This is a great Apple Store. The main floor is separated from the Genius Bar area. This is a great design. It’s nice to have them separate, for both. And it’s beautifully designed.
This store is run very efficiently. I was helped right away and my experience was very positive the whole way. America and Griffith helped me. Both were energetic, knowledgeable and their excitement made me excited to make my purchase. I’m very happy and felt this was one of my best customer service experiences. It is clear this isn’t just a “job” to them. They seemed to really enjoy what they were doing which is rare these days! Thank you for taking such good care of me
The first time I went to he Scottsdale Apple Store I was overwhelmed and got zero help. The little help I did get I got on my own. I found a laptop in the store and messaged with someone. I messaged someone. For help with my iPhone. From a laptop at the Apple Store. That had literally 5 billion (ok not literally) employees wondering around helping everyone who wasn’t me.The next time I came in was different. They were polite. They helped me right away. Even though I looked out of place with my boots and jeans with a tshirt….in Scottsdale. I was able to unlock my phone and get most my stuff back from the cloud. Good job second round employees.A very nice store in a very posh mall within a very wealthy eccentric town.
I was late to my appointment to pick up my new iPhone after ordering online to the wrong store. It was closer to closing too. They were still quick and all helpful. I love my new iPhone as well. Great product and great staff.
Went in yesterday to do a return, it was going well until it was time for me to purchase my new phone. I had mention I had trade in a phone and that i had already done some payments towards my other phone. I had originally gone to a different Apple Store and they had told me whatever portion I had paid it would apply to my new phone. When I was here they didn’t mention they wouldn’t be able to do that. I did the return with no trouble but they gave me a hard time to purchase the new one, the girl that had help me, call some male over and that guy was RUDE. he said they weren’t able to sell me a phone because I didn’t want to connect it to a carrier? He was literally kicking me out he said, “ you did the return its all settle, you’re good to go we can’t do anything else” like what kind of service is that? I’m trying to purchase a phone and this is how you treat your customers? I ended up placing a pick up order at a difference Apple Store and told them what had happened at this store they told me they could’ve applied any portion I paid towards my new phone? Horrible customer service.
Why the hell do I have to make an appointment if I ended up waiting anyways? I had an appointment at 6:30p and was not helped until 7:15p which is bizarre. The store was not even busy. There was hardly anyone there. They could have told me the tech was running behind or something.
Worst customer service I have experienced in my life.I placed a pre-order for a Apple Watch series 7. Apple made a mistake and labeled my package for “AZ United States of America”. Once I went to pick my package they made me waste over 1 hour on the phone “fixing” the mistake they made. Once I corrected my name and went to pick up my package they still refuse to sell me my package. Very incompetent service and attention to Detail. Cancelled my order and looking forward to switch to android phones. Clearly customer satisfaction is not their motto, avoid apple at all cost. Utterly disappointed not only they waste my time but I still don’t have the product I already paid for! Least they can do is compensate me wasting my time, I am still in awe!!!
I would not recommend this store if your skin tone is brown or darker. They clearly treat other “native” customers better. Go to an apple store where you are welcome. Came in got turned around maybe three times to get a device I own replaced only to receive a faulty product. Just a gut feeling, but if my appearance was different I think my product would work and I wouldn’t get turned around for an electronic ID that is good enough for the police department to use. Only to have to step out call someone and come back in to receive my product. And my replacement product was broken. Just visit the one in arrowhead, it’s much more “inclusive” and I’ll leave it at that.

The mall itself is nothing fancy, and despite being 3 stories, it feels kinda small. The stores are great though, and the theater. Is nice, it has a classic look. Also the food court has a great selection of various foods, including a Johnny rockets.
A very popular place with the locals! There is a lot of security in this store. With the amount of people being serviced those that pre-ordered are forced to wait downstairs by the glass of the lower level.Personally I find that the staff here at the Apple store are rude. On several occasions I will make eyes with them as they know that I am here to pick up an order and they do nothing. I feel as if I am a burden to them as they do not acknowledge me and wait for others who may.
I love this mall, it has a lot of good stores. Seems like Apple is the only one with the bad reviews. If you come, go to the Amazon store! It has products that has good ratings from online.
The staff was rude, treated my wife bad because she didn’t have a mask. The girl who was upfront told her to grab one, so pretty much everyone contaminates the whole box and masks by sticking their hands inside. No common sense specially. That because of customers they pay bills
The food was great but it smelled a little bit like there was a sewage leak. Hopefully they’ve fixed it by now because it was distracting from the meal.
I may get this wrong, sir please forgive me if I do . This apple store had an admin who’s name was Justin(this might be where I messed up). But he was very understanding of my issue, solved my issue, and the team was ready for me when I arrived! To make a long story short !, just know that I was losing it over my sons iPod!!! But Justin made sure I left satisfied! Thank you team and Justin for making me feel better!!! It’s the little things that count ! 😊

