right Toyota for 14 years now. Iβve always been very pleased with their service in the past, but this last service left a lot to be desired. I took my car in to the dealership at 2:20 pm. At 5:00 pm, I was the last person in the waiting room and no one had called me about my car. So I went over to the room where all of the service intake men have their own stations. Only one man in a white shirt was left in the room. Presumably a worker from the garage came to help me. He found my paperwork on the desk, told me my car was done, that there was no charge today, and brought my car out. One of the items I had asked to have checked was the tire inflation pressure as the service light for that was lit up since temperatures have dropped. It was still lit up when I left the garage and I had to take the car to Discount Tire to get the inflation pressure in the tires adjusted. This is just not the quality of service I have come to expect from Right Toyota!
Everything was great from my first phone inquiry to walking out the door with my favorite SUV and keys. My salesperson, Aidyn, was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the features on my vehicle even though it wasnt a Toyota; that was impressive! Kent, the Finance Manager, was equally at the top of his profession. He got us in and out of the dealership quicker than any other dealership Ive dealt with. The Sales Dept didnt play the back and forth game at all and gave me the best price for my trade-in and new vehicle without dragging the process out for hours. Their receptionist, Nancy, readily got the appropriate person every time we had a question.I would recommend Right Toyota to everyone & I would gladly make the trip from Benson again.Great job Right Toyota!!!

Im 7 months in to enjoying my 21 Tacoma and cant thank the team at Right Toyota enough, specifically Stephen in Sales. He went out of his way to ensure the experience of leasing my truck was flawless. So much so that he drove 40 minutes to my house while I drove the truck home just to pick me up to drive me back to the dealership to get my other car. I get a vehicle every 1-2 years and have never had an experience like that. Stephen even reached out recently to check in and make sure I am still loving the truck, which is amazing. Truly cant express enough gratitude to him and the dealership for providing a top notch service all around. I will no doubt be back and refer anyone else I know to Stephen and Right Toyota for future car purchases.
I called Right Toyota because Ive always had a good experience here with their service department. I was lucky enough to have Dan King pick up the phone and help me out. He was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions (which there were many). Its not too often that dealers are willing to give you pricing over the phone. Dan explained all of my options and we set an appointment for me to come in. He showed me all of his inventory, again answering all of my questions and demonstrating all of the individual features. Once I picked my new Tacoma out I was introduced to Hayden in finance. He was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. Once all of the paperwork was done, Mr. Murdock, the sales manager, came over and congratulated me. He let me know that if there was anything that I need, I could call him directly. This was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences that I have ever had. A++

Love this dealership. Everyone is is friendly, helpful and has a sense of urgency. They always take good care of my vehicle whether itβs in for a window replacement or tint or maintenance. I went from a luxury Lexus dealership to buying a new 4Runner and I couldnβt be more happy with my overall experience!
What a great buying experience! Customer service was Absolutely Amazing!I drove a lot further than I wanted too but I found a vehicle online and decided to just take the drive! I would make this drive even if the dealership moved to another state!!Greg Wishner, salesman was very professional, helpful and made my buying experience one of the best. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and just an honest down to earth guy that was welcoming from the first hand shake.Definitely will purchase again in the future with this dealership as well, as telling all family and friends about this place!
Ive had many experiences with dealerships, somehow this one was among the worst. I called about a specific car, they confirmed it was available. I set an appointment for several hours later to buy it. They said Id receive a confirmation by text, I asked them if they needed my number - they didnt - its on the caller ID. I went back to work and left for the 1 hour drive. Upon arrival they asked for the confirmation. I didnt have it, I assume theyd forgotten. The salesman came out and apologized. He tried to call but he wrote my number down wrong and the car had sold. 2 hours down the toilet, plus my fuel to drive from SE Gilbert. I told him that I had also submitted a request for information through their website which included my name and email address, and one would think that should be available to them. Horrendous.I called back afterward to share my experience with a manager to prevent this from happening to some other poor soul. I advised the receptionist that I had a terrible experience, and wanted to share with someone in management. A man picked up and I regaled my tale. A few seconds of silence later, he apologized and told me he was just another salesman and he would transfer me to someone else. No thanks, Ill post a Google review.As of this time (an hour and 15 mins after being told the car has already sold), and its still on their website. I understand it takes time to remove inventory, but people rely on it.Stay away from these folks unless you have time and money to waste.

