Their new spot on the border of Tempe and Scottsdale is a vibe! Super spacious, clean, and inviting. Everyone is so nice. Great spot to get work done (space to spread out, outlets, light music, not too loud, and good lighting). And their coffee is still amazing. Love their cappuccinos and oat milk lattes. Glad they didnt move too far and I can still keep them in my routine!
Hidden gem and perhaps the most unique coffee shop in the valley! This place has real character. Friendly staff, quality drinks, great music and the best avocado toast I’ve had in a while (Noble bread, micro greens and pomegranate seeds). They also have gluten free oatmeal.I spent the morning working from here and it was pure bliss. This perfect local coffee shop is tucked away on a quiet street in Old Town. Oh and if you need your bike fixed that can be done while you sip your beverage and enjoy their selection of classic rock.
Wife and I came for some good Scottsdale espresso!!!!I ordered my staple small Iced Mocha.Espresso was not quite enough, didn’t realize it was a 16oz drink. In my opinion a double shot works best in a 12oz, in a 16oz I would step up to a triple shot. But what I tasted of espresso was definitely good and complimentary as the base of the latte (wife agreed).Milk was standard and in-turn good, just too much to scale seeing as the espresso was a bit less.Mocha was tasty, nice and sweet like I enjoy, it was a good quantity for me (not too sweet but still there to keep it from being just milk and espresso).Service was awesome, the two guys were very kind and laughed at my lame jokes haha. The vibes were SUPER solid. Excellent decoration. I am not a bicycler in the slightest but I thought they were a nice touch to the coffee shop! Felt hip and fun. I would go again, but because of the espresso dilemma I would search around a bit more first. (Again, still 4 stars, I’m fairly picky with that so that’s the only reason it’s not a 5! I enjoyed my experience)
I was interested in a custom-built titanium road bike and after much research, settled on a Mosaic RT-1. Mosaics website listed Regroup as their local dealer in the Phoenix area. I called and spoke with Adam (the owner) and made an appointment to meet and discuss what I was looking for. When youre building a custom bike, there are many decisions about components that must be made and there is the fitting issue. Fortunately, Adam is extremely knowledgable and very organized easy to work with. I made an appointment with CycloLogic in Scottsdale and went through a fitting process (which was fantastic) and gave the information to Adam. We had several back and forths with Mosaic to determine the exact specs and when were provided with the exact specs, placed the order. Adam ordered the various components so that by the time the frame was built (about 7 weeks) all the components were at his shop and Anthony, the bike tech assembled the bike flawlessly in one day. The bike it beautiful (photos are on his website), fits like a glove and rides exactly as it hoped it would. Adam was extremely helpful in advising and selecting all the components and the process went seamlessly. I couldnt have been more satisfied with my experience. Thanks Adam and Anthony!! Next, my custom gravel bike!!!
Coffee and bikes are a match made in heaven. I have just very rarely see the combination done well. Regroup is one of the few that does it very well. We are visiting in town, and stopped in for a coffee and pastries. The shop isnt huge. It is located on a quiet street. One of the parking spots is occupied by a bike rack--awesome in my opinion. There are a few tables outside and a few inside. The bike shop is in the back end of the space. The decor incorporate both the coffee shop and the bike shop nicely without feeling forced. The barista was very friendly. Oat milk was available, so i had an oat milk latte which was delicious, and a drip coffee which my husband enjoyed. The kids enjoyed a cinnamon bun.The bike shop seems to be predominantly 3T and Orbea bikes. They also carry Pas Normal Studio apparel, with a full rack of past season styles at a discount. There was also a good selection of nutrition and hydration products. I can imagine this being a great coffee stop as a mid-ride fuel stop.
Love this coffee shop! I only visited once, but I’m definitely coming back. No fuss, just great coffee and a few things to snack on. Loved their avocado toast. They use artisan bread that is really delicious. Plenty of protein bars to choose from, which is very convenient for passing cyclists. They also sell some impressive bicycles and quality cycling clothes. Highly recommend to visit!
Ive been taking my MTB and road bike here for about a year now. Anthony has been great to work with. Hes very straightforward about pricing and always provides good estimates on time. I recommend this bike shop for anyone.
Supremely friendly and welcoming shop for delicious coffee and bicycle needs! We visited on a quiet weekday morning and got to meet the excellent Trinden who crafted our coffee. We enjoyed connecting with the staff and soaking in the homey atmosphere of the shop!! Thank you! Will be back again and again.
They are great. Even though they cater to the high dollar cycling crowd, they treat blue collar me VERY well. Id give them 6 stars if I could.
Awesome place, will deffinly be brining my bike back to get to worked on again, such friendly staff and knowledgeable!
Super friendly and fast service. I asked for light ice, and the barista was super considerate in asking exactly how much I wanted. The other barista overheard us saying we were looking for some mountain biking trails, and offered some suggestions. One of the workers took the time (~15 minutes) to show us nearby bike routes and sent us a map. If you love coffee & bikes, this is your coffee shop!
