Such an amazing experience with Angel! She is so knowledgeable about every Morphe product and knew exactly what we needed! She listened to what we wanted and without hesitation, she knew what product would work with our skin. We left with everything we needed and with the confidence on how to apply each product. Angel was so personable, bubbly and positive while being completely professional and poised. She is a true expert in her field and I highly recommend her to assist with any of your makeup needs. Whoever was working at 1-1:30pm on 4/25 y’all were ALL amazing! My friend and I had the best experience, we initially went in for a $5 lip pencil but these laddies especially Ruby went above and beyond to show us all the beautiful new things and before you knew it we both spent over $110.00. We haven’t been able to stop talking about our beautiful experience.Thank you all so much, I can’t wait to come back!

I hate leaving bad reviews but it was really upsetting that I called ahead of time to make sure if I could exchange a jsc concealer because the lady sold me a extremely light one and definitely was no where near me shade and when I got to the store they told me that they couldn’t do it because they no longer sold jsc which is understandable and there was nothing that they could do, but I was not told that over the phone and I live far from this morphe. Waste of my time :(

First time my wife and I was in the store and the customer service experience was stellar. Benjamin assisted my wife and even offered suggestions. All of the associates were welcoming. Very wide selection of make-up and brushes. She was extremly pleased. I will be going back to get her birthday presents.

Another GREAT Morphe experience! I have been to another location in San Diego & already knew i loved the products. I wanted to do some new eyebrow stuff & was in need of a professionals help. I have my guard up when i walk into the OTHER big makeup stores because the employees tend to be condescending... but I was greeted by Berna and immediately felt welcomed. She listened & showed me eyebrow brushes/creams while giving suggestions for a natural brow. I am so grateful that i did not feel pressured to overdo my face. (Im pretty simple.) She was patient and compassionate for a beginner like me. I am educated & feel good about my purchases. Berna made me a loyal customer for Scottsdale Morphe! Thanks!

Love the guys and gals that work here. Each so helpful and genuinely like what they do. They come in all shapes and sizes and I just love that they show that beauty comes in all packages. Also love their great prices!

Such a beautiful store! Checked it out for the first time a few weeks ago and i loved how many different products there were to choose from! The products are also very affordable.

Clean, well staffed, and when I had a question the employees (Melody I think her name was), genuinely helpful looking to be informative without pushing products in my face that werent relevant. This was my first time into a morphe store, and the service was out of the ball park compared to other makeup stores Ive been to in the past. Great makeup, and great service Ill for sure be coming back here.

The store itself is wonderful but these young ladies have NO IDEA what a working mom looks like & treated me like I was about to steal something! But their JSxMorphe brushes are great & they carry so many quality products!

This place is terrible! I walked in and not one of the 6 employees they had there acknowledge me or asked If they could help me find a specific product. I was so ready to walk out and not purchase anything but since I had made the drive just for that store I just went ahead and found the products I needed on my own. Terrible customer service

Worst customer service, the manager, not sure what her name was, I believe she was pregnant, she was so distracted and couldn’t stop gossiping! Sorry to complain but they need better customer service training there! It was pissing me off and they never have enough product and all the employees there were so unprofessional! Stuck up and rude!

Store is okay. The Manager Raquel is very rude. I was discussing an issue i had with a product and she cut me off twice by answering her phone as if I was not important and she had better things to do. Her personality defintely fits the stuck up Scottsdale stereotype. She made me feel as if i had to look a certain type of way to be able to shop at her store. I will never return to this store and also will advise others to never come to this Morphe store unless you want to be treated with zero respect.

I absolutely loved the staff here, everyone treated me as an equal (instead of the typical Sephora treatment Im used to when I shop), their selection is always so vast and if theyre out of something they find you a perfect dupe. I went in expecting them to be sold out of the Conspiracy pallete but, to my complete and utter shock, they had one sitting on their back counter! If you want something and dont see it out, dont be scared to ask, the staff will almost always ask if they have more. This is MY Morphie lovation for sure.

Great experience! No pressure to buy or people following me around like Im a thief. I go to the store freah face ready to go home and try what new things I get at the beauty stores. With my ruff face lol the employees still treated me great with smiles and didnt follow me around love this place! I live a mile away from a Mophie store by arrowhead mall but I travel to this location just for the service and great selection and products! Thanks Cheyenne C.!

Every time I have gone into this store, the customer service is terrible or non existent. The employees never greet you, are always standing around talking, or are no where to be found. I went in today and needed help but there wasnt a single associate on the floor for at least 5 minutes. In the past, when I have gone in and asked for help, the girls stared at me as if I was interrupting their conversation and were very rude. My sister went in recently and had the exact same experience. I have never once been asked if I could be helped any time I have been there. In addition, many of the testers are extremely dirty and a lot of items are always out of stock. Its a bummer that this is the only Morphe store in AZ - I will just continue to shop online and will not be visiting this store anymore.

They literally have no product. Everything is out of stock so save your gas and go online to purchase anything.

A bunch of the girls huddle and hang out at the cash register and upon asking them if they had anymore of a product its like I offended them, I would die for a job at morphe yet they choose the snobby girls to represent the store.

Girls look at you as if you cant afford it... And just look at you up and down... I hate it but whatever.....