Sam in the service department is great. I called him and he called back promptly. He set up my appointment and greeted me when I arrived. I dropped my vehicle off and he called me when it was done. He completed the work in the time frame he told me it would be done. Sam has good knowledge of the various systems in my vehicle and explained things too me clearly.Thanks Sam and thanks Right Toyota!

I dont live super close to this dealer, but Greg Wishner saw my email asking if I could test drive a Highlander.I came in with intent to drive it. And if I bought a car, it would be used. Greg put up with a lot from me. We test drove a lot of cars. And they didnt really grab me. Until I got into the 2021 Highlander. Unbelievably, they had my favorite color and trim level available.Why buy from them? They are so customer service, customer centric focused. Greg has continued to be such a huge help in so many ways. Yes, price matters. But so does feeling valued as a person.Special shout out to Nick Sharma for letting me bend his ear today too.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman who didnβt make us feel pressured and advised us to give him a yell once we had a look around. I knew what I wanted so he introduced me to Nate. Nate was wonderful! We found out it was his 3rd day on the job and his 3rd week in Arizona!We drove the Highlander and it was a pleasant drive and Nate was low key and not pushy, which was awesome.Down with the drive, Nate and Davon assisted us through the process of getting approved for the car with ease and no pressure. Up front, no sales pitches, information only and smooth. Very nice not to be pressured or pushed.Over to finance to meet with Jonathan who was so informative, fair and answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable.The experience we had a Right Toyota will have us coming back as well as recommending friends and family. Didnβt try and talk you into anything you said no or try to sell you extras if you had no interest. Great place. Honest, upfront dealership. I was treated with dignity and respect like a human being, not like I was some sort of income. Very different from the average car dealership where someone is looking to set you up. I was able to arrange the deal over the phone. I just went there, checked out the vehicle and signed the paperwork. Simple as that.

My father had already done the negotiation over the phone and he and Mash made a great deal on a 36 month 15k yearly lease on a new 2021 Toyota Tacoma SR Double Cab. The monthly lease payment was actually lower than some of the used trucks I was looking at getting from other dealerships and even Carvana. I went in to take a look at the vehicle and when I met up with Mash, he walked me to the truck, handed me the keys and told me to take it on a quick test drive and told me to take all the time I needed to think about the vehicle. After I thought about it and decided it was the right truck for me, I went back inside and Mash helped me with the credit app and all of the paperwork. After filling it out, the hardest part of the transaction was just waiting for the paperwork to process. When that was done, I did the financing paperwork with Adam and he was very nice and patient with me, and having my dad look at the lease agreement before I pulled the trigger and signed it. Once that was done, they took my down payment, took my trade in, and I was on my way! All in all, it was a very smooth and easy process, and there was absolutely no pressure at all from any of the sales staff and financing. They were all very patient and pleasant to do business with, and honestly it was kind of like being at Chic-Fil-A because the staff said my pleasure! when I thanked them for my help! All in all, it was an exceptional first time car buying experience! Keep up the great work and I look forward to doing my services with you in the near future!

Me and my fiance went in to look for our first family car. Kevin and Adam were awesome.We were set on a highlander and when we got there Kevin immediately went up to us willing to help and answer any questions we had. He let us take a few out for a test drive and we immediately found our family car. Right Toyota sure is the right place to buy a Toyota! I originally came in to buy a used 4Runner with the accessories and mods I was looking for. The car I wanted had been sold but Steve went above and beyond to secure and deliver a brand new car matching all of my exact requirements, most importantly my budget. We worked closely over the duration of a week to consider all aspects of the deal. For the last 3 months, I have been looking for cars, test driving and getting comps from all around the country. Steve from Right Toyota truly delivered a great deal and his customer service was tremendous. I flew back in to buy the new car and drive home to California!
I have several concerns after my experience with Right Toyota today. One being honesty and professionalism. I brought my car into be serviced for an irritating noise I had identified over the past few weeks. The issue was identified and evaluated, however this was not the concern I am referencing.I brought my vehicle to Right Toyota previously and was informed the vehicle was in appropriate condition say... mid July. Fast forward to today, the sales representative informed me today that there was a laundry list of items that needed to be corrected including brakes and battery replacement. I mentioned that I bring my vehicle in regularly and why were these urgent things not identified previously if they were so immediately concerning. The sale representative stated to me the mechanic in July did a quick and dirty evaluation of my vehicle and ignored these pending issues. I am very disappointed in their service and will not recommend this facility to any of my professional colleagues or acquaintances moving forward.
We have used this Toyota dealership for service for two of our Toyota vehicles. A few months ago we dropped of our car expecting it to take one day I called our service advisor several times and left a message and he never called me back. Finally, he called my husband back and it took three days to get the car back. Then this week I had to drop off the car again and the same service advisor wonβt return my calls and now he wonβt return my husbands one call. They have had our car for two days. We just need an update on our car to know if it may be repaired by the end of the day. Is that so difficult? It will be the last time I use them to service my car.
Dealer has no negotiation process whatβs so ever. Who wants to buy a used car at a new car price and whoever I spoke with on the phone was just eager to get off of it when i asked to negotiate on the price worst dealership Iβve visited.
Sam is the man! I love coming here for services. And bought my car here.My only issue is the people who answer the phones need to be trained better. They donβt give the correct information to clients and say certain warrantyβs donβt exist. Then they start giving attitude.Otherwise, this place is always clean and busy!