The staff lacks social/people skills. There are a lot of staff roaming yet its so hard to get a hold of just one, they are busy in their own heads not with customers. I didn’t even get a greeting. I proceeded downstairs, just needed to chit chat and get a simple direction for options on the right side airpods pro that got dinged; this guy was rude and did not even ask the universal question ‘what can i help you with?’ The staff in this location are not approchable at all… felt that this is too much work for them, that it should be enough that they showed up to work. I got out of there and will do my apple shopping online.
They’re management for pickup is s***.They could have made paths for every lane they create. People mixing up and you wait longer and longer. Waiting time is also way too long for pick up order and advanced payment.
Remarkably Lazy Staff..Love Apple products but this store is horrible. Pre-Ordered an iWatch and went to pick it up. Went to the “Pickup” sign and stood there. Looking around there is 4-6 employees just hanging out. After 5 minutes I walked up to an employee and before I could finish telling him I am there for a pickup and have been waiting with zero help, he cut me off and directed me back to the customer pickup sign without any offer to help. Stood there another 8 minutes staring (I am sure I reached mad dog staring at the 5 min mark) at a group of 4 employees just hanging out talking to each other before one of them finally walked over and helped me. I have to assume management is weak at this store or willingly enables their employees to not want to “work” as they overtly avoid a customer waiting at a sign that literally says “Customer Pickup” in favor of “hanging out.”Took almost 30 minutes for a pickup of a pre-purchased item.. Amazingly unprofessional and lazy staff. Really tarnishes the Apple product and experience. Avoid this store!
Had a great experience with Merim at the Scottsdale Fashion Apple Store today. Everyone we encountered greeted us with helpfulness and expediency. Merim was quite knowledgable with the iMac Pro and assisted me with placing an order online today for the 24-inch Blue iMac with Retina display. I will definitely be visiting again very soon! I cant wait to receive my new desktop - bye bye PC.....Hello APPLE!

First of all I couldnt understand the person on the other end of the phone. Next, they wouldnt set up an appointment for me to purchase a new iPad. They just make is so darn hard all the time to do business. It gets really old!!
Apple is great. I have been using their tech shortly after I was introduced to computers at around age 5, which shortly after my family purchased its first Apple Desktop. The computers user friendly apps allowed me to play with video editing, the revolutionary Photo Booth, chess, and allowed access to gaming sites like Addictinggames.com & Miniclip to play: ant on a wire, etc....I found apple great during undergrad, and now I find Apple great for business.This store specifically has high quality customer service. Cool interior- layout.

Terrible customer service. You go in for an order pickup and no one checks you in. If you get lucky, theyll come talk to you in 10mins and maybe youll get your item on time
I like the location of the store. Its in a nice outdoor, California style mall. Every time Ive been here over the last several years, Ive had very good service from mostly very knowledgeable people. When I ran into someone that wasnt able to answer my question, I was always moved up the food chain and got the answer that allowed me to solve whatever issue I had in the first place.

I made line and the worker told me I had to make an appointment online to purchase the iPhone 12. while there was an option to wait in line and enter for 15 minutes. I had to wait 2 hours at the mall with a screaming child. When I returned at my scheduled appointment the lady helping me was rude, cut me off quickly and gave no explanation of the iPhone I was buying and I asked about the charging block she said I could use the one I had home turns out it’s a different type. I asked questions about the insurance I purchase and she was very fast without giving me a full understanding . I have been to this store a couple times and I always feel the workers treat people of color differently. I only go to this one because of the location near my home. At the end of the day my money is the same as others and I should be taken care of the same they do with other customers.
Had an appointment to pick up an iPhone 12 mini case. In and out within five minutes. Keep up the good work. Highly suggest making an appointment.

