Excellent products and great service. Yesterday I was there to get some paint. They did not have the one I was looking for, but that did not stop the lady that assisted me (unfortunately did not get her name) from calling 5 other Sherwin William stores until they were able to locate exactly what I was looking for.Great to witness this level of service, thinking about the customer and the company and not only at their store sales.

What a PIA I had a SW Color that I needed a few shades lighter. They dont have color cards with the color family, only single chips. You have to try to find the color on the paint fan deck... maybe. Then you need to ask what the base colors are because I was needing to compliment a specific color. Basically... Go to Home Depot they helped me out, I got the perfect compliment to my SW color. To top it off... They acted like I wasnt there and ignored me for 10 minutes. Only a few customers in the store and literally a half a dozen guys behind the counter.
Previous owner of my house used these guys, took in old paint labels to get color matched. They forgot to add a color into the formula and I had to make a trip back to the store. They weren’t overly concerned by their mistake. Overheard another customer that had asimilar issue.Overall not happy with the service.
First time visiting a Sherwin Williams on a recommendation and I couldnt be happier. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and when the paint I purchased didnt look right (not their fault) they worked with me to find the right adjustment to the paint color and now it looks great! I will definitely use them for all my future paint needs.

Mr. Dennis takes forever to help you. He asks questions just to make it seem he is helping but his not. Good thing store manager saw me otherwise my 5 min transaction would of been 20 mins.

Out of respect for other consumers Im taking a moment to share my experience. Im going through the process of a build-out for a new small business that is scheduled to open its doors on 5/15/14. My first impression of the shea and 101 location was very poor in my eyes. I was looking through wall covering catalogs for roughly 15 minutes I was never approached by any of the associates and the store was clear of customers, dissipate that I found the wall covering I was looking for. Approaching the counter i noticed the employes scattering like cockroaches aside from one gentleman Brandon Boyd (Store Manager) he was pleasant but under educated about the products he is selling against my better judgment I placed the order. I was promised the product would be in before the fallowing weekend. I called the weekend of and I was told it had not arrived before i gave my name or telephone # or anything I just simply state a ordered wall paper. I let a few days go by and called the store again inquiring about my order the associate said well we have paper here but no name on the package so they opened it up described the pattern sure enough it was my order! the response i got was this has been here for at least a week. i picked my order up paid in full and schedule a commercial installer. the date arrives to have the paper installed and it has a lot of factory defects factory defects i contact Brandon Boyd and i was told to go through the manufacturer for any warranty i explained i bought it from sherwin and i will deal with sherwin on the return they were very reluctant. so with the grand opening nearing i had more paper over nighted, with this my installer is the one who placed the order with mr boyd paper shows up short 3 of 6 rolls:( i asked we do another overnight so i can finish the project now i have paid my installer with no paper to have installed brandon Boyd was not in the store for my second overnight but i was speaking to Kristin Gigis (Assistant Store Manager) she places the order. I call the very next day to pick my order up and shes explained that they would not see the fed-ex delivery till around 3:00 ok great can i please have a tracking number she said you have the invoice i gave you... call the manufacture and give them the po# and they will give you tracking info a bit insulted i did just that and what do i find out the order was in fact placed but with no over night:( now it is friday the manufacture is based out of Boston and there is no longer the option to over night. i asked what is the best thing she could do for me and she said i can get it monday but its going to cost you 155.00 for shipping! this is ludicrous and i will never use sherwin- Williams again... i will reply back to this as Im hoping to be compensated for my troubles