The sales and finance department were very helpful with the whole process of buying a car. It was my last day of vacation and I didnβt intend to buy a car. Knowing the market having low to no inventory and with prices on the rise.. They were able to get me a deal I couldnβt refuse. It was shipped to my home state, and I will continue to use them for all my future car buying needs!

They advertise cars for sale on their website, but you have to call for pricing. I called about a car and they said the car advertised was the owners (you should have heard the tone in the guys voice when he talked about the owner) and that it was not for sale. This was a car advertised on their website as new and for sale. So the very first experience customers can expect to have with this business is being lied to? Why would anyone do business like that? How am I supposed to believe anything else they say? The salesman called the owner a liar and he himself also lied to me. Arizonas Toyota customers deserve better.
I would stay far from this dealership during the chip shortage, they are putting a 5k markup on their vehicles. Im confident this dealerships 5k upcharge for a vehicle is really helping anyone.(Filling their Pockets). Big Two Toyota of Chandler is where we will be going from now on.

Boy was I βstokedβ with my new Tacoma. I purchased 6 weeks ago. Today Iβm in the service department because the drivers side window fell down into the door and wonβt go back up. Mind you my truck only has 6000 miles on it. I was just told from Mathew the service advisor that he will look at it. I asked if it canβt be fixed today, could I get a loaner. (Mind you there are 300-400 cars on the lot). Mattβs response, Generally unless itβs a safety issue they generally donβt provide loaners and I would have to rent a car. So if I canβt secure my vehicle and itβs contents, is that not an issue? Mathew stated that if they need to order parts, I can drive my car home! Seriously with no working window? This dealership is a joke. I have never been treated like this with all the Chevyβs I purchased. My first Toyota and this is how the dealership treats you with a defect? Stay away! If you get a chance to meet Mathew, before you buy a car here, you will be equally impressed as I was. He is the βfaceβ of Toyota Service in Scottsdale!UPDATE: Last words I heard from Matthew before leaving the dealership, The part needed IS on order, and will be in tomorrow, between 7am and 9am. I will call you to schedule the install tomorrow It is now 11:30 am the next day and no call. I called for an update and was told the part(s) are on back-order. I asked that they remove the part from another Tacoma on the lot as mine is brand new. They quickly said no they wont. So here i am in my 3 window car with no ETA. This Dealership lacks Integrity, Respect, and Follow Through. So Far RIGHT TOYOTA, was WRONG TOYOTA! Lets see what the rest of the day brings. Maybe I can enjoy the long Holiday weekend with 3 windows! More to come!!

