Halloween doughnuts were such a fantastic value. Added to the wow factor of the party. Make sure to go early in the morning as they sell out fast. Only drive through available but when asked about items not on menu (hats) they had them ready with our order. Super service!

Stopped by for glazed doughnuts, for something sweet after dinner. We ordered, pulled up to the window, and the kind guy said hot doughnuts are almost done! We got a fresh box just made! We enjoyed them shortly after...since they were hot. So good!

Most poorly run shop I have ever been to. I ordered donuts days in advance so they would be ready when I arrived. Hours show restaurant and drive thru open. Wouldn’t let anyone in to get their donut order. Had to get in the 20 min drive they. Nobody answered the phone and voice mail box full.

Not the same as they used to be. Service is great but the donuts are not fresh as they used to be. Loved the old stores.

I love their specialty donuts! This time it was the banana pudding. Not overly sweet and great flavor.

Ive loved Krispy Kreme since the first time I tried it in Las Vegas in 2007. They also had my absolute favorite which is only available in February, strawberry creme... We were asked to do a phone survey and told wed receive a coupon for a dozen free glazed donuts. Took about 10 minutes but never received the coupon. Food is great, staff was nice, everything was clean. My only complaint is the price, granted they are worth it

Hot light was on, yet they didnt have any original glaze. They said theyd make some in 30 minutes. How does a store not have any stock of the one thing theyre know for and say to come back in 30 minutes?

Horrible service. I waited in line to get my covid vaccine free doughnut and national donut day donut for about 20 minutes. As I got up to the window the lady was very disrespectful not only to me but to the other workers she was working with. The workers failed to inform me that I needed the actual card in person with me and not just a picture. After I told her I only had the picture she got very rude towards me. I then waited 10 minutes for my doughnut and when I got it it was smushed like a car had ran over it and when I bit into it it was raw and disgusting. I am so frustrated because I did in fact wait in the line for over 20 mins. I understand people have stressful days but they then shouldn’t take it out on their customers. Hopefully this issue can be resolved. Thank you!

Ive really only had Krispy Kreme twice before and I loved the custard filled. This location had drive through service which was nice, they did not have many items available though. I ordered a raised glazed and it honestly was terrible. (?!) Ill admit I was surprised and definitely confused! It just tasted of old oil being used to make homemade doughnuts.I was so sad, it was all the cash I had on me and I was hungry and wanted to get myself something to smile about.Im sure perhaps this is not normal. But FYI, 4p.m. May not be a good time to order doughnuts!Better luck to anyone else that tries them. : )

Went to get the holiday donuts, but were out of stock. Thankfully, the employee was cooperative and volunteered what time theyd get them back in stock. Crazy, but normal customer service is rare these days.

The prices are outrageous for minimal product. They arent even fresh. Shiped frozen, warmed, then glazed on a conveyor belt with a window and charged x3 the price. Please, go elsewhere.

Awesome service. Adeep is a courteous, attentive, and helpful person. First time we visited the store and we loved it. I have seen other reviews and not because I have to wait 5 minutes is a bad service. Service covers many facets to penalize with 2 Stars for waiting 5 minutes. When I go to the bank I have to wait, supermarkets, and many other places. As a person with more than 20 years of experience in customer service I recommend this place without any doubt. Very very weird/ awkward encounter with the girl running the counter. She spoke in nearly a whisper and had 0 idea of what she was doing. Still polite though and the donuts were good but we didn’t get the correct order so overall not a great experience.

We went through the drive through so what to expect would give it 4 stars but they were out of doughnut wholes which is the reason ww came no they didnt run out the never got any is what the employ said. Was super surprised to receive WARM glazed donuts as part of my dozen. I thought the fresh warm ones were lost when they stopped donut making in the stores... But Im happy to find that they have found a way to bring them back! Nothing better than a warm donut :)

Nothing beats a chocolate iced custard filled Krispy Kreme donut. Plus just a small serving of donut holes. The drive-thru went fairly quickly. A great location and easy access back to Shea road.

This place is super clean. Even the restroom are clean. However, there were only few selections of donuts in the early morning. Coffee isnt as good as they advertise. Simply too watery.I would like to rate 3 stars, but the cleanness deserve 4 stars.

I love Krispy Kreme, and frankly after having one, nothing else will do. Their drive-thru was closed for months but the last time I went it was reopened.

Ordered online yesterday for a dozen glazed & dozen filled donuts. Get there, my ordered was cancelled? But they charged me?? Was late for work, waited 25 mins, then charged me twice after. Girls were being rude. Didnt even get the donuts I bought.

Completely understaffed, shame on management!Either they’re out of donuts or they’ll close the lobby and shovel everyone through drive thru creating a traffic jam you can’t get out of.I bet they won’t last two years.Update two months later, still out of donuts. Wow.

Obviously no one can doubt that the donuts taste fantastic. However this location is severely understaffed. Wait times in the drive-through in the morning can be up to 20 minutes, lobby wait time can be 10 minutes before your orders taken. Unfortunately, they only have one person working at the busiest time of the day. The guy was working his tail off and I felt bad for him. He was running both drive-through, front desk, making donuts, sorting them, and refilling the shelves. If they were able to hire people and improve their service time, their rating would go up.
