I went in the other day to get a new phone, and Rich was a tremendous help! He was even able to get me a discount on a new laptop. Rich made my experience at the store the best it could possibly be.
Rich was so helpful and resolved an issue that online support couldn’t. I observed another employee helping a woman who needed the best cost effective plan because she wasn’t working. He was very sensitive to her situation and thoughtful as he reviewed the options with her.I can’t recommend this location enough! Amazing customer service and could even catch some of the Sox game on their TV 😀

Seabrook AT&T store is the best at resolving any issues.I was in this past Friday and the service was spectacular.I tell all my friends and family to go to this store with any questions .Reps are so helpful.
One gentleman did not offer any solution; another was extremely helpful (needs to go to grooming school) hands were gross, but extremely knowledgeable.

AT&T Seabrook is the very best! Kyle & Tamie are so helpful and welcoming. They make the experience so easy. I’ve been with AT&T since it was Cingular Wireless and am very happy with my service. This was my best customer service experience throughout all these years. Top notch team! Highly recommended!
I cannot say enough about Rose & how helpful she was in setting up new iPhones, screensavers, & cases for both my husband and me! We are not very “techno-savvy”, & she patiently explained everything to us(more than once) & made sure all our questions/concerns were addressed. She is certainly an asset to ATT, & we both are so appreciative. We will recommend her to anyone we can!

This is by far the best AT&T location that I have ever visited!! The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was extremely knowledgeable. We purchased new devices and updated our plan. It was all very quick and easy. Thank you Tamie, Tom and Kyle. You’re the best!!
This was my second trip this week. I upgraded from the Galaxy S9 plus to the S20 ultra and gave my son my older phone. Both times I visited the guys were so helpful and walked me through everything. I highly recommend this store. They are super nice and easy going. Great customer service guys!!!

Its a small at&t store but the service was the best, Ive received in years. It was quick and easy, I was in and out much shorter than I expected.

Went in for tech help, tech was very friendly, fixed the problem quickly.
Salesperson was very helpful, however, a bit too forward with her opinion, but, I’m going to own the fact that I didn’t really explain what I was talking about because I didn’t expect it to be a conversation, At all, however she commented on my comment pretty much telling me I was wrong. That’s why the 4 stars. My husband thought she was too standoffish and he wouldn’t of spent $1250 there.
Good customer service here. Handshakes, introductions. Knowledge of advantageous promotion options for new phones. Process military discounts unlike other locations which gave me a run around between call customer service and stating they could not scan my proof documents.

This is a really great store and people. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable on the technology and a great personality for dealing with customers. We are very technology clueless so this was just the right place for us to be. I changed over from Verizon to AT&T and to my new iPhone. Any difficulties were my fault and Thomas was able to set all right. I get better service and knowledge than a the Apple Store. One can not do better on the Seacoast than the Seabrook AT&T store. Too bad I cant give more than 5 stars, they deserve better.
Stefani and Tamie were extremely helpful n helping me with a huge issue that they eventually resolved. I am so grateful for their help and knowledge. Also Cassie was very kind in keeping me happy and laughing so the wait didn’t seem long at all. I’ll for sure recommend this store for anyone to go to!
Kyle from the seabrook, NH location was fantastic. I was extremely stressed and he was very patient and kind and went above and beyond to help me with my phone bill. I haven’t experienced costumer service like that, that I can remember, in a long time. I have no worries about going back for questions or payments because of his effort. I was also in and out quickly.
Matthew made my day and more. He was knowledgeable, helpful,and very personable. I came in apprehensive and ready to stress out and he made everything perfectly wonderful. Walk in with the mind set of going with AT&T or Verizon. After visiting both stores I decided with the guys at AT&T, Thomas, Ron and Matt were awesome and went above and beyond. But I will update this after I get my second bill to see if it matches the quoted price. But as of right now Im glad I went with these guys.

Service was pretty good, got what I came in for. Only thing I didn’t like is they added insurance to my plan without my approval. Was an easy fix would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Very helpful staff. Not only did they quickly provide help for me but I also noticed them going above and beyond to help out a father and son regarding issues with an iPhone. Keep in mind this is NOT a corporate store... meaning most displays are dummy devices and they dont have as much pull as a corporate.

We made a cash purchase December 5, 2015 and returned the item unopened 20 minutes later. They said all cash refunds are made by check from their corporate office in 10 business days.I spoke to them on 2 occasions and both times the staff and the store manager assured me my refund would be processed.Its now February 7 2016 and I am still trying to get my refund.I called AT & T today and asked them for help in this matter.Cellular World is an authorized AT&T retailer.Do yourself a BIG favor and only do business with an AT&T Corporate Store.
I am a new customer and Extremely disappointed with customer service even more so with Matt the manager at the seabrook nh store. I returned a phone within the 14 days allowed on 11/29 on 12/24 I’ve been told they never got the phone needless to say I am still being billed for a line I don’t have or use 6 phone calls 3 visits to store and nothing is resolved. Just yesterday I was told to go back to the store. Do they think it’s there when the guy said it was returned. Asked to speak to a manager on CS department and was refused saying yet again go back to the store. I’ve contacted corporate at this point. Personally something untrustworthy about the staff at seabrook nh. I called the number just now again my returned phone is still active! I would NOT suggest anyone use or trust this particular location. I’ve been misled on several issues from them. Poorest of poor employees there. They have been reported to corporate let’s see how honest they are there.