I just purchased my 2021 toyota highlander in December everything really great costumer service and experience from the sale part to the finance. my 1st Toyota it Was all good till I started coming to the service department 1st time service adviser seemed a little rudeyou make an appointment and they take to long. and just today I was in with an appointment scheduled. I was told I would be waiting 3 hr horrible π experience and rudeness. especially that Im diabetic and have to wait this long.Next purchase would be probably somewhere..
Took my car in not knowing that the cause of the problem was chewed wires (rodent had accessed the engine). First of all, it took them a number of days to get back to me about the estimate for repairs. Finally they told me it would be over $6,000!!!!!!! I was EXTREMELY upset, beyond upset!! I also had a bad feeling about the whole thing. I did call my insurance to find out if this would even be covered and it was, so they opened a claim. However, since I was still having a bad feeling about this whole thing, I decided to have my car towed to a different place - a repair shop I had used previously. When I decided to do that, the person I was dealing with at Right Toyota told me that my vehicle would need Toyota parts and so I would just end up having to bring it back there anyway. That wasnt true. The other repair shop fixed my vehicle quickly and it cost me $107. Thats right, $107! Not over $6,000 as Right Toyota had told me it would cost. The other repair shop had also seen some documentation that had been submitted to the insurance company by Right Toyota and the other repair shop informed me that Right Toyota was charging for at least one expensive part that didnt even need to be replaced.I cant even express how furious I am about the whole experience. It is unbelievable to me that this place would, IN MY OPINION, try to rip me off so significantly!! I will not ever be going back there. I would not recommend them to anyone! This, of course, is my opinion, based on my horrible experience with them. I am glad that I went with my gut and ended up taking my car elsewhere.
I would give them 5 stars as my service was completed in a timely manner, however the service staff took too long to wait on me. I stood in the garage area for 15 minutes before someone came to take my car back for service. Then waited 20 minutes after they serviced the car for them to bring it back. There was not a smile in the place, employees seemed very disgruntled. My car was not washed (my previous dealership always washes the cars they work on).I had an appointment and expected better customer service. Iββll try to find another dealership in the area to take car if my car for service. I expect to be greeted politely and with a smile. I donβt recommend Right Toyota.
My sales guy, Mash was very kind, polite, and supportive in my search for a new used car. He was thorough in helping me explore options including possibilities of both new and used models. They werent all that pushy and let me check out another dealership before later coming back.I get businesses need money to stay afloat and that can be in the form of extra fees and unwanted packages that get tacked on to the initial sale price of a vehicle. Right Toyota has this mandatory package that gives you lifetime tint and this thing called One Armor Paint Protection. Its a ceramic coating that helps protect the life of the paint on your car. I honestly didnt care for it and it added an additional $1295 to the total cost which I wasnt happy about. It felt deceptive to me, especially since there wasnt an option to void the package and its not a part of the sale price in bigger font and in bold it seriously looks like an optional add-on.Perhaps some people like it, and dont mind spending an extra $1295 sure, Ill give you that. It was the only reason I had that made me feel unhappy afterwards about my purchase. Overall, mostly good vibes. They went out of their way to help me drop off my rental too that I was using after my recent accident. Appreciate the help there.

I went in to purchase a vehicle with a friend, at first thought Jeremy the sales guy was great, until he came back and had jacked up the numbers $5000 hoping I wouldnt notice. I waited 45+ minutes for finance to ask what numbers they used so that I could catch them in the lie. Instead of finance coming over, the sales manager did who ultimately admitted the price was raised without cause or reason, and instantly lowered the lease price by $161 rather than giving me the information I asked for. I advised several times that false advertising of this kind was a violation of the Fair trade commission and I wanted to speak with finance. Again the sales manager stated that if I wanted that car tonight I would do this deal. I told him I wanted nothing from him, and Griff appeared, the finance guy. At that point I left. I had been lied to for 2.5 hours and didnt feel like having a bunch of men talk over me anymore. I was calm, demure even, until it was determined that they hiked the price up merely because they thought I would t catch it. Stay away....far, far away!!!
My experience with Sam was very good, yesterday was the second time I worked with him and all went well.
The staff at Right Toyota allowed preliminary information seeking to proceed at its own pace without pushing too hard or using any what can we do today? mild pressure. They made a fair offer which we were given time to consider but we left saying we were undecided. They sweetened the offer a few days that met our initial bottom line offer with the only condition being that we give them an answer that day. We accepted the offer, there were no closing surprises and the Credit Manager meeting was cordial since we planned to pay cash. In short, we felt that there was open communication throughout the process from every person at Right Toyota.

I was looking for a new car and emailed the Right guys about a two year old Corolla that was in my budget range. Not surprisingly it had sold, but the amazing and exemplary Isaac wrote me back about another Corolla they had just taken in trade. That car is now in my driveway! Isaac was great to work with. Had great experience at Right Toyota! I found the vehicle online and Ian Stone was my sales guy. I decided to go in and test drive it before I had to work at 1p. We only had a couple of hours so I went ahead and bought it. Ian and Ryan from finance got me out of there before 1p. Love the Rav4 hybrid!
I tried calling the first time to set up an appointment but did not get a returned call. So I dropped in and they were booked. I had to wait to schedule. When I did get in they service rep did a good, they got my TRD done and everything looks & sounds good.
We dealt with the internet manager who was very helpful and nice, he was very knowledgeable and shared information that other dealers did not. The finance manager was also very nice and did not pressure us to buy unnecessary products.They got the vehicle cleaned and ready in a timely manner. One of the best experience at a car dealership. Would definitely use again.
Our vehicle was purchased from this dealer and we use them for service. Recently had the vehicle in for routine maintenance. Staff was friendly and service was quick. We had a small issue that was resolved quickly.