They have great coffee cocktails, espresso, and staff. The barista took time to explain the drink methods and ingredienta. I had the coffee Mule, a refreshing coffee version of a Moscow Mule. The spices and ginger beer were balanced, refreshing. The cold brew coffee added body and interesting after taste. Incredible summer coffee drink! They serve Presta Coffee
Cool bike shop and coffee cafe in the heart of Old Town, also carry great brands like Orbea. Wasnt able to eat or drink here but the menu looked great, and store setup is very welcoming. Can see how it would be a great spot to meet before or after a ride. Will definitely stop by for a coffee one day!
Great iced coffees; and they got me in for a quick repair for free for my bike. Really appreciate it and strongly recommend.
Drink tried: vanilla latte with almond milk, trendy shop, very cozy and open until 7. Small tables and a small bar for studying, but it didnt feel too welcoming. Very pricey, my latte was about $5.50 for a small. Latte was just ok, but it mightve been the almond milk (they dont have soy) I really loved the bicycle incorporation.
This is a first-class place with the best of both worlds (for me at least)...coffee + bikes. The staff is very friendly. I only drink black cold-brew, and theirs is great.I also really enjoy the Sunday morning group rides. It is nice that they have two different speeds for the ride. The group rides also end in some social time back at the shop which is always nice. It is a diverse group of riders from all levels and everyone has been really welcoming and friendly.
Awesome shop great service and really nice folks! Professional and courteous!
Hidden gem and great place to check out for locals and visitors alike. Big fan of the Slayer Shake especially after a group ride organized by the shop. Great community. I purchased my bike through them and have had excellent timely service every time. Make sure to check it out for yourself.
This is a place you need to stop by if you are in Old Town Scottsdale and need a coffee shop. Or, if you are cyclist in the Phoenix area. Even if you are in a different part of the valley - trust me, its worth the drive. The people here are laid back and professional. This isnt your typical highfalutin, ego trip bike shop. This place feels like a coffee shop, that just happens to have a bike shop in the back. People are here to hang out, relax, and regroup. I had a bike serviced here recently and as i sat there listening to the various conversations that ensued, they were about unrelated topics; family, cars, and casual work chat from some folks at a table working on a laptop. Alex was in the shop area helping me. He was extremely professional and kind in his approach with me, and other customers. I cant wait to get back down there for another visit.
Good vibe and competent mechanics.
Kelly and Anthony rock! Great, speedy service! Best bike shop in AZ!
Cool vibe and the barista is very friendly. Love the interior design. Pour over is really good and price is reasonable!
Rave reviews. Have just begun joining their Sunday rides and everyone who is involved in this place is awesome from the owner Alex to the group leads to the baristas who make that insane coffee/bfast menu. I needed a pair of screws for the bottle cage that I had misplaced and Alex treated me like I was a long-time customer although it was just my first visit for something minimal. Cant wait to buy more gear from this shop.
This place is so unique. They are literally a one-stop shop - coffee, bikes, and even strollers. Lol. The staff is so helpful and definitely goes above and beyond. I talked to Alex on the phone about my jogging stroller not steering properly, he said they would be happy to check it out. I have had this stroller for 18 months and didn’t use it because the front wheel on the jogger would lock up and not turn properly. The next day, I brought it in and a gentleman checked it out and was able to happily fix it for me within 30 minutes of looking at it and diagnosing the issue. It turns out it was a pretty easy fix for him, and I am so thrilled I was able to bring in my stroller to these guys and get it fixed. Saved me hundreds of dollars and a whole lot of frustration.
They call it “gold” brew for a reason...holy monkeys only cold brew I’ll drink! It’s so tasty! Plus the vibes in this shop are amazing, baristas are fun and it’s not like any other coffee shop! Always things going on! Excited to hear there are more locations to come 😍
Adam’s shop is the business. Sip a cappuccino while you have a peerless bike mechanic, Anthony, ATMO by this very particular rider, ensure your ride is operating as expected.
Thanks Adam for your quick response and reactive solution.
Combining the cycling and coffee concepts into one location is something that Scottsdale has been missing!! The staff is well-educated on both fronts and have created a fun, relaxing environment. Definitely stop by whether you live in the area or are just passing through!
Beautiful shop and very friendly, helpful staff. They helped me out in a pinch and got my bike rolling nice and smooth. Also the slayer shake is 10/10!!!!!! Highly recommended (:
Really cool and friendly. I like the idea of a high end bike shop and coffee bar, Ive never seen anything like it. They have great coffee; we tried a hazelnut latte and they had lots of organic options.
Caught them for their second anniversary. Excellent coffee sourcing and batista skills. You can tell how these guys are able to stick it out in fickle old town. Thank Yo the very thoughtful staff for making it pleasant.
Always love this spot. Iced coffee is YUM!
Excellent high quality coffee. I had a latte and it was as good as it gets! Bike guy knows his stuff very well to boot. Definitely would go back.