Had a great experience picking my apple watch here. We had an appointment for a pick up. Upon arrival they told us to get in line. Not 5 minutes later somebody came to us and passed me my new watch. Superb professionalism. Very friendly staff.
Walked in for a Apple charger only. Took 20 minutes. Was directed to see a person with a tablet that had to radio someone downstairs to bring it up, meanwhile, holding up 3 others in line waiting to check out. The process repeats. Inundated.

I went to this store to pick up an online order.Once I arrived, the store was actually closed - only some pick-up desks were available, but thats not the point of my review.I wanted to redeem two 50$ gift cards that I got only three days earlier thanks to a Black Friday deal. When I tried to use them, only one worked, the other one was not recognized by the system. Ethan, the specialist was very nice and tried to find a solution by talking to his manager. However, his manager did not want to do anything, not even talking to me, and I had to waste a lot of my time to get a solution with the technical support. Instead of helping the customers (and performing his duty), the manager prefered staying on his phone, while the others specialists were working. Thats why, I was thinking that this manager does not like his job and/or company, but do like his salary.For this reason, I recommend to chose the delivery option, instead of the pick-up one.

Extremely unprofessional staffing. i had an issue with an air pod pro. One of the staff members along with one of the managers were extremely unhelpful. Right away there first solution to the problem was just to have me purchase two new air pods. after 2 hrs of getting a run around and asking to speak with a manager which the employee refused to allow me to do they finally realized there was a service program that covered the airpods to be replaced for free. lack of training of this certain staff member and his ability to pass on correct information to the managers was very unprofessional. he did not realize my wife was outside of the store waiting and could hear what he was telling the manager and it was nothing that i was informing him. staff made me out to be a very rude and nasty customer when all i gave them was the time they needed to correct this issue and respectful to get the issue solved. great job apple for the level of customer service i received on monday 3-8-21.

If I could give this store a -5 stars I would. This place is not very helpful. One of the managers on duty was rude to my wife. My sister-in-law wanted to buy a iPad Air and one of the employees (Aaron) didnt seem like he knew much. When we left, a employee came out and said we were rude to one of her employees and said we are no longer allowed back to the store. She would not listen to my wife or my sister-in-law what happened. So, we will never come back to this store. This is the second time my sister-in-law had issues here.
Spacious store, knowledgeable staff, good atmosphere are pros. The store is an easier entry from the street. Its no where near Macys. What a walk. Whew....nuff said.

Waited in line for an hour even though I had an appointment with the “genius” bar. This is the culmination of weeks of terrible customer service.When I bought the new iPhone 12, it lost TONS of my data and photos. This will be the third attempt to relocate this data. Rearranged my entire day to make a 12:30 appointment that didn’t start until 1:40.

Worst experience ever. I am NOT going to buy any products from Apple from this moment on.It was hard to find a parking in front of the building, and we were late for a few minutes, and it took us a few more minutes to finally find someone who had a second to talk to us, then we were told our reservation was cancelled because we were late (for 10min), but they can “generously” put us back in the queue, but we won’t be this “lucky” next time”— yes, that’s the exact word the lady used. We dropped my iPhone X for repair, since the Face ID stopped working. We were told to come back at 3pm, but then they kept us waiting for an hour and could not update us the status of the repair. Finally one guy came back with my phone and told me they were not able to repair it. And they were not able to find out what the issue was. They offered two options: 1. Take my phone back as it is. 2. Swap for a new phone, where what “swap” really means is paying for a new one. What kind options is that???This Face ID issue is a known product defect among Apple consumers, but the company refused to comment on it. Oh yes of course, how could Tim Cook sell a mediocre phone at this price without claiming “advanced technology” Face ID? No wonder your stock price plumped.

The staff was helpful and attentive, but they seemed to be limited on how they can assist their customers. The Genius Bar is appointment only, probably because of covid-19 and how busy they are due to the fact that theres only two stores in the area.
The salesman was knowledgeable on Apple Laptops. Also, the staff was friendly too.

