Just said my goodbye to Chad and Matt, both of whom make a great team at The Barn Door Store. We needed modern looking door installed for a home office and the entire team did an outstanding job from initial contact through measurement through installation. The entire process went smoothly and I was most pleased with the quality of the doors as well as the professionalism of the staff. Definitely would recommend in the future.

Chad at the barn door store was amazing. He installed our mantle above the fire place, it is perfect. You don’t see hard work and appreciate for fine details like this now a days. It was the finishing touch on our home remodel. I can’t recommended this company enough.

We bought a very expensive door almost 4 years ago. The door had warped so we called them. Even know the door warranty has expired, they replaced it. This company is amazing and you would be a fool to go with anyone else!

My husband and I decided to take a look at this place because we wanted a barn door for our pantry. The 2 men there were super nice. They didnt make us a wear a mask, even the man helping us wore one. The other man, who was probably the manager or something, even let me lay my infant son on the couch in his office so he could comfortably finish his bottle. Beautiful showroom too.

I LOVE the barn door in my new home, however the warranty service is awful. I first called in September 2020 to place a warranty request. Today is December 2, the 2pm appointment has not showed up. Last weeks appointment would have been late, but I cancelled it 30 after the appointment time, because the company was not following through on the promised fix. Today was the day the new handle was to be installed. No one is answering the phone, no one has showed up. The install quality and door are lovely. Service after the sale is problematic. These are expensive doors. Hey guys! where is the follow through for your customers? Really disappointed. December 8, 2020. THIS IS AN UPDATE TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. The service appointment arrived on time with a new door handle. Everything was handled professionally and I am now happy with the result. Communication was excellent from Chad at the Company. Thank you for completing the warranty request. The final Review is now Five Stars.

I dont usually give a 5-star rating, but The Barn Door Store deserves it! I initially had Chad design a barn door for my master bathroom. They masterfully incorporated some wood from my uncles actual barn...wood that I had been saving 20 years! The door is beautiful and truly a heart-warming addition to my home.Working with Chad in the design process was so easy...and fun! Installation was on time, professionally done leaving a spotless area.Based on my very positive interactions and quality product, Ive had The Barn Door Store make a set of double doors for my master bedroom, a single door for my powder room, a barn door style mirror for the master bathroom and a 9 ladder. All done with meticulous attention to detail with their products and installations, Im now ready for Chad to design and build a set of book cases.My beautiful, custom pieces from The Barn Door Store contribute to making my house a home. Outstanding products, outstanding customer service...I high recommend The Barn Door Store.

Loved the idea of a family run business. But they really left me dealing with my doors alone after I paid a premium price. After explaining that my places were very small, they still sent me door tracks that absolutely didn’t work in my space. I had to buy new tracks and cut down the doors in order for them to fit. I have been trying to contact them because I needed two more door handles That I was shorted, but no contact back. I am in the process of having to buy them myself. I was given a piece of reclaimed wood that they said they would hand pick for me, the doors look nothing like that piece. I understand what reclaimed wood is, but don’t tell me you can’t guarantee the color after the doors are completed and sent to me. I do like the doors. But with all the complications and non communication, I would not recommend. It was way more work and very costly on my end.

We recently purchased a Barn Door and worked with Jeff through the purchase process who was extremely helpful and leading us to the PERFECT door. We then met with Chad who was going to install the door and he was also extremely helpful answering all finish and install questions. Chad came to install the door today 06/06/2019 and it went without a hitch. Both Jeff and Chad were very pleasant to work with and provided us with a BEAUTIFUL Barn Door. Dont go anywhere else folks, these guys are GREAT.

The Barn Door Store is an outstanding company and they produce phenomenal doors! I only send clients to them for their barn door needs. I have used them for at least 8 doors and only 1 door had a very minor flaw and they corrected it immediately. They take pride in their work and match it with great customer service.

UPDATE:::: Still unsure about what happened on that particular Saturday but my wife and I went back and talked to the guys there and picked out doors and a color. They came to the house and did the measurements and Im waiting dor the install. Om changing this rating to a 5 star because even though that first day pit a bad taste in my mouth their customer service and prices made everything better once I was able to finally meet them, good people.Theyre website says theyre open on Saturday from 10 - 3 so my wife and I drove 40 minutes to go over there on 7/21 and when we got there they had 3 different open signs out and/or on but the doors were locked. We called, no answer. We thought maybe they were at lunch so we left and came back an hour later and it was the same thing again. We peeked through their windows and the store looks amazing and their quality looks great. Id love to give them another shot since we do need custom doors done but this has left a bad taste in our mouths. We considered they might only do appointments only on the weekends but their website doesnt say that so wed have no idea even if that was the case, we were disappointed to say the least.

These guys are the best in town. They make the most amazing barn doors youve ever seen. All of their doors are custom made to what the customer needs. I highly recommend them as a reputable business with amazing customer service.