The staff at Regroup is amazing on the coffee and the bike side. Staff was quick, knowledgeable and courteous... not to mention the coffee is amazing! I will definitely be recommending Regroup Coffee & Bicycles to family and friends!
Love this place. Just discovered it last week. Great place to meet with clients and get work done. Less traffic outside than other places in Old Town and more convenient parking.
Great coffee and culture along with cool owners make this place a must go when in Scottsdale. These guys love coffee and they love bikes. Very unique spot.
Worked near here and went just about every day. Staff is LOVELY, coffee is excellent, food is good too. Highly recommend. :)
Great experience. Very friendly folks and a very good cup of latte. Will be back soon
Parking is rough. There are very few seating areas. Food is overpriced for its quality. Coffee is not bad but there are better options close to this shop. Honestly its more of a small bike shop than coffee place.
Great mechanics and seriously some of the best coffee in the Valley. Period. They use Presta coffee and world class machines (slayer espresso). Place is awesome
Stopped in and had iced latte. It was just what I needed. Nice place and friendly people?!
It was a day. Coffee is delish, and cool atmosphere with some outdoor seating. Nice place.
Great ambiance. What a fun fusion of bike shop and coffee joint
Regroup is my favorite coffee shop in all of Arizona! Their staff is friendly, welcoming, and they make an amazing dirty chai tea latte. Highly recommend!!
Its not easy to do great coffee in a bike shop setting -many have tried and failed. But the cappuccino here can hang with anything from Cartel or Infusion. On the bike side, the staff and partner were very friendly. The inventory is small but high quality. Nice vibe to the place. Definitely added to my regular list of stops.EDIT: Ive moved Regroup to a five because they now have one of the local barista Jedi masters. The guy is not capable of making any espresso drink that isnt perfect. First-rate cappuccino and cortado!
Great vibe, first time in and was invited to the group ride next weekend. Highly recommend.
Excellent coffee great smiling service .great location
Awesome shop with super nice owners and workers! Highly recommend this place, I stopped in while visiting AZ from North Dakota.
Awesome atmosphere! Fun, trendy. GREAT cold brew!
Great coffee, quality food and awesome staff. Could talk bikes with these guys for hours. (we did!)
Super good coffee. Used to work near here. I would go in everyday. The baristas know their stuff. I am telling you. I once stood in there for a good 15 minuets while the barista, I want to say his name is Johnathan (Im awful with names) gave me a very detailed description about what makes coffee good/bad/etc. The coffee is also great tasting. I do not know all too much about coffee, hence the long talks, but I know what I like and I like this coffee.
Great coffee at a great price and if you like bikes they do that too!
Delicious coffee and toast, beautiful backdrop, and fabulous customer service - I will definitely be back soon!
Amazing high quality coffee! The customer service is even better. The barista was very thoughtful, professional, and friendly! I will make this a regular stop from now on. Totally a jem!
Great coffee, avo toast, and lots of eye candy (bikes).
If you like bicycles and coffee.....these guys have got it!
Always an amazing cup of coffee and good people running the show.
Love, Love, LOVE these guys! Had to ship my bike from Tuscaloosa to Tempe for 70.3 AZ and was a little nervous about how it would all go. These guys were absolutely awesome in not only getting my bike set up but showing patience in getting my fit right before the race. What was even better was the way my bike got shipped back to home. Their packaging was so great there was no way my bike could be damaged. I am so grateful to have trusted their service. If you are looking to race IM70.3AZ or the full Ironman and need to ship your bike, use this shop! And if you live in the Tempe area this is definitely the shop for your bike repairs (ps. they have coffee!!! that says it all) Thanks so much guys :)
Super cute shop with good drinks and really kind people working there.
Great coffee and pastries! Cool bike shop too!
Cool place. Hot Box Coffee is primo
Great shop! Only place in Phoenix that has a Slayer espresso machine and they know how to use it!
Great bike Service Great Coffee what more could a person ask for?
Alex Reisinger, co-founder and lead mechanic, has pursued his passion to open a boutique bike shop. He has hit the nail on the head with a focus on delivering personal and good service. Alex intends to keep it this way. Leading up to opening Regroup, he did his time at other shops, presumably observing the dos and donts and set off on his new journey from there. I like Alex. He is honest, calm, and a good listener. He has worked on both of my mistresses, the Niner (#1) and the Gary Fisher roadie (#2) and the results were what I expected. If you are not quite satisfied with your current mechanic/shop, I highly recommend giving Regroup and Alex (and his team) a shot. By the way, the other side of the shop has great tea and pours a quality cold brew. Im a fan!
Great people, great service, great bikes and great coffee all in the same place! What more can one ask for?!
Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in the Phoenix area. Espresso is great, service is on point, and baristas are always friendly.
Really good Americano and drip coffee.
Great atmosphere, great coffee, quality bikes and accessories
Great group ride, good coffee, friendly people
Awesome coffee, friendly staff.