I have been a customer with Apple for 10 years, they had an amazing customer care and I never thought that I will write a one star review for one of their stores and complain on the quality of their products.I came to this store regarding an issue with my laptop’s screen that just started about two weeks ago and kept getting worst and worst with time. I called apple support to report the issue and took an appointment to visit this store. The technician told me that he cannot do anything because my warranty just got expired about 9 days ago from the day that I have reported the issue. He told me that the warranty start from the day my laptop got shipped and not from when it is delivered. I asked for a supervisor and he said the same thing to me and start talking straightaway about Apple Care. I know what is Apple Care! and I had an old laptop for 9 years now and never complained or had an issue with its hardware hence to me, why I should buy Apple Care? Is this how Apple promoting for their Apple Care by selling cheap screens that will last for one year? The technician told me that a guy came with the same laptop and he had similar issue and they replace it to him because he has Apple care. I know that companies when they get similar issues and complains about a device model or part they usually recall it and replace it, but otherwise the supervisor was talking to me about warranty and Apple Care while he should report this similar issue to Apple technical support.Furthermore, I left my contacts to the lead at the store and asked him to let the store manager to review my claim and to call me since she was not in the store. After two days I call back and I spoke with another store lead on the phone and he said that she got your issue yesterday and she cannot do anything about it, so why no one got back to me after they took this decision. Is this how Apple manager treating their customer? Unfortunately I would not recommend their new MacBook Pro laptop to anyone. You can see by yourself from the attachment the orange haze on the screen that happened by itself. Does this mean Apple devices are valid for one year? Or nowadays it’s not worth it to get anything from Apple without there Apple Care!
I really like this place. they have everything that a person will ever need to survive and look fashionable and eat well on the planet Earth. It is a great place to take family members of young and old. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area

I have been to many Apple stores and this one really fell short of my expectations. The store itself is beautiful and the employees are kind and friendly.But we have been given the runaround recently while trying to buy the new watch. Yesterday we went to try them on, ok appts only, so we made an appt for today. Upon arrival we had to stand outside for 20 minutes while other people were helped. Whatever, we waited.Then upon our turn to talk to an employee we come to find they only have one color in stock for the size watch we wanted, and next to no bands available. We could have been warned the day prior that these items go quick to look online and set up a pick up time or store, this would have avoided this whole hour trip today to be told they’re out of stock.Now we have arrived home, and upon looking at the stock there is a Nike exclusive watch that’s the correct size and with every band in stock, we weren’t even told that that was an option, just the project Red which we didn’t want. This is at the same store, available today. And we weren’t even told about that option!You guys run a tight ship, but I think the employee base is much too casual in-store and not interested in doing much work above and beyond of the regular sales and exchanges.
I have an appointment for call about my product. They just called and hang up less 2 seconds. I haven’t pick up that fast. Unbelievable.

If there were 0 stars I would score this store 0. They have employees standing around not helping anyone while the employees who are helping people are totally overwhelmed. I waited 20 minutes watching one person try to handle all of the Apple Watch questions. She never helped me and barely acknowledged me. I asked twice if there was someone else who could help with watches. I was told No! No apology, no reassurance they would be with me soon. Just no. I left and went to the other Apple store. So much better! They had 6 people helping with watches which makes a lot more sense. I would not recommend this store.
Apple finally secured my account after 8 months of dealing with cybercrimminals stealing my identity.
Here is why Apple is awesome. I have had my iPhone X for nearly 2 years. It worked flawlessly until the battery started bulging and pushed the screen away from the device. I made an appointment here and waited about 10 minutes for a genius. The whole time two other apple employees were making small talk with me. When I got to the genius, he looked at the phone and immediately replaced it. No talk of out of warranty. No talk of paying for a battery. Just a new phone. And I knew that was what was going to happen. Its nice to have that confidence. Thank you Apple.

