Having as many customers that come in that dont speak English, seems as though their desk people would speak Spanish . Having to call bosses to figure out what the painters need is a horrible system.

Told paint would be right out no need to come back, no other customers in store. Waited in car 15 minutes, nothing. Went back into store said it would only be a couple more minutes. 12 minutes later I got paint. Your salesman wanted to make a sale before he left. He left, I still waited for paint. Terrible customer service! It was standard white, 5 gal!

I didnt go in just use the parking lot to take pictures.

I just had the best experience with Helanna, the color design staff person at this location. I have been struggling with kitchen cabinet colors and within 15 minutes she had 4 great suggestions for me and I feel so much better than when I walked in! She also found me some great ideas for a kitchen island that I am having built! She is great and has lots of people standing around waiting for her time but is so cheerful and polite. She is great! I will definitely come to her with my next project!

I come in here often as I build and repair furniture across the street at a place called PotatoBarn. Very professional and helpful staff and friendly as well, it’s my go to place for paint!

If they dont make it right the first time theyll bend over backwards to make it right the second time.

My wife and I decided that it was time to paint the house last year. Our painting contractor strongly recommended that we use Dunn-Edwards paint as it is well formulated for the Arizona sun. We went to the store to pick out our colors, a main and an accent color. One of their paint advisors, a young lady named Kennedy, helped us. She was incredible patient in helping us to narrow down our options and then went outside with us several times as we looked at the colors in the sun. It took us about an hour to decide and she never rushed us. She was incredibly pleasant and very helpful. Our house looks fantastic and the paint is holding up well. I’ve been back to the store to buy a few cans of touch-up paint. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Based on the great product and professional staff, I highly recommend the Dunn-Edwards store at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in Scottsdale for your painting needs.

Excellent paint store. I had them color match and it took a long time to wait for it to get done. Organized store with enough sales people. Prices are good. Great paint.

Today, I brought a 5 gallon can of used paint (left by former owner of my new home) to determine if I could use it. A very pleasant (and petite young woman) hefted the can and took it in the back for testing. She returned and said I had 2.5 gallons of usable paint and need not buy anything. She gave me some stirrers and some advice and sent me home...no charge. A great experience!

I cant imagine a more helpful paint store thank Dunn Edwards! They have very complete HOA information on approved paint schemes and knowledgeable reps that can quickly pull actual paint chips to assist in decision making! This all makes what could be an overwhelming process very manageable!

Terrible a waste of time

DE: the only paint to use. Their products are the best and service and support are A+.

They do a good job of service and helping you find what you are looking for. There is a mix of contractors and general public consumers at this store.

This store is the worst it toolk them 1 hour and a half to get us 10 gallons of paint and we asked if it was ready they said they had accidentally skipped us we will never go to this dunn edwards they dont even deserve a star. Im putting 1 star because I dont have a choice the app is asking me to rate in order to post so there it is 1 star

Walked in and waited 20min to talk to someone. No one seemed to care about my presence. 4 or more associates were just chatting by the register. I’m painting my entire house and now I’m just taking my business somewhere else.

I felt very unfortunate with this store. They sold us exterior paint instead of interior even on the label was written as interior. We did not notice it till we took the paint home. Now we need to go back to the store.