I can always count on Right Toyota to diagnose any problem with my vehicle and do it correctly. You can probably find cheaper places to get repaired but when I have done that in the past it was not done well and I regretted it. They keep my vehicle in top condition and that ends up being cheaper in the long run.

He was extremely patient and not pushy. Dustin got me through the process really quick and I was off in my new Rav4 that I LOVE! Jared in finance was also great and took care of my paperwork quickly. Exceptional service from the manager Mash! We bought online and he delivered our brand new Corolla LE to our home personally. The transaction was so seamless and quick! We were so pleased with the vehicle and his customer service that we bought a second new Corolla (Apex SE) hours later!! I highly recommend this dealership! Very bad experience. I called and scheduled an appointment. And received the confirmation. But when I came in the service department said they do not have an appointment. I was told that the oil change is $69.95 and got charged $80. There is a disposal fee..lol.. the service guy has awful attitudes.
2.5 hours for an oil change?! Yes we had an appointment for a specific time today. Service writer said they were not taking walk ins. I said so someone is overbooking oil changes, right? No this are just the appointments we have. And who is allowing more appointments to be booked than you can handle and that puts a 1/2 our job out to 2.5 hours? π€¦πΌββοΈ
I was scheduled at 7am and out quickly they were very helpful in showing me what needed done and taken care of also got a follow up appointment scheduled
Dont make the wrong choice by going to right toyota. Ive bought a truck from right toyota about 2 weeks ago and the service from there was so horrible. When I went to get my new truck the dealer ship had the truck sitting outside didnt even looked like they cleaned the truck inside or out. Then I came back for a recall and them to repaint my front bumper. I told the service advisor that hey the salesman said you guys where going to fully detail my truck. They said no problem well get on it. I went to get a rental car and the car I got wasnt washed inside or out either the inside had crumbles and dirt everywhere. When I came back to pick up my truck nothing was done inside or out from detailing it. Told the salesman about this made me wait another hour and a half and all the did is run it through the wash. Messaged the general manager only to get a salesman manager to only message me almost a week later on an automated email. Horrible place to get a car and I never will recommend anyone buying a car from here
Andrew is the best! I donβt care what youβre doing or who youβve been speaking with.. drop everything and go see this man. I have leased two cars personally from him and would go back for a third just to look into those beautiful eyes once more. Heβs the man!!!

They took care of me, even rotated my tires on the 5 tire rotation I the order I requested.....Even in the best places you have to pay attention. My spare was hanging low and when I pointed it out to the service tech, the service manager came out and they fixed it right away.
I recently purchased a certified pre owned 2018 Toyota Camry about 3 weeks ago. I do love the vehicle, Although the next morning after purchasing the rear bumper flew off the vehicle on the highway due to it being improperly placed & missing clips. I contacted the salesman & He promised me heβd pay for the damages through a check & I have yet to hear back after texting & calling a few times. Now I am faced with $900-$1000 in replacement fees. I would like if Right Toyota would follow through on their word.

Honestly, they did their job, they sold us an expensive 4 runner, with promises of parts at cost to help seal the deal for them, and then find out those parts dont exist when we went to claim them. Awesome, thanks guys, true sales men, not true to your word

Christopher Browning, who handled the issue with my vehicle followed through to successful completion and kept in me up to date. He made what could have been a stressful breakdown considerably less stressful for me as an out of towner! I would definitely recommend this dealership/service department!

He was very knowledgeable and understood where I wanted to be with my deal. Then to proceed onto finance with Jonathan that was just as much wonderful. Went in for my standard Toyota service as well as the fuel pump recall. Setting up the appointment online was very easy, and I promptly received confirmation from the team. When I arrived for my appointment, all I had to do was wait in my car for a minute, minute and a half and my service provider took me inside for a few quick questions.My service provider was Sam Campisi and he was outstanding. He was straightforward, and answered my questions clearly.Service department 10/10 on all fronts.