My daughter came in with an issue on her iPhone. The associate that had only been there for one week was very helpful friendly. I was very impressed. We are currently waiting for our issue to be resolved but they gave us a phone to use temporarily while her phone is being sent away. Five-star all the way

We had a great experience thanks to Matt at the FSQ Apple Store. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure we selected the laptop configurations that worked best for our organization. He even stayed late, after closing hour, to finish helping us and complete our transactions.
Theres not enough space in this review for me to give you the full story of how disappointing and how much of a let down the genius bar was, I had to make an apointment to talk to a GENIUS, i was prepared to purchase 16 iPad Pros but after this expirence Im going to purchase the Microsoft Surface.😡

The Apple store is always a great place to go when youre in the mood to waste an hour and check out all of the electronic eye candy. The people here are cool and theyre very helpful and of course if you love Apple products theres no better place to go.
Apple Computer really knows what it’s doing when it comes to retail locations and how to provide first class service and a top-notch experience. Of course their products including iPhones and computers are always first class in terms of quality. Everyone who comes here really enjoys their experience and every time I walk in the door I’m always greeted and treated well. Apple is the gold standard as far as I’m concerned in terms of a quality product combined with quality of service.Five stars all the way. This location is an excellent location as well.
We are Hispanic so obviously like 10 people went ahead of us and yes we had an appointment. I feel very disappointed with costumer service.

This was actually going to be a lower rating though Aaron saved the day.When I walked in there were 3 associates huddled together talking. Because of their backs to me and how they were conversing I thought they were customers.I walked all the way downstairs and couldnt get the attention of anyone so went back upstairs and guessed that they were employees.I advised them that I had an appointment. The female was so into her conversation with her co workers she did not listen. She asked me what the issue was and I shared it. She told me I would not be able to be seen (It was almost 2 hours to closing). I repeated that I had an appointment.I was sent back downstairs. I was there for about 50 minutes with just about every employee walking by me not acknowledging me.Finally Aaron had to get an item from the table I was sitting at and I expressed my frustrations to him. He was personable, didnt become defensive and rest assured me that I was in queue.Ironically he was my genius bar team member and took care of my issue very quickly. I hope that his skill sets are being recognized and he should be in a position of leadership.While I sat for 50 minutes making observations. There were quite a few team members getting off at around 8 p.m. I understand that they most likely had a very long day. The Regional Manager should look at staffing levels.A customer with an appointment should not have to wait for 50 minutes to be seen.The staff should be engaging, personable and present inviting guests into the store.If there is a customer sitting or waiting for more than 5 minutes an acknowledgment should be made.We as customers choose an Apple product and are loyal. We should not dread each time we walk into a store for assistance.Thanks again Aaron for turning my experience around!!
Jose was amazing! We were with him for about 2 hours while getting new phones. He helped me choose my best option and was able to answer ALL of my moms questions, it was basically 2 hours worth of mom questions, all while being so nice and funny, I hope we get him again when we come back to this store! Thank you!

The two texts that helped me fix my MacBook Pro with a phenomenal. They were able to help me through all my issues with my laptop and even stayed whiskey till the update was done on my computer to make sure that there were no surprises with it. I would definitely go back there again and recommend people going to this particular Apple Store.

I went in a few days ago and purchased my new Apple Watch. I was very impressed by the helpful service and extremely knowledgeable staff. I believe the persons name that helped me was Jill and she was great. She explained everything to me in a very detailed way and had answers to some challenging questions that I had. She helped me set up my watch and pear it to my phone. Great experience

*Gabby* provided me with transparent & genuine customer service! I had barely walked onto the downstairs Apple lobby and she had already made eye contact & greeted me. I had previously made a appointment, but she would have made me feel assisted even as a walk in. She didn’t try to up-sale and push products on me. When I inquired and when it was appropriate she brought up the numbers & led w/the money that could be saved w/upgrading to a new phone, which was smart. She gave me no BS fluff. She was welcoming, friendly, personable & informative. Even when another associate came to update her saying they were completely full for screen and battery repairs for the rest of the day, she double checked and worked her magic to get me in. The only reason I give 4 stars not five is, it would have been nice when making the initial appointment to have been made aware of in store availability for IT phone repair. If there wouldn’t have been a slot for me get get my device repaired I would have wasted time, making the appointment & going there.
The store is very clean and the staff is VERY friendly. Even though we werent in the market to buy a new Apple product the day we visited, it didnt seem like the staff cared, they just wanted to show us all the cool gadgets Apple offers. Youre free to move around the store at your leisure and play with the cool stuff.
This store is amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful!! One salesperson in particular was extremely helpful. His name is Geoff. I had some MAJOR problems with my 27 iMac, and he took care of everything for me, and I couldnt be more grateful. The customer service is modeled after that of the Ritz...Apple takes care of their customers!! I have been and will remain a loyal Apple customer!
