Very disappointed with the cake we got for my daughters birthday. Ordered a Frozen Cake and showed up and got the frozen toppers on a plain cake? When I picked it up, they had all sort of excuses, and only discounted the charge for the toppers? These werent even the toppers from the picture from the cake online. The lady whom I assumed was the owner, said they shouldve said this when I ordered it. ( Im fairly certain from the ascent it was her who I ordered it from.)On the day of the party what is a parent to do? Race around to find another cake or leave with this? I was EXTREMELY disappointed on how she only cared about the next customers in line and didnt make more of an effort. Only spent a small fortune at Party City on colors to match the cake I thought I was getting.If you want to stress out more than you need to trying to make your childs party memorable and perfect give them a shot. I on the other hand will never choose this location again.

Absolutely delicious ice cream! Places to sit outside if you wish. I find it extremely expensive, but for a special treat, go for it. This day there seemed to be less variety unless you want to pick from ten varieties of chocolate (and maybe you do!).

I don’t know what’s up with the previous review but this place always has friendly staff that are quick to resolve your order. Ordered several large cakes from this location and everything has always come out excellent. The only tip is always order your cake with some time just in case you need it to be fixed. I have not run into that issue yet but that allows the staff to see what they can do to fix your order. Love my mint chocolate cakes here!!!

Great service on the phone! We will soon be enjoying a delicious ice cream cake we ordered. Staff is always bubbly and happy! Also a great place to pop in and enjoy a nice sweet treat!

We ordered a construction themed birthday cake for my kids and Baskin Robbins did a really great job at it. We just told them the theme was construction and they did all the decorations on the cake without any instructions and we loved it. Thank you so much Baskin Robbins team for not disappointing us and the kids loved the cake. Great Job!!!

The shop is small. If people are sitting down, it is hard to look at all the flavors. I had chocolate PB which is fine and so was the mint chip.

Daughters own is super nice. Very helpful with ordering a cake. Even got the flavor we wanted. And this location has 44 flavors to choose from So its the bomb. Hit it up.

Brings out the kid in you. I love their ice cream. Store is spotless and they put booths in. Very comfortable. Friendly staff.

Who doesnt like ice cream? The flavor choices and even some lactose free choices make badkin Robbins the only place to go. They also have ice cream cakes, which are a crowd pleaser.

We love Baskin Robbins but this one is less than desirable due to the employees. Google maps must have the time wrong or workers just werent ready for their day to begin. Walked in at 10:45 on a Saturday (says it opens at 10 on google, no hours posted out front) and two young girls were eating lunch at the table and let me know they were closed, yet the door was unlocked and I was able to walk in. I suspect they just arent use to people coming in before 11 and were taking it easy.

Came in there with my mom,dad,brother and sister, the ice cream was great and the staff is very friendly and kind.

The scoop of ice cream I got was smaller than my kids kids-size ice cream. The 12-year old girl behind the counter couldnt scoop anything out. The other guy (seemed more experienced) saw it and didnt say anything. Definitely not work the $3.49/scoop.

You think you remembered what Baskin Robbins was like, but unless you have been there recently, you may have forgotten its greatness. Compared to the typical dessert establishments of today, Baskin Robbins is a throw back to how fun an ice cream place could be. Great for kids. Better if you want to explore a world of ice cream! Get back to Baskins!

They close the place n place chairs upside down well before closing time. On asking the girl said she leaves at 10. Explains why pepole could not get ice cream even when they reach 10-15 minutes before closing time

Walked in at 9:49, there was a chair placed inside the front door, server told us he could not serve us, although the hours near the door clearly stated the closing time as 10pm. Lame, lazy boy should be fired!
