I had an excellent experience with them. The design consultant was so conscientious about getting the measure accurate especially since I changed a few things. The installers were prompt, polite and conscientious and cleaned up everything when they left. I am very happy with their product.and service

I worked with Tucker and it could not have gone better. He was very receptive to any changes that I wanted to make and install was only 4 weeks later. The install team of about 5 guys worked all day and did a fantastic job. Quality of the cabinets can’t be beat. Very satisfied..

I have a new construction home and wanted to get custom cabinets for my garage, an epoxy garage floor, two wall mounted bike racks, a custom closet for my owners suite, and custom closet for my sons suite. Tucker Jobe missed my initial appointment then never got back to me after the consultation. Ignored my calls with no call back, ignored multiple emails and the office had no answer for why I hadn’t heard back in three weeks. TERRIBLE!!!

I’ve never been so horrified with a lack of customer service or attention to detail in my life. This company is a colossal waste of time and I would never want them working in my home if they cannot handle the small responsibility of following up with a promised quote, answering a phone call or responding to an email.I had my initial consultation scheduled for Thursday 4/29/21 during the workday. I blocked the time on my calendar and…. No one shows up. Tucker Jobe, the person coming for the consultation, doesn’t answer the phone. The office says there was a “glitch” and they’ll reschedule me.Attempt #2– Tucker shows up Friday 5/7/21 and measures 3 areas of our home we’d like done. He says he’ll plug the measurements in and send us a quote shortly.It is now Tuesday 5/25/21– i have emailed tucker twice, called the office and spoken to Brianna twice, and called Tucker twice (both going unanswered). Yesterday Brianna promises she will let her manager know, get ahold of Tucker and I will have a quote shortly. I call back today and all she can tell me is “I let my manager know…. Did no one reach out to you? I don’t know what to say, I told my manager.”What a complete and utter failure of a customer service experience. And 2 hours wasted (1 waiting for my initial appt, 1 going through the rescheduled appt) and three weeks wasted as I wait for a company to get back to me.

After calling several companies to help me improve my pantry I came across Arizona Garage and Closet Design. Since they have a show room I decided to visit the showroom and was amazed on how beautiful it is. I scheduled and appointment and within two weeks met with Tucker on of their designers. He listened and together we came up with a design that would work for me. Within a month I had my new pantry and I am so happy with the way it turned out. The installers did and expert job and made sure to check with me before proceeding if they had any questions. And the billing process was accurate and seamless. I would use them again for any future projects.

We LOVE our new closets from Arizona Garage and Closet Design. Fiona helped us design the layout for our His/Hers closets, both similar with a couple of modifications to address each of our needs. The quality is very nice. The install went smoothly and the installers left everything very clean.

We LOVE our new master closet. The team was very patient as we were in the middle of a move and needed to settle and redesign our space a few times as we learned more about what we needed. The final design was perfect, we have tons of space with extra to spare, able to get rid of storage in boxes and now our closet is tidy, neat and well-organized. The installers were prompt and nice to work with as well. I highly recommend this company, you will find that you get way more for your budget! I will be referring them to my clients.

Very efficient and professional installation of high quality cabinets and garage floor surface. A bit more expensive than some competitors but worth the price given the warranties on the products.
